Recently attended a yearly event I go to that has changed its location to this hotel as of 2024. Compared to our previous hotel, I was really impressed. We very much enjoyed the conference spaces and the layout of the hotel. The view is beautiful. There was plenty of space for our event, and all the staff at the hotel were incredibly helpful and polite, and overall lovely. Aside from the lack of a pool (it really feels like they need one! lol), the hotel itself is great. I didn't feel bothered by noise on the 2nd floor - and our event did sell out the entire hotel. I heard others complain about paper thin walls, so maybe we just got lucky with our neighbors? But we slept great and the rooms were clean and comfortable. I saw some reviews here complain about the location of the hotel, and I have to say we were quite pleased with it. I love not being right next to a noisy busy road like so many hotels. And yet still, right across the street you've got several nice little restaurants, and there is shopping nearby and you aren't far from quite a lot of activity in Ann Arbor/Ypsilanti. The restaurant onsite that offers dinner is really good. We did apps one night and then dinner the next with them. I had soup, salad, and dessert - the soup and dessert were both phenomenal, and the salad also excellent. I found the prices a little steep....but some of the loveliest tomato soup I've ever had, so this is a minor complaint. All that said, there were a couple of areas that I'm hoping will improve in the future, if our event continues to be held here. What wasn't impressive was the breakfast. Despite that our group had been told we would have the options of a special breakfast menu, the only breakfast offered during our stay was the buffet, and it was not good. The kind of hotel breakfast that should be free, because it mostly isn't worth eating, but it cost $21. The oatmeal was incredibly watery, the eggs were flavorless and definitely the powdered kind. Everything seemed a little stale...and tasteless. And the omelette bar wasn't even being manned when I came down to have breakfast. My fingers are crossed that next year they will be offering an actual breakfast menu, outside of the buffet. With what they can do with dinner, I know they could offer an amazing breakfast! The other thing that struck me about the dining, is that our event group was given a special menu - we had the whole hotel for 3 or 4 nights. The items on it were very similar to the items (some the exact same) on the hotels websites menu for the restaurant, but the prices were all much higher. When this was asked about, our group was told that the menu on the hotels website hasn't been updated to reflect price increases....that as I understood went up last year. But here we are the following month and the prices on the website menu still haven't changed..... So I do still find myself wondering if our group wasn't given a special higher priced menu for bringing a large group...? The o

Best Fairfield I ever stayed at..in fact, I'd put it right up there with the main Marriott hotels or other name hotels! Fairly new facility...spotlessly clean everywhere. When you can't even find a spot in the caulk around the tub and can see yourself in the shine of the tub...it's spotless! There is one thing I would ask for improvement on. BREAKFAST! Please add to your menu..2% milk and whole milk, waffles, and fruit cups. Cereal with 1 % milk is like cereal and water! Other Fairfields I have stayed at offer waffles. But don't let that stop you...the hotel is in a very nice safe industrial office type area with a ***** mall across the street and near the Marriott Eagle Crest Resort and Golf Course.

Questo è un hotel economico.Il complesso è pulito e la decorazione non è molto vecchia.Istruzioni di base.Il colazione è con caffè, pane, frutta, yogurt.Il rapporto prezzo è buono.

房間不是很大但是夠用，衞生情況不錯，就是隔音太差。早晨就是美式的簡餐能吃飽，沒有肉類食物。一樓有投幣洗衣機可以使用。附近有2個食品超市有着多樣的選擇包括有機農產品。是密大北校區住宿的不錯選擇。

The ameninties were great! We had a variety of regular rooms, 1 bedroom suites and 2 bedroom suites that passed our expectations! There was NOTHING that we were lacking for our stay! We were able to use the kitchen & all the supplies in it, along with the pool, hot tub & work-out room multiple times during our stay! The ability to sit around a fire at night, use a BBQ grill that we could grill for our whole group was WAY more than we expected! They also had ample group seating that we could utilize and a large table the we used each night to play games. The staff was ALWAYS friendly, polite and asking if there was anything that we needed! They wished us well and welcomed us back each time we left. I worked with the GM, Rich, to arrange rooms for this large group that was gathered for my husbands memorial service! Rich was attentive to EVERY detail and checked with me (and our group) to make sure that everything was going ok and if we needed anything. He made sure that we knew about restaurants and grocery stores were close by (our group came from all over including, AZ & FL) so we knew where to go. I felt that the attention to detail was amazing and service was MORE than I expected or have received from other establishments in the past! You won't regret staying here!!

La stanza di prenotazione temporanea, arrivato alle 11:30 di mezzanotte, c'era una camera doppia al primo piano, entrato nella stanza, odore molto pesante, sensazione molto umida. Questo hotel è molto decorato e nuovo, la colazione gratuita è molto ricco, e il servizio è molto buono. Qualcuno vi sara'il caffè o il tè.La macchina del caffè, il frigorifero, la microonde sono tutti completi nella stanza. L'hotel ha una grande piscina e fitness, intorno al quale è molto sicuro e spazioso, e la macchina si ferma. L'hotel uscirà a pochi passi con una stazione di benzina, un supermercato e una trasformazione conveniente per comprare qualcosa di cibo. Un aspetto particolarmente buono è che l'hotel ha una società di taxi, e l'auto è parcheggiata accanto all'hotel. Questo servizio è fantastico!
