Awesome experience and family resort for the kids. Food should be better.

Coco Lagoon by Great Mount is a property that clearly reflects the love and affection of its owner. The design and architecture of the resort are commendable, showcasing thoughtful planning and a genuine effort to create a beautiful and serene retreat. It’s evident that a lot of heart went into building this asset, making it all the more disheartening to see where it currently stands. Unfortunately, the resort has completely missed the mark when it comes to service and upkeep. Cleanliness and hygiene, fundamental aspects of any hospitality experience, have been overlooked, leaving much to be desired. The service is inconsistent and lacks the attention to detail that a property of this caliber deserves. I sincerely hope that Sajith and his team can get their act together and restore Coco Lagoon to its full potential. It’s a place with so much promise, but without proper maintenance and a focus on guest experience, it risks falling short of what it could be. I also hope the owners realize the difference between the vision they created and the reality it has become. This property deserves better, and with the right changes, it could truly shine.

We were a group of 13 who visited this place for a day out. It was not a remarkable experience, I would say. The reception and other employees took a bit of a lukewarm approach. It was a blink-of-an-eye decision, but for the 24k we paid, this place fell disastrously short of our expectations. It is out of nowhere, and this place and its surroundings have nothing interesting to offer. The parking facilities are inadequate. The place is maintained okay, but there are many no-go places for those who want a day out. Even a flipping swing! The food was just okay but terribly lacked options. This place may not suit those not from the state, let alone foreigners. We were seated where the AC was not working, and the temp was about 35 degrees; needless to say, how it would have felt. When I raised it, I got a grin from the team from the property. Overall, it was a terrible experience!

Worst experience advise not to go for the day out. Disappointed as all the games and stuffs were not available as described to us. And don't pay in full before you go. We went with a group of 14 members. Everything was out of plan. Our crew got disappointed. I was in their office more than I enjoyed the destination. Things went in vain.

Very nice resort and blissful. Wonderful time with friends . The property scenic, an ideal getaway from the busy metro world. The staff is polite and caring and Sevice is high quality. Thank you Cocolagoon Pollachi. Look forward to coming back again.

Had an excellent stay, beginning with making the reservation. They gave us detox water to greet us, quick the check-in process, and offered lots of things to do including boat rides, guided river walks, indoor games, kid's play areas, turf courts, and more. Additionally, the food tasted delicious.

Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, and roomy with excellent service where we had dinner. The food was good, great value for money, and the service was attentive and efficient. The room itself was well-equipped and comfortable. “The staff at this hotel were so friendly and helpful. They made our stay so enjoyable and comfortable". I definitely wanted to type some words about the staff 1. Swetha from the reservation team - excellent staff, the way she understood my requirements was outstanding. She is an asset to Coco Lagoon. Swetha keep up your good job and you will reach heights. lovely to speak and looking forward to booking again and speaking to you. 2. Dinesh: you are a rock star I would say. event management manager he is and a great show was organized and he made the audience so cheerful and kept all of us happy. and should also put a few words about Sandhya and Manir's reception and home service staff who were so kind in getting our requirements done, good job guys.

This is the best resort property we've been to! Right from checking in, everything was so smooth. Very friendly and helpful staff, special mention to Mr. Jo, the general manager and Mr. Abhishek, who manages the food and Beverage operations. We were a group of 40, and they catered to each of our needs and wants! Highly recommend this one for those looking for a lovely getaway from the city

We had our M.Sc reunion at this beautiful resort away from hustle and bustle of the cities. We thoroughly enjoyed every bit of our stay because of the activities they have at this resort.The activity manager Mr.Dinesh is very good in engaging us with his innovative games,bonafire, bullock cart ride, river walk, dancing to the tunes.He used to be there when ever we want something and fulfil the same with a smile. I wish to go back to this place again and again. The rooms are spacious and very well maintained with beautiful landscaped garden. Chef Susendiran dished out tasty breakfast items every day. His Pine apple kesari is very delicious. We used to wait for breakfast everyday.The breakfast spread is vast with so many options. Evening snacks were lip smacking. Check in and check out was made easier by front officers Dhiman and Akhil. The senior associate Shafeek and his associate Ignesh served always with a smile n the restaurant.
