Abbiamo avuto 3 notti in questo bel hotel dal momento in cui siamo entrati al momento in cui siamo usciti, siamo stati guardati molto bene. Le camere sono molto belle, sono molto belle e sono molto ricche di acqua calda. La colazione è molto buona con una buona selezione da scegliere e uova da ordinare direttamente dalla cucina. Abbiamo anche pranzo e cena in occasione e tutto è stato molto ben preparato e servito. In generale una grande soggiorno e possiamo molto consigliarlo. Ci aspettiamo il nostro soggiorno il 1 Feb

It would be better to give information on check in process. No information was given. Welcome was not done very well. Even in much lower level hotels, they give a welcome drink. We reached to the hotel after five hours of travel by car. The hotel got a plan to arrange airport transport arrangements. However, after several attempts, the hotel failed to assist. The break fast was very good. The room is comfortable. The room should be cleaned better. A lot of hair in the room.

Sono rimasto con la mia famiglia nel centro della città ibis coimbatore. Abbiamo avuto una bella esperienza. Tutti i membri del personale erano molto gentili e molto supporto per noi. Soprattutto la squadra del ristorante. Vorrei citare i loro nomi Vinoth, Vanna, Kishore, Agalia, Lokesh, Raushan, Abi***yu.Grazie per il grande servizio.

出張で利用しました。空港から近く、徒歩で行きました。部屋はバスタブがなかったのが残念だったのと、USB充電が出来なかったのが、施設の古さなのかなと感じました。ホテルの外観はヒビが多く、正直不安に思いましたが、内装はとても綺麗で、部屋内も綺麗で安心しました。アメニティもひと通り揃っており、スリッパが付いていたのが嬉しかったです。朝食はやはりここはインドなんだ…と感じるほどインド料理中心のビュッフェでした。フィルターコーヒーを飲みましたが、他で飲むより甘味が少なくとても美味しかったので、おかわりしました。

1 booked this hotel from Yatra for 2 days for 7k. Visited the hotel around 9-9.30 and requested for a room but the Hotel reception is denied early check-in. Must say Hotel is big but their standard is small. I have told them that I am a revisiting customer accompanying my wife today who is a doctor on a posting in Ganga Hospital. Further told them that my friend is staying with you for 2 weeks. Reception staff simply ignored they seem to oblige only if I do direct reservation or pay extra 2k for 2 hrs. I asked them to connect me with ***ager, they instead connected me to their immediate supervisor. The staff here is willing to give the room for direct reservation but not to the guest coming with a booking from yatra/ MMT etc. I have seen few customer checking out in front of me and when I pointed them they said house keeping hasn't come yet and it will take time for them to clean. I have even requested to give them temporary room for 10 mins so I could take shower and go to the hospital. They did not oblige. Been to ***y hotels of same and higher star. They always oblige for early checkin and upgrade if it's available. Also, in my experience room cleaning takes 15 mins. I waited at the reception for an hour in anticipation of getting the room. Room needs little overhauls. Bathroom flush do not work properly. Hair dryer, room slipper missing
