Mi sono messo in camera, un set di asciugamani, un tavolo da letto, nessuna macchina da caffè, nessun frigo. La luce era fuori, il giacca non aveva un bar per appendere nulla. Haydee Rodriquez è venuto al salvataggio. Ha organizzato di cambiare la nostra stanza e era molto meglio.

La posizione è piuttosto incline, ma è più sicuro non preoccuparsi. La stanza è pulita e pulita ogni giorno.

E' molto nuovo. La stanza è grande - Okay. Gestione un po' di confusione Non basta che la gente pulisca la stanza e vada a lavarsi da sola. Non mi ha dato una chiave dopo la prima notte di soggiorno. Il personale era amichevole e competente, e io dormivo bene nel letto. Ma c'è una buona ragione per cui questo hotel è stato il meno costoso nella zona: non potevano far rimanere le persone se non fosse. * Il telecomando per l'unità AC/Calore era super fantasia, ma non è venuto con istruzioni e ovviamente ha sconfitto l'ultimo ospite. Anche se è stato fissato per 85, la stanza era solo nel basso 50 quando sono arrivato. Mi ci sono voluto circa 15 minuti per scoprire come impostare il tempo ragionevole. * Tutte le ombre sulle lampade avevano macchie. Le uscite elettriche nelle loro basi non funzionavano. * C'era una cortina che copriva un muro di vetro nella hall, ma non bloccava tutta la luce. Allo stesso modo, per nessun motivo vedevo, c’era una finestra stretta per le pareti alzate al di sopra del bagno, con ciechi veneziano che non potevano essere chiusi correttamente, così la luce mattinale brillante cadeva attraverso la DIRETTA dove i miei occhi erano quando erano nel letto. * Non c'è un bar di sicurezza nel posto giusto per la doccia, e non c'è niente che non si slip. * Non c'è telefono nella stanza, quindi se volevo parlare al divano, dovevo andare. * La stanza non era pulita e il letto non era fatto dopo la mia prima notte (di due).

We stayed in two rooms and were very disappointed at this hotel. We have stayed at many Courtyard/ Marriott properties and this one was one of, if not the poorest maintained. The reservation was made a month ahead of our stay and because of all the graduations (reason for our trip) the hotel charged exorbitant prices for poor facilities. They also had no compassion for our plight as we had to change our booked hotel because two months after making our reservation they went pet-friendly (all Hiltons) and I have severe allergies. The front desk person was very friendly and efficient-appreciated after a long day. The issue started with a minor annoyance- no floor readout in the elevator and progressed to filthy carpets and banged up walls and renovation equipment in the hall . The halls and elevators were also extremely HOT. Our rooms were not any better- nasty stains all over the carpet and sofa, mold and a missing tile in the bathroom. The grab rail in the shower was loose and the toilet was so low that a child would best fit it. No water pressure in the shower. The A/C was also extremely loud. I realize that many of these items will be taken care of during the renovation, however to charge $350/night for a room in this condition is criminal. To top it off, unlike most hotels in this and other chains, there was no included breakfast or courtesy bottled water for rewards members. Also, in the morning all the elevators were being used by the construction and cleaning people so we had to use the stairs to go out to get food. Word of warning if you are still considering staying here in the near future… the construction is a couple rooms at a time on a guest floor and they not only hog the elevator at check out time but noise starts at 9am so don’t think of sleeping in. Why aren’t they doing a floor at a time so they could leave their equipment out of the way and free up the elevators.
