Sibi Lodge

This is a top notch, well-managed hotel, not too far away from the central business area. It was impeccably clean, they provided great service all around, the breakfast was outstanding, as was the one dinner we had. The room was small, but had everything one needed for comfort. The grounds are beautiful too and they had a nice two for one happy hour. We stayed in three different resorts/hotels during out 10 day visit to Costa Rica, and this one was the best. They only thing they lack is a pool or spa area. That being said, you can use the pool and jacuzzi at their sister hotel, Poco a Poco, which is a 5 minute taxi ride away. Thanks for such a great experience.

My friend and I stayed at this property for a week in a non-AC room. Although the service was excellent, the room was tiny with poor ventilation. We managed for the first two days, but the stagnant air and dust made the rest of our stay uncomfortable. If you're planning a short stay, this property might work, but for longer stays, I recommend choosing rooms with proper ventilation.

I recently stayed at sibi lodge for 4 days. I was quite satisfied with the hospitality and pleasing behavior of the staff, and the food from geetha hotel was superb. However, i faced a significant issue during checkout. The receptionist took my phone and marked a high review for the lodge himself. This act violated my privacy and made me extremely uncomfortable. While i understand the importance of reviews, they should be honest and given voluntarily by the guests. Overall, while there were positive aspects to my stay, the behavior of the receptionist at checkout lead me to give a low rating.
