La ricezione e la comunicazione sono un casino! 10 email anche in fb, IG per conferma della stanza, 4 giorni in anticipo. Al desk, l'ospite mi ha detto che erano sovrascritti, quindi non possono rispondere immediatamente, 4 giorni ok... Prenoto anche una tavola da pranzo 4 giorni in anticipo, lo stesso casino... Ho esperienze in molti NOBU, Sempre fantastico, ma questo a Varsavia non lo consiglio!

Un hotel in stile europeo con una lunga storia mantenuta molto rinnovata. I film possono essere distribuiti ovunque nell'hotel. La colazione è molto ricca, con un'ampia varietà e molti ospiti. Ci è stato regalato un buono per un drink al bar il giorno del check-in: è stato così piacevole alleviare la fatica a fine giornata! Esperienza di soggiorno molto positiva

Hotel Super bien ubicado. Muy limpio. Lo único malo es el ruido de la calle. El hotel proporciona tapones para los oidos (te los encuentras en la habitación). Hay fuente de agua osmosis en cada planta para que puedas rellenar tu botella. El buffet del desayuno muy completo.

I had a reservation done on 07.07.2022 for the night of 08.07.2022, but on 30.06.2022 I have received an email from V Hotel informing me that the reservation was canceled, and no other details. After a fast investigation, I came to the conclusion that it was canceled because of a failed attempt of payment on 30.06.2022, due to an insufficient balance on my Revolut account. A couple of hours after getting the email (around 17:00), I called the hotel to understand what was the possibilities of recovering the booking as I added enough funds on my Revolut account. I was told by the receptionist that probably it was possible, however the manager was not in the hotel, he had no idea on how to do it and that I would get a phone call one the manager would be on the hotel. I've waited until the next day, but got no call. I decided to call on the next morning (09:40) and another receptionist told me that the manager would be arriving in 20 minutes, and they would call me when that would happen. I waited 4 hours and had no contact whatsoever. So, I decided to call them again (at 13:30). I was greeted by another receptionist, that simply suggested that I would create another booking. Which I replied that I would like to have the old booking back has now the price would be much higher. Then I was told that no other rooms were available on the hotel, contradicting the previous suggestion. After showing my disappointment for the lack of flexibility and effort to try to solve the issue in good terms, I was told once again that they would call me when the manager would come back. I asked when that would be and I was told that it would be on 05.07 or 06.07 (so I would be waiting for a reply until 2 days before the date of check in - assuming that they would call me). Obviously, I refused that since I would have to start looking for another hotel room right away. In the end of the call, I asked for the name of the person to which I was talking to and in return the receptionist hanged the phone on me (I was never rude or indelicate). Prime example of professionalism! To consider that 08.07 is the day of a concert of Coldplay in Warsaw and the demand for hotel rooms is very high for that day, and the hotel canceled my reservation on the first try to get the payment, in order to get another booking that would give them more money. In result, I lost my reservation and had to book a much more expensive hotel room elsewhere. My main complaints here are: - I only got one email, without any details on why the reservation was canceled; - There was no attempt to contact me over the phone in order to proceed with the payment on a different way; - The attempts of just make wait for their call until I would forget or give up; - The utterly unprofessional atitude of the last receptionist with whom I spoke, that didn't do any effort to solve the issue, gave me contradictory information and hang up the phone in my face. Apartament bardzo mnie rozczarował. Z braku pokoi w innym standardzie dostaliśmy Junior Siut. Generalne wrażenie robi dobre. To nowa inwestycja, więc w pokojach jest jeszcze schludnie i czysto. Większość mebli jest kompletnie niefunkcjonalna, lodówka pod piekarnikiem (?!) za stołem, sprawiała, że koszmarnie się z niej korzystało. Składana kanpa, która rozjeżdżała się po złożeniu, kiedy się na nien siedziało. Do tego ze skrzynią, w ktotej zmieściła się tylko jedna poduszka i prześcieradło. Koszmarny wielki kloc - stolik kawowy - którego przesuwanie do rozłożenia kanapy wymagało 3 osób. Brak lampki i kontaktów w okolicy kanapy. Zakładając, że jest to także miejsce do spania, fatalnie zaprojektowany pokój. Zestaw do parzenia kawy/herbaty na 3 dni pobytu dla 3 osób zawiera 2 zielone herbaty, 2 jednorazowe cukry i 2 saszetki rozpuszczalnej kawy. Wyposażenie w aneksie kuchennym: 3 łyżki na krzyż, obdrapana z teflonu mała patelnia i jeden mały już ztępiony nożyk. Oczywiście tależe kubki też były, w ilości 3 sztuki. Jeden malutki worek na śmieci! Zero ręczników papierowych czy jakiejś ściereczki w kuchni. Apartament z aneskem? To jakis żart, bywała w apartamentach i zawsze była w nich kawa, herbata, sól, pieprz, cukier itd. Bo to apartamenty z aneksem!!! Szumnie zwany zestaw kosmetyków, to tani żel pod prysznic w zbiorczym dozowniku. Oczywiście sprzątanie w pokojach dodatkowo płatne. Nic wcześniej spałam w Mecure i pokoj w tej samej cenie to niebo a ziemia. Na domiar złego o 7:00 zerwał nas na nogi alarm ewakuacyjny. O tym, że w zasadzie po chwili wiadomo było, że to fałszywy alarm dowiedzieliśmy się dopiero po tym jak opuscilismy budynek i po odczulaniu chwili udaliśmy się do recepcji, w której jakby nic się nie stało. Z okna widok na ścianę bloku z balkonami, zero prywatności, no ale wiedziałam jaki hotel wybieram. No i to pozycjonowanie się na lokalizację w centrum... Chyba obrzeża centrum Warszawy. Może dla Warszawiaków to centrum, ale dla gości hotelowych niekoniecznie. Całość troszkę nadrabia całkiem miła obsługa.

