Pacific Towers Beach Resort

Where do you start?? The location was perfect and the view amazing but that is where it ends. The unit was dated, dirty and had broken furniture. They stuffed 2 of the outdoor chairs at the end of the balcony so as not to use them and lounge suite springs were broken. Essentially I had no chairs to sit on in the living room. The carpet was stained beyond belief, german cockroaches in the dishwasher and a dead one next to it, dented and chipped walls and skirting, vents caked with dust and lint, dryer filter had not been cleaned. I had to scrape someone else's lint off it to use it! All fixtures had not been cleaned and the windows and tracks were feral. So much so there wasn't a clear view. I understand salt spray but these just plainly had not been cleaned. Our friends had an amazing unit in the same complex so not sure if just an owner of a unit who doesn't care or a manager who doesn't care! As a Property Manager myself I would not let a tenant move into such a dirty property.

The apartment was beyond expectations. The view was stunning, the living area was extremely roomy, lovely furnishings. Very tastefully decorated. Two bathrooms and a laundry made our stay comfortable. The kitchen, overlooking that, did I mention, gorgeous view, had everything we could need. They even provided a cute basket with picnic paraphernalia and binoculars to look for the sprays of water from the whales . Then to top it off, the manager Simone was the probably the best manager I have ever come across. Genuinely friendly and helpful. We had a bit of difficulty with the internet and Simone would respond to my texts instantly. She was apologetic and sincerely tried to solve the problem. We loved our stay and would highly recommend.

What an amazing view. We stayed in room 1401 and the view was breathtaking. The staff were amazing and super helpful. The room had a full size kitchen with everything that is needed to prepare family meals, the beds are comfortable with extra pillows and blankets as needed. Enough space for everyone to enjoy. Topped of with a heated pool and tennis court. A+++. We will be back most definitely.

Fantastic location, lovely spacious rooms, great views, clean, amazing amenities, surprisingly affordable and wonderful customer service from the husband and wife managerial team during the busiest time of the year. We are coming back next year and we will certainly hoping more of our friends will join us. 10/10

Never ever go to this place! Disgusting rooms, dirty pool, and Michael and Linda (owners) are so rude and disrespectful! After getting a confirmation call from Michael, confirming our room was still available the week before, we drove up 6 hours for him to say that our room was cancelled. After we tried to ask him where the problem came from Michael and Linda were being very rude and defensive saying it's not their fault even when it was. He told us that he could offer us another room for only one night when we booked for 7 with only 4 beds but we booked and fully paid for 6 beds! We proceeded to unpack our things only for him to come to us and kick us out of that room. We had to pack up our things and He took us to another room and demanded us to stay there even though it wasn't what we paid for. The room was only 4 beds, it was absolutely disgusting, broken curtains with mould on it, mould in microwave, plates and cups were disgusting and not washed, room we paid for comes with wifi and this certainly didn't even after I went down to reception everyday and asked for it and they said they will look into it and got nothing! not to mention the pool was full of leaves, insects and sand. Michael even used to watch the pool that had my family with little under age children! Super unhygienic and never even listens to our requests for anything. Balcony railings are super low and really dangerous

We are in Coffs twice a year and the last couple of times we have stayed at the Pacific Towers. This time I booked through Pacific Towers directly and will continue to book this way - property managers are very friendly! We were on the 12th floor this time and the view was amazing! Unit a little dated but still very clean. I would definitely recommend the Pacific Towers to anyone going to Coffs Harbour for a break away. We have already booked for March 2023 and I can’t wait to be back!

Location: perfect. Across the road from a beautiful sandy beach, with a lovely headland walk nearby, and just a few minutes' drive to the main Coffs Harbour fishing/walking jetty and shopping centres. Amenities: clean and modern. Tennis court, big heated swimming pool, basketball court. The elevators are FAST and quiet. Staff: very friendly and helpful. Lindy, Michael and Ken made our stay wonderful. We highly recommend Pacific Towers as the place to stay in Coffs Harbour.

Had a great stay with family. Stayed on 17th floor and place was clean and well maintained. Had plenty of room and amazing views of the ocean. Close to beach and amenities. Would definitely stay again.

Fantastic appartment. We had a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment. The views were fantastic and we saw lots of whales from the 15th floor. The staff were great. The bed was like sleeping in a cloud and views of the hills from the bed were fantastic. I would love to own the appartment.
