The pictures look better then the room. I don’t want to be too mean, as I’m aware I paid for a cheap room, but the temperature of the room was freezing and stunk of smoke. We had to get two extra heaters from the hotel - thank you for providing. I asked to leave the moment I arrived, the hotel said no. Luckily they agreed to refund my second night so I only had to stay one night.
If you want a cheap room to stay at, then book away.

Hotel location is very good. Just next multi shopping center. A lot of restaurants nearby. Room is clean. High floor so view is nice.

房間很不錯，最重要的衞生做得非常棒，杭州灣住了這麼多家，這家的衞生感覺能排個前三了，如果比較在意衞生的，可以考慮！前台服務響應也很及時，送物也很快很周到。早餐也很好，種類豐富，還是全放在消毒櫃裏的碗筷，算是拿美觀換衞生了。最值得表揚的是，落在房間的發票也幫我快遞回來了，很細緻的服務！

如家和頤酒店的住宿體驗非常棒！首先，地理位置十分優越，周圍有商場，餐廳和娛樂設施，交通也非常便利。而且，房間內的設施一應俱全，不僅乾淨整潔，還非常舒適。工作人員都很熱情友好，服務周到，讓人感覺格外温馨。不僅如此，這家酒店的性價比也很高，價格合理，物超所值。總之，這是一家令人滿意的公寓式酒店，我非常願意推薦給其他人！

不想太乾燥沒開空調，跟前台解釋想加床被子，前台效率很高，幫忙加了被子和電暖氣。客房阿姨也很熱情，入住體驗很好。

酒店服務非常好！週末帶小朋友去杭州灣濕地公園玩，訂的雙床，前台説週末房間多，還能給升級高級雙床房，有一張還是大床，很不錯！樓層高，風景也不錯！很推薦！

再次造訪，這次訂的房間給安排的也很好，比上次的更亮堂，燈光很亮，角落都照到了，比上週住的漢庭很明顯的乾淨不少。特別是茶咖啡用料都還可以，不容錯過

早餐很好，衹隨手拍了一張，種類還是非常多的。食材非常好，小孩子很喜歡吃。離景區都挺近的，酒店後面就是購物中心，旁邊還有小吃街，很方便
