Un posto che vive ma non lascia impressioni, può essere perche'è tardi.

Prima di tutto: parcheggio ampio, posizione centrale a Walmart e altri ristoranti, sede aperto. Il ferro nella stanza era difettoso e hanno sostituito il ferro entro 15 minuti di chiamata che era buono. Il checkout tardivo è stato consentito su richiesta senza esitazione. Internet ha funzionato come un fascino in tutto senza logotipi. Cons: Più lento ascensore, ascensore estremamente lento, proprietà mantenuta scarsamente, antiquato. La piscina è stata chiusa, il bar è stato molto piccolo. Non ci sono servizi gratuiti e la proprietà pubblicizza falsamente e vende cose sul loro mercato. Solo il caffè rosso scuro offerto nella stanza, anche su richiesta non fornisce altri tipi di caffè.

La posizione dell'hotel è grande. L'hotel stesso è in triste necessità di riparazione che comprendo comincerà alla fine del 2023. Le camere sono vecchie, abbiamo due camere, entrambe con porte rotte alla zona del letto, tessuto a rottura, matite rotte, mobili intrecciati e la lista continua. Le camere sono orribili disegni- non c'è fornitura AC nella camera principale. Non sono sicuro come l'hotel è andato via con questo design. AC rifrirà la zona principale solo senza flusso d'aria all'area di dormire. La piscina è bella ma aperta solo fino alle 8:00, che è strano. Il centro fitness è adeguato. Non rimarrei ancora una volta dopo che le riparazioni saranno completate, sono certo che questa revisione sarà cancellata quando ciò accadrà, per ora, vedremo qualunque altra volta nella zona.

In generale, è ancora buono, l'atteggiamento del personale di servizio è molto buono e attivo, Salute: bene È difficile svegliarsi prima di vedere il sole 🌅 davanti alla finestra E'anche fatto colazione.

My family recently stayed at this hotel for a few nights, specifically because we have 3 children (including a baby) so we wanted a suite type room for the extra space and a kitchenette, particularly for the baby’s bottles/food. Overall: The good: Nearly all members of the staff from maintenance to the front desk were incredibly friendly, professional, and kind. Despite some minor wear and tear the room was fairly clean when we checked in* (see below on this caveat) save for a few finger prints on the sliding divider between the desk and the bedroom. The lobby was very nice, clean, and the offered breakfast pretty comprehensive - there was definitely something for everyone. We ate breakfast downstairs on a very busy Saturday morning so things did run out, but the staff refilled everything quickly and kept the area very clean and tidy despite the large number of people. (I would just recommend doubling the coffee canisters that get put out as they ran out very quickly!) The not great: Our room was comically small. Between kids and suitcases we were constantly tripping over something. Honestly I think the room we had was no larger than a regular hotel room, it just had more furniture in it. We brought a pack & play for our baby to sleep in and had no room to set it up other than in the closet (which baby did NOT care for). The one side of the one bed was broken so it sank down if we sat on that corner and our fridge was more like a freezer - it froze everything you put in it. That said, we didn’t have time to report any of these issues, so perhaps they could have been addressed had we done so. My biggest gripe though was the lack of housekeeping services. We checked in Friday and checked out on Monday and our room was not cleaned/tidied even once. Upon making the reservation it was made clear that rooms were cleaned every other day, but when I inquired I was told that it was “really more like every 3 days” and either way, housekeeping was no longer there. It was annoying to have to make the beds at a hotel, but also incredibly frustrating that the bathroom was never cleaned, toilet paper never re-stocked, and our 2 trash cans were literally overflowing. We had also requested extra towels with our reservation but arrived to find only 3 sets (for a room that could have slept 6). I’ve literally never stayed at a hotel that didn’t provide daily housekeeping - let alone no housekeeping for a 3 night/4 day stay. Lastly - this is on me for not reading the room descriptions more closely but be advised that the rooms do NOT have a kitchenette, just a very small mini-fridge and microwave which did not meet our needs at all. All in all, our stay was ok, and honestly, this is probably the best hotel option in the Cherry Hill area that we could find - but the lack of housekeeping was definitely problematic, it just didn’t seem up to Marriott standards.

非常好的家庭酒店，兩卧室性價比高，離費城略遠，開車二十多分鐘，確實衹適合自駕來住。除了健身房沒有啞鈴，別的沒啥吐槽的。很推薦
