awesome bed, sufficiently clean hotel — in-room and elsewhere — although a little smelly in part of a hallway. very kind people work here, especially Clarizza! I wish I borrowed the appliances and dishes that they offer, which I did not notice until I was about to check-out. Free breakfast really moves the needle and kept me happy. Thank you.

La TV era eccellente con molti canali. È bello che il motel sia grande, quindi di solito si può ottenere la disponibilità. È uno dei migliori motel del Motel 6 che ho visitato negli Stati Uniti e sono stato a molti. È anche una grande posizione generale, poiché si dispone di facile accesso a New York via il treno NJT. Check in Fri evening. Check out Sat noon. Pros: -Check out is at noon -Location is very accessible -There is a restaurant on the first floor of the hotel so you do not have to leave the premises if you do not have to. -The front of the building and the lobby look presentable. Cons: -My TV only had 7 stations (local over the channel stations only) even though the guide lists dozens of channels. I contacted the front desk on Sat morning to let them know, I was told the maintenance guy does not come in until 09:30. I was told he would come take a look at it when he arrived. 10:20 still no response or maintenance guy. I called again. I was offered to be moved from room 254 to 154. I told the lady I will prefer a room on any floor except the first floor. I was told no other room will be available until after 1pm when the rooms have been checked out and cleaned. I then told them I would take room 154, that when I was told that the TV issue was not ”really a maintenance or TV issue, it had to do with their cable provider” and they can not guarantee that I will be able to watch more channels in any other room. I was too shocked to even give them a response. -The carpets in the hallways are filthy with visible dirt and bleach marks ( I have many pictures). They also have a strong musky smell to them. -One of the elevators worked perfectly but the 2nd elevator really smells like something died in there. Just sad. -The only floors with ice machines are floors 2 and 4. -Plot twist- both ice machines on floors 2 and 4 were not working! -The best looking part of the hotel is the front and the lobby, everything else is dilapidated. - I overheard a lady asking why she was told she had to pay for breakfast when it is advertised that breakfast was included, someone was explaining to her that breakfast was included if you paid for breakfast with your reservation. I do not even know what that means but I never ate breakfast there. I was so disappointed about my stay that on my way out, I had to tell the ladies at the front desk that the management really needs to do better. It appears no one cares, they just care about booking rooms and not updating or cleaning the hotel.

La sala da giardino ha un bel set-up e non abbiamo usato la piscina perché era fuori, ma sembrava buono per il soggiorno estiva. Sono così felice di vedere la catena ha cambiato da bottiglie monouso per cose come lo shampoo e il condizionatore, ecc. Se potessero trovare un modo per liberarsi di tutti gli imballaggi aggiuntivi per la stazione di caffè/tea nella stanza, sarebbe meraviglioso.Questa catena è coerente in qualità, servizio e personale, e consiglierei molto questo luogo.

STAY AWAY! The hotel itself is beautiful, but the staff and management team are very very troublesome. My husband and I got married in Somerset three months ago and stayed in the bridal suite the night after our wedding. Upon waking up the next day, we left the room to eat breakfast in the lobby for approximately half an hour. When we returned to our suite, the door to our room was wide open and our belongings were nowhere to be found. A maid was cleaning the room and when asked where our stuff was, she simply responded, ”I don't know. Front desk.” While leaving the room, we happened to look inside the garbage bag on her cleaning cart and were infuriated to find that our valuable and sentimental possessions were all thrown away, including my makeup and emptied out makeup bag, bridal bouquet, bridal tote, wedding heels, ”wifey” sweatshirt, watch box, and congratulatory balloons that had been popped. Please note that WE HAD NOT CHECKED OUT YET and it was an hour before checkout time. This was an outright violation of our privacy and belongings! Following the incident, we reached out to management and were told that an insurance claim would be filed to compensate us for our lost items. It has been three months and we receive zero communication unless we actively follow up - even then, we are informed that they are ”working on the issue” only to be ignored again. This incident has permanently tainted the most special weekend of our lives. We would never recommend this hotel to any friend or family member.
