Ciao stiamo una settimana con marito e figlia e dopo 4 giorni Gia faccio punto situazione: Iniziamo con le positività dicendo che il personale e gentilissimo e anche il direttore. Piscina molto bella e circondata da comodi lettini e ombrelloni. Relax perché non esiste animazione( e cio per me e negativo) ,park gratuito ad interno hotel e siamo vicinissimi ,a piedi, alla zona della nuova Medina che e curata e piena di bei locali e botteghe di artigianato molto particolare( soprattutto quello sotto le tende bianche).Spiaggia a 10 minuti a piedi da hotel con lettini e ombrelloni inclusi ma tutto cio che prendi da mangiare e da bere e tutto carissimo...talvolta piu che in Italia.Mare bello ma pieno di residui di immondizia ....che vergogna ....e meduse Caravelle assai pericolose . All'arrivo ci hanno dato la camera 249 spaziosissima ma con porta che non si chiude,TV che non andava, telefono che non andava, cassaforte senza chiave perché persa e dopo lamentele ci hanno proposto di fare le valigie e cambiare stanza.....peccato che era per 2 e piccolissima ....siamo rimasti nella 249.....disfacendo per la seconda volta le valigie. Oggi siamo andati a km 130 da hotel in una spiaggia molto bella e carissima che andava assolutamente prenotata....peccato che in hotel non parlano assolutamente italiano....nonostante scrivano il contrario e male anche inglese ( mia figlia vive in USA e si e spiegata benissimo in inglese)e si sono dimenticati di prenotarci la spiaggia e stamane ,dopo 135 km andata e 135 ritorno siamo arrivati sull'isola in barca e non avevamo nessuna postazione ...ci hanno rimbalzati da una parte all'altra della spiaggia con soluzioni scomode e di fortuna per poi ,alle 16 ,buttarci fuori perché era tutto pieno ed eravamo sotto il sole infernale. Vogliamo parlare del cibo?? AIUTOOOO....io cucino bene e forse sono un po' troppo esigente ma in questo hotel si mangia cibo cucinato alla tunisina e io non ho mangiato per 7 giorni ....succhi ,dicono di frutta , terribili.....cibo poco cotto e noi tutti avuto brutto virus intestinale....Sara' il cibo??il caldo? L'acqua?....non e un hotel con standard europei . Per finire ,nel bagno delle donne , adiacente alla reception, non si può entrare dalla puzza di fogna ed altri odori infernali....l'ho fatto presente....spero che questa mia recensione possa aiutare la direzione dell'hotel a sistemare tutto cio che non va perché la struttura e bella e con grandi potenzialità. Hasdrubal Thalasso Hammamet is one of the oldest hotels in Hammamet, and while it may show signs of age, I was pleasantly surprised by the overall cleanliness, large room, and charm it offered. The hotel's aging exterior might not be the most visually appealing due to lack of maintenance, but once inside, I found the interior well-maintained and quite nice. The cleanliness of the rooms and common areas was commendable, which greatly contributed to a comfortable stay. I wanted to add that it was enjoyable but events which happened during my stay destroyed my enjoyment. Despite its age, this hotel manages to retain a certain charm,unfortunately some staff is  friendly but some other staff's demeanor adds to the negative experience. My recent visit to the à la carte restaurant was marred by an unfortunate incident that left a lasting negative impression. While I had initially looked forward to enjoying a pleasant dining experience, what I witnessed was completely unexpected and unacceptable. During my time at the restaurant, someone decided to engage in public urination, which was not only unsanitary but also highly disrespectful to the establishment and its patrons. Such behavior is entirely inappropriate and should not occur in any public setting, especially a place where people come to enjoy their meals. I believe it is the responsibility of the restaurant staff to maintain a safe and comfortable environment for all customers. In this case, it appeared that the staff either failed to notice or address the situation promptly. This incident significantly detracted from what could have otherwise been an enjoyable meal. Kamel the server was informed and witnessed the incident but didn't do anything. I hope that the restaurant takes measures to improve its security and staff training to prevent such incidents in the future, ensuring that customers can dine without experiencing such discomfort. I must say I was quite disappointed with the level of customer service provided by the receptionist Ghada. While the hotel itself had a luxurious ambiance, the receptionist's attitude was much to be desired. I had hoped for a warm and welcoming experience when I was asking for change, but instead, I was met with a receptionist who was not nice at all. She appeared disinterested, and her demeanor came across as unfriendly. It's essential for a hotel of this caliber to have staff who make guests feel valued and appreciated whatever they're wearing or whatever they look like, but unfortunately, that was not my experience, no smile, no eye contact, not even being regarded as a customer.  Yes that was Ghada who forgot the meaning of the word receptionist. I believe that the front desk staff play a crucial role in setting the tone for a guest's stay, and in this case, it left a negative impression. I hope the hotel management takes note of this and addresses the issue to ensure that future guests have a more pleasant experience with this lady and others like h

Accoglienza al top, personale molto servibile, sempre a piccole cure. L'appartamento di 80m2 con terrazza e balcone è ben attrezzato (cocina molto bene) con una letto confortevole. Tutte le trasmissioni televisive francesi su e un buon Wi-Fi ovunque (lo sto lavorando in stream per le mie riunioni). Altrimenti grande hotel con palme e banane in tutto e bella prato verde e ben mantenute con una bella e grande piscina (molto tranquilla) e un parco acquatico molto simpatico. Il miglior hotel di yasmine hammamet secondo me (ho fatto 2 hotel 5* nelle 2 settimane precedenti). Spiaggia a 5 minuti a piedi e 2 buon ristorante snake (Yoyo e Oggi) e un grande supermercato a buon mercato a 1min a piedi. Non capisco i commenti negativi ...

Un esperienza decisamente da ricordare in tutti i sensi....ho trascorso 2 settimane bellissime con mia figlia ci siamo divertite tantissimo i ragazzi dell' animazione e tutti gli altri dello staff lavorano duro sotto questo sole cocente per fare in modo che le persone siano contente durante la permanenza.

Stayed here for a week in February 2024. Last minute deal. First time in tunisia, and wasn't disappointed. As you enter the hotel, the reception area is just a wow factor. And the welcome even better. Mr Salah, Emna and her look slike Sameh were brilliant. Stayed in a junior suite, on the 3rd floor, with terrace overlooking the gardens, pools and the Mediterranean. Room was lovely. 2 x 4ft twins, lovely bathroom with all you need, from hair dryers to Bath, separate shower, free toiletries etc. Literally a dressing room with loads of space and coat hangers! Coffee making. Mini bar, all inclusive and topped up every day. Safe, dressing gowns and slippers. Bedroom was large and airy, with sofa, table, chairs, big tv. Terrace has a day bed, table chairs and drying line. Very good and comprehensive meals, and superb, strong coffee. The bar service was great, although I drank mainly red wine! Spotless! Clean public bathrooms, and nothing too much trouble. If you wanted to go into hammamett, you do need a taxi. But the cost was never anymore than about 10 dinar. (£2.50). Always ask for the meter to be put on. Usual scallywags in the new medina (Jasmina), trying to fleece you. But old medina and Fort was glorious. Sunny for 4 days, about 25, cloudy or drizzle the other 3. The hotel also has 3 little, but well stocked shops, . At good prices. Had to use the Dr's there once, due to an ongoing foot injury. Fast efficient service. Came to hotel. About £25.(100 dinar). Cannot recommend the blue oceana highly enough, and returning in October for more pampering, and Emnas smile. Hamish.
