The best hotel stay I have had. They are pet friendly and welcomed my furry baby with so much love and warmth. My fur baby's bedding ***** with toys and food and water bowl was all ready when we checked in. They provided dinner too for her on request. Room ameneties and toileteries were exceptional. Breakfast too was beautiful. They went all out and ensured that we and my furry princess had a lovely stay.

The stay at zibe GRT was a great experience The hotel staff celeberated my birthday by making special docoration of my room, brought cske and cut in my room Abput 5 of the staff were present in my room for cake cutting and wished me for my birth day Food was awsome and the breakfast spread was good The staffs at restaurant were very friendly and took cate of us bery well

If you are planning to book on MAP, I would say please look for some other hotel like Ginger or Lemon tree, Even if you have to pay 1000 extra, it would be worth it. Other than that, all the staffs are very friendly, supportive and very gentle. rooms are very clean and neat.

Convenient location. Friendly staff. Receptionist Hari was a great help. Breakfast spread was good. A small refrigerator in the room would have made it all the better. Parking space is limited, but the security was very helpful to get our big car parked in a safe corner.

During my recent stay at your hotel, I had a disappointing experience regarding additional charges. While having dinner in my room, a minor stain appeared on the bedsheet. Despite the fact that stains are typically removable with bleach or stain removers, I was charged ₹500 for this. Additionally, a water bottle accidentally broke, for which I was charged ₹100. This was surprising, as I frequently travel across India for official purposes and have never encountered such charges elsewhere. Although I refrained from raising the issue at the time to avoid creating a scene in front of other guests at the reception, this incident has left me with a negative impression of your hotel. I hope you will review such policies to ensure a better guest experience in the future.
