Ci siamo fermati a Vézelay per la famosa cattedrale. Abbiamo prenotato un piccolo albergo basandoci sulle foto. Il posto è veramente bello e la proprietaria è stata molto gentile. Abbiamo preso due camere entrambe belle e spaziose. La colazione, abbondante, era molto buona.

Beautiful, quiet, peaceful place to stay. A true rural French experience from the decor, to the town, to the friendly people. We stayed in Vezelay our first night in France and would highly recommend this hotel and this town. Visit the Basilica and experience peace during the nightly Vespers. Eat at the lovely restaurant right out side the Basilica with amazing food (reservation made by Corrina at Glycines). Walk the beautiful streets of town. We completely enjoyed our stay. Now we understand why Vezelay was voted one of the prettiest villages in France!

What a beautiful place to stay! We enjoyed our stay at Les Glycines; especially our room and the location. We were steps away from the Vezelay Cathedral and the staff was lovely. We wish we could have stayed longer. Thank you for your wonderful hospitality.

Beautiful room in a lovely historic building. Room was very large with adequate seating. Had all the modern amenities including a bathrobe which is always appreciated. Loved the view from the window. I also recommend their restaurant, Sy La Terrasse at the foot of the basilica.

We spent a night at this cozy hotel in the village of Vezelay on the way to Provence. A pleasant reception and a clean room made the stay a memorable one. The dinner at their busy restaurant completed a wonderful stay. A stone’s throw from the basilica and a short walk to the parking lot made this convenient. We didn’t partake of the breakfast but it looked fine. Thanks for a pleasant stay!

This is a charming boutique hotel with a friendly and helpful concierge and hotel staff. The hotel provides an excellent breakfast for a fee that is well worth it. The room was clean and quiet and had high quality bath products. The outdoor patio is lovely for enjoying a glass of wine while listening to the chiming of the bells of the cathedral nearby. The hotel is in the heart of Vezelay, a small hilltop village, and a short walk to restaurants and shops.

Very nice hotel near the cathedral. Beautiful room, nice hosts. Breakfast 17 euro a bit overpriced and in view of the room rate should have been included. There are no alternatives for breakfast in the neighbourhood so why not do so. Vezelay is a nice village but in say 2 hours to be seen. Would not stay there again as centre for visiting Burgundy.

The hotel is very comfortable and the room is perfect for a small village hotel. Near the Basilica, a very good restaurant nearby, has a fresh and quality breakfast, people are nice and give you great tips for enjoying the village and the area. We loved it!

Fantastic location in a small French village, authentic hotel in a quiet area. Very friendly personnel that speaks English. Spacious three-person room with airco and comfortable bathroom. Parking on a separate parking lot, but possible to unload car in front of hotel.
