Abbiamo soggiornato qui durante il 9° torneo di baseball statale, volevamo un hotel un po' più lontano, poi tutti i bambini erano rimasti. Grande posizione, parcheggio sicuro e vicino al ristorante’s e a Walmart. Il ristorante era aperto, quindi abbiamo ordinato cibo per andare in camera nostra. Camera più - mini frigo microonde TV a schermo piatto grande e un fantastico AC. Cons - potresti aggiornare il potasso di caffè e bagno potrebbe servire un po 'di aggiornamento. Overall very positive - quiet and clean with a friendly staff. Negatives: - holiday inn express (corporate) should give up on the plastic fake cheese omelettes at breakfast - they are bad. The rest of the breakfast is pretty good, though. - although advertised as smoke free our floor reeked of cigarette smoke and Febreze. Even the room cleaning crew was complaining about the smell. I realize it is not the hotel’s fault if someone smokes in their room.

Il GW a Winchester si trova nel centro di Old Winchester. È un vecchio Grand Hotel con camere fantastiche, tutte con arredi di qualità e letti così comodi che puoi dormire tutto il giorno. La lobby dispone di un piano bar e lounge, che è una grande attrazione per i visitatori e la gente del posto. L'Hotel dispone anche di un ottimo ristorante per una bella cena in tovaglia. Il cibo è eccellente. L'hotel dispone anche di una piscina coperta in stile greco e di una vasca idromassaggio. La posizione è alla fine del centro commerciale pedonale del centro, quindi esci e dai un'occhiata a tutti i negozi e ristoranti: il centro commerciale spesso offre eventi e musica all'aperto. Questo hotel è perfetto anche se stai visitando ed esplorando tutta la storia che la zona ha da offrire. (Alcuni articoli sono soggetti a restrizioni covid, orari del ristorante modificati e la vasca idromassaggio potrebbe essere chiusa in base alle restrizioni - la piscina era aperta però) controlla questo posto - sicuramente una buona esperienza.

Abbiamo avuto la nostra prima riunione familiare qui questo fine settimana e è stato un grande successo grazie al personale meraviglioso. Roxanna, Vickie, Izzy, & Marvin sono stati eccellenti. Se stai pensando di avere una funzione qui, non esitate! PRENOTA! Hanno preso cura di tutte le mie esigenze e hanno aiutato la mia famiglia da un ultimo minuto di giardino. La mia famiglia ha avuto un tempo incredibile e ha goduto il loro soggiorno e l'evento in modo approfondito. Grazie mille per tutto il vostro aiuto e ospite! A+ Servizio!

In pics and in person the modern fresh room style is appealing though the functionality is sub-par. An example: one night table was a solid piece, no drawer or shelf with the top diameter much smaller than my laptop. Typically, a phone (use as an alarm), a bottle of water and an iPad , e-reader or book/magazine would be on a nightstand. Whoops, no room for all that and the slick surface made me nervous to leave my iPad on it. The open closet is fine, especially for me as I don't hang or put clothes in a drawer, but the only space available that wasn't in the bathroom is directly below where one would hang their clothes and right above the fridge. This could make it a perfect spot for a soft sided cooler, but this relatively small space (didn't measure, maybe 14”x20” with Keurig-style coffee maker already on it) is where one might set snacks, extra sodas, the cereal one brings because they like to eat the same thing every day and need a spot to set their cereal bowl while grabbing milk out of fridge right below. Not sure about you, but I'm not terribly comfortable putting food & dishes in the bathroom. Unfortunately, that is where my coffee maker needed to go (if I'm remembering correctly) the outlets where not accessible so Mr. Nespresso did need to go in the bathroom. Bathroom shower had some mold around the caulk area, otherwise serviceable. Not a horrible room overall, but not as nice as other similarly priced nearby chains so I'll stick to those.

My stay here has been for a little over a month now and this morning was the WORST AND RUDEST SERVICE I have had the ENTIRE time I have been here. Everyone else has been EXTREMELY friendly and kind. The lady at the front desk was extremely rude to my sister whom went to pay for the room for the day. She tried to charge her over the amount of the flat rate I was given so far bc of the length of my stay and asked for an ID and she was not switching out the room. She was only paying for it. The gentleman who’s name was on the room was working. She refused to apply our flat rate discount, continued to be rude to my sister who has very bad mentally issues from other trauma. I called down to speak with her and she continued her appalling attitude. I asked not to speak to me that way bc it was very rude and disrespectful and she continued. I then asked her name and later in time, she gave me a fake name, I asked her lastname and she told me “Nunya” which means “none of your business” in sarcasm. Then asked me what my name was. I went to find out the e problem at front desk and the lady there knows I’ve been here that long and knows our room and knows of the gentleman who’s name is on the room. She continued to raise her voice as she was in the phone with the manager. When I started explaining to the manager, the front desk clerk continued to raise her voice and also answered the phone bc of a call coming in all while continuing to argue with me. After explaining to owner she found that we have been here that long and tons the lady what to do. This woman threatened to have me physically removed by the police telling me my room wasn’t under my name. With that being said, my name was on the room for the second guest. My sister was trembling for about 45 minutes after the occurrence. I made a NASTY complaint on her and I honestly hope she loses her job!!!! THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT!! But she failed to agree with that. I was so upset that my blood pressure was high and had to take an extra half of meds. This woman clearly does not belong working with the public.