Scegli di nuovo questo hotel dopo aver dovuto viaggiare con un piede ferito, perché non potevo pensare a un posto più perfetto per me. Ha una navetta gratuita dall'aeroporto; le belle ragazze alla reception parlano più lingue; le camere sono molto pulite, tutto è nuovo e moderno, e il meglio di tutto - i letti sono estremamente comodi! Il ristorante aveva un servizio minimo questa volta perché era Easter (non mi sono rivolta a guardarlo, ma vorrei anche che l'hotel mettesse un'osservazione su cose come questo sul loro sito web), ma sono molto felice di quello che hanno offerto comunque. Non ci sono denunce. Inoltre, fanno un buon caffè alla reception! Ho chiesto una stanza più vicina all’ascensore, e mi sono sistemata in modo meraviglioso. Mi hanno ordinato un taxi e è arrivato in tempo. Perfetta viaggio in ogni modo.

The hotel is luxurious, has a boutique feel and everything about the design and decor is 5 star+. However, our weekend family stay got off to a bad start when the reception didn’t have our reservation. There was no apology and almost an attitude by the unfriendly and arrogant young lady at reception of it being my fault. At breakfast the next day, the restaurant and the quality of the food was excellent but the staff were untrained, unfriendly and on occasion could not communicate in Polish or English. Food was removed from our table when we were half way through, nobody explained the concept, ie no buffet, which was great and what could have been a wonderful experience, was let down by the staff. They saved the best for last at checkout. I was asked if I had anything from the minibar. I replied to say that I had not but reminded the lady that we had drinks at the bar that should be added to our bill. I was then shocked to be told that I would now have to wait to checkout whilst a member of staff checked the minibar in my room. I felt like a criminal at a 1 star hotel in a mass tourist resort. Again, not what you expect from a 5 star boutique hotel paying USD 300 a night and having reminded them of my bar bill. One, more senior member of staff ultimately realized my frustration and took over the checkout process, although by this point, the damage was done. Really disappointing to see this beautiful and luxurious hotel ruined by staff with no training but most of all with such an arrogant attitude that it made the whole experience feel very uncomfortable. The doormen were however extremely polite and helpful. Not enjoying writing such a negative review, I truly hope managements take action as we have been staying and eating at hotels in the Likus chain for years and have always had an enjoyable experience until hotel Warszawa.

Questo albergo è molto vicino al centro storico di Varsavia (stare miasto) per cui la posizione è eccellente. Credo che questo edificio risalga agli anni '70, per cui relativamente datato, anche se gli interni forse sono già stati ristrutturati ma, a mio personale avviso, richiedeno un ulteriore adattamento alle ultime tendenze della hôtellerie internazionale. Il costo delle camere è relativamente contenuto in relazione al mercato degli altri paesi europei con moneta unica. Io segnalerei solo la lentezza nel servizio di ristorazione e la pulizia a tratti carente (il vassoio della mia colazione e rimasto fuori dalla camera oer oltre 24 ore.....

L’hotel fa parte di una nota catena internazionale, per cui gli standard qualitativi sono omogenei in tutto il mondo. L’hotel è situato in buona posizione, vicino a fermate di bus ed autobus. Intorno ci sono anche alcuni locali dove mangiare. La struttura è nuova o comunque rinnovata da poco, con staff cordiale e disponibile. Camera ampia con tutti comfort (A/C, frigo, TV schermo piatto, macchina caffè, cassaforte, wifi). Insomma un buon soggiorno. Unica pecca il prezzo della colazione, pari a circa il 20% del prezzo della camera ovvero € 14 a persona.

Viaggio di 3 giorni dove abbiamo soggiornato in questa meravigliosa struttura. Il massimo della valutazione è 5 se fosse stato possibile avrei dato anche 100 a tutto. Pulizia, centrale a tutto, colazione eccellente, personale cordiale, in camera siamo riusciti a trovare anche dei canali in TV italiani che ci hanno fatto compagnia la notte del capodanno. Consigliatissimo 10 e lode
