Always polite and welcoming. The 3rd floor pool vibe was fun although, they could use more than a wait staff in the summer. They need someone to straighten chairs and get rid of discarded towels & manage the space to look fresher. The many highlights for us are the great rooms with floor to ceiling windows, comfy beds & fabulous in-room coffee makers. The Illy Cafe, bar and gelato shop is the BEST breakfast in town. The food is excellent. Jazmin, Andrew and Angela are amazing servers. So polite. The rosemary coffee cake and brioche French toast are my favs. The best bar tender and server around is Shannon Taylor. That girl is gregarious, polite, knowledgable about local life and she HUSTLES! Bravo!!!

First the positives - the staff was very nice and the breakfast was okay. Now the rest of it. My room was not cleaned the entire time I was there. Apparently, even if you want your bed made, you must request it each day. It was written on one of the many pieces of paper they gave me and I missed it - my bad. Now, let's talk about the rooms. This was one of the worst rooms I've ever been in. I had booked a queen room and when I checked in, I was told I was upgraded to a king suite. They put me in a king handicapped room. It had a bathroom, a bed, 2 nightstands, a dresser and a chair. There was no table and there was no desk. I had to work while I was there and had no place to put my computer. Necessity is the mother of invention so I ended up putting my computer on the ironing board which I set-up next the only chair in the room. Speaking of work, the internet was down all of one of the days I was there. Additionally, at least one of the elevators wasn't working every day. I used the pool and it was very unpleasant. It looked like it hadn't been updated in decades and most of the tile trim was missing. The ”beach towels” they provided were more like hand towels. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone - ever again. Stay away - far away.

Pros: La camera era bella, moderna e ben progettata.La custodia era senza saldatura.Il buffet per colazione era assolutamente delizioso e aveva qualcosa per tutti.Il personale al colazione era alloggio e ha fornito un servizio eccellente. Il Club Cigar era eccellente.L'atmosfera, il servizio e le bevande erano uniche e molto piacevole.Il lobby era molto bellissimo in un modo scolastico antico.Carino hotel.Cons: il personale del desk front necessita di una migliore formazione. All' arrivo ci siamo seduti lì per circa 10 minuti e sono stati semplicemente ignorati da due membri del personale del front desk che aiutavano qualcuno . Perfettamente capisco che erano occupati, ma almeno un saluto sarebbe stato bello, o uno dei due impiegati che ci hanno assistito mentre l'altro ha aiutato l'altro ospite. Attraverso i programmi di belle strutture e hotel non abbiamo ottenuto l' aggiornamento automatico o la comodità di benvenuto che avremmo dovuto ricevere . Quando abbiamo controllato, abbiamo dovuto chiamare qualcuno perché i due membri del personale del desk disponibile erano nella stanza posteriore, parlando e ridendo forte, ma nessuno ha partecipato al desk. Tutti avevano visto giorni migliori. Le tovalette più piccole erano in migliore forma e si poteva vedere il contrasto con le tovalette più grandi. Questi dettagli sono molto importanti in un hotel come questo. In generale, era un buon soggiorno ma a volte non sembrava corrispondere altre soggiorni in altre proprietà Ritz Carlton che abbiamo soggiornato a in termini di attenzione al dettaglio o livello di servizio fornito dal desk front.

I stayed here four night while on a business trip. The hotel is impeccably clean, the rooms updated, the fitness room was well equipped. The breakfast area is large and stocked with everything you could imagine. They even had breakfast to go bags that I saw multiple families taking advantage of for their young children. When I checked out I told the front desk that this is one of the best hotels I have stayed at, and that I travel monthly for business. Little did I know my interaction with them wasn’t over yet. I realized going through security at the airport that I left the sweatshirt I planned to wear hanging in the closet of my hotel room. I called and asked if I could pay to have it shipped to my home. While I had plenty of time before my flight, I didn’t have enough time to go back and forth to the hotel. They not only retrieved my sweatshirt from my room, but the general manager brought it to me at the airport before my flight. He wouldn’t accept my tip. When insisted, he said he would give it to the housekeeping staff. What great service, and what a great manager. Look no further if you need a place to stay in the Clayton, MO area.

Mi sento molto bene e il servizio è molto buono.Il personale è particolarmente entusiasta e ti aiuterà quando hai bisogno di qualsiasi aiuto.Puoi anche aiutarti a prendersi cura dei piccoli animali sulla reception.Mi piace particolarmente il loro bar al primo piano, mi sento sulla strada per guardare il panorama esterno di notte, molto comodo.
