La stanza è comoda e grande, e conveniente per comprare vicino al grande centro commerciale. L'unica carenza non è quella di fornire colazione, se vuoi andare a Washington qui, il valore CP è alto.

The staff were very, very friendly. The room was spacious and the included products were Dove products (lotion, hand soap, bath wash, shampoo, and conditioner). We did not use housekeeping but were given towels daily as requested. Breakfast was adequate. I would recommend that the hotel switch to butter that is spreadable when cold. It is hard to spread rock-hard butter onto toast, bagels, pancakes, etc. The worst part of our four day stay was other guests. A large group arrived on our second night. The children ran the halls all night and the adults talked loudly in the halls. Not the hotel's fault but ruined my visit/birthday getaway. There was a lot of parking and the location was convenient. I would recommend better signage at the entrance. The hotel is located off of a busy highway. We almost missed the turn in the first time parking. Another issue was that the pool was closed due to the heater not working. We were disappointed about this. I would return to this hotel. If we do, I hope that the pool is operational.

This property is fairly easy to find as it's located right off the highway. The lot offers ample parking and allows for easy offloading, using their baggage carts. Check in went smoothly, aside from the every-other-day housekeeping schedule (???). The front desk and lobby were neat. The dining area looked neat however the lights were off there throughout our 4-night stay. Also, there was a small microwave in the lobby, near the 24/7 coffee/tea cart. Second floor balcony offers an excellent view of the gorgeous chandelier below. The ”business center” is one computer terminal with a sign over it turning users away, due to Mr. Rona. 😒 Our suite faces the parking lot and highway. Noise didn't bother us at all, however parking in the front with a sensitive car alarm may kill your battery from the highway noise. The suite is LOVELY. The bathroom was clean, standard and was fully stocked with tons of towels. The suite has tons of mirrors, which is kind of cool. The kitchenette area features a mini fridge, a microwave an airplane restroom-size sink and a couple cupboards. The in-room hot tub was clean however jet pressure was nil...so disappointing as it was the sole reason we booked this suite. We always bring our PPE and cleaning supplies so it can't be that the jets were clogged, they simply don't do enough. The chaise lounger felt sort of worn and looked a bit dated. A blanket and a guest pillow easily cured that and my partner watched several movies in it. Regardless, it's a lovely touch to the room. The two phones in the suite are also a nice touch, one bedside and the other on the desk. Additionally, there SO MANY outlets!! There are at least 6 outlets, including usb ports, beside the bed alone...plus the desk, and the bathroom and the kitchenette area. The bed is large and quite comfortable. We especially appreciated the five versus typical 3 pillows as well as the 2 GUEST pillows in the drawers. ”Free breakfast” is a Jimmy Dean sausage sandwich in a paper bag distributed by the front desk staff member and the previously mentioned 24/7 mediocre coffee/tea cart. Overall, the suite was clean, really spacious and quite enjoyable. I'm a homebody so it was the perfect escape, whether we stayed in (which is ALWAYS my preference) or went shopping, dining or simply exploring the hundreds of local places. We love this property and will likely return.

Overall, this is a very nice and convenient place to stay. It's clean and comfortable, which is all we needed. We enjoyed being close to downtown for food options and if the weather was nicer we could have taken walks from the hotel. They charge for coffee in the lobby, and there are no additional amenities, so if you want a late-night snack or beverage, bring it with you. Personally, a check out at 10am is too early. We were approved for 10:30 by the night staff but unfortunately this was not communicated to the day staff. The clerk called our room but clearly didn't believe us and then continued to have an attitude when we checked out at exactly 10:30, stating we were late. We do recommend the place, and would stay again, but hope for better overall customer service next time. Of note, the check-in staff was excellent.

Il check-in e check-out era semplice. La posizione era grande. Molte opzioni di cibo/bevande vicino. Il letto era comodo, ma le pareti sono sottili in carta. Continuato a svegliarsi dalle persone nelle stanze accanto a noi.

Sono asmatico, e con la prima stanza che ho controllato, erano un pesante ”fresher/pulizia d'aria” nell'aria, e non potevo uscire con A/C o aprire la finestra, e mi dava problemi. Mi sono chiesto un'altra stanza, e mi hanno mostrato un'altra, con una qualità dell'aria molto migliore. La stanza era pulita, comoda, e soddisfaceva tutte le mie esigenze. Ero anche molto presto e esaurito da un volo, e mi sono dato un check-in precoce (bassa tassa) e ho anche scelto di verificare tardi il giorno successivo (small fee), che hanno obbligato senza emissioni.
