Hotel vicini a Monument to Nicolaus Copernicus a Varsavia

Si vede che è un vecchio albergo, la reception è molto spaziosa e bella, ma la stanza in cui ho soggiornato è tipica di un ostello, non ha nemmeno l'aria condizionata. La posizione perfetta e anche quasi tutto il personale dell'hotel. Insomma, a parte le stanze migliori, ha bisogno di una riforma.

Prenderemo 7-8 vacanze all'anno e troviamo questo boutique hotel come una vera gioiello con più di un indizio di lusso. Situato a pochi passi da tutte le attrazioni principali e su una strada vivacemente attiva. Siamo rimasti in una base di letto e colazione e abbiamo trovato il cibo migliore che abbiamo mai incontrato in ogni hotel del mondo. Le uova di spazzolino con bacon e il porridge dovevano morire per e ci tenevano alti per la maggior parte del giorno. La camera da letto era molto attrezzata e la suite era molto attrezzata con belle attrezzature di qualità. Il personale era sempre sorridente e utile. Il test per un soggiorno in qualsiasi hotel è che ritorni e nel caso del Teatro dobbiamo certamente ritornare. Grazie per aver fatto il meraviglioso viaggio a Varsavia molto speciale. Varsavia è stata anche una meravigliosa visita della città.

Questo albergo è molto vicino al centro storico di Varsavia (stare miasto) per cui la posizione è eccellente. Credo che questo edificio risalga agli anni '70, per cui relativamente datato, anche se gli interni forse sono già stati ristrutturati ma, a mio personale avviso, richiedeno un ulteriore adattamento alle ultime tendenze della hôtellerie internazionale. Il costo delle camere è relativamente contenuto in relazione al mercato degli altri paesi europei con moneta unica. Io segnalerei solo la lentezza nel servizio di ristorazione e la pulizia a tratti carente (il vassoio della mia colazione e rimasto fuori dalla camera oer oltre 24 ore.....

Worst customer service! Double payment for a single guest during checking-in and from online booking (visa). But, not willing to refund after admitting the issue. They blocked my phone calls and not responding to emails as well. Extremely poor customer service. Not recommend at all! I tried to book a reservation to a guest in their own website. Unfortunately, the reservation attempt has failed when I tried to make the pre-payment (small amount) to secure the reservation. Then, I succeeded to make the reservation via third-party website and paid the pre-payment. However, when the guest arrived at the hostel providing a printed copy of the prepaid booking confirmation and the receptionist told him that she could not find the reservation but only the other reservation (with failed pre-payment attempt via their own website). Then the guest paid in cash full for all the nights. Here is the problem, the hostel still proceeded to change from my Visa card for the unused reservation made via third-party website (they said they could not find during reception). Please note that all the reservations (failed or succeed) were for the same person within the same duration. I contacted the Hostel Helvetia by email and phone call regarding the situation. After initial investigation, they confirmed that the guest did pay for the full booking, whereas the online reservation via the third -party website remained unused and tagged as ”No Show”. After mentioning to contact me soon with more information from the receptionist who checked in the guest, I have not heard any further response from them, despite my repeated attempts to reach out via email and phone calls. Moreover, according to the booking policy from the Hostel Helvetia website, bookings are only confirmed after prepayment. However, the unsuccessful reservation with unpaid pre-booking via their website was still wrongfully used for check-in, causing the situation of double payment for the same guest. Moreover, during they are supposed to keep payment of the first night in case ”No Show”, yet they keep the payment for all nights (clearly mention in the online booking). What's more disappointing is even though they have clearly understood the issue, they still refused to refund without justification to correct their mistake. Who blocks phone calls and ghost emails from customers just to avoid refund inquiry! I gave the lowest scores for all the ratings, owing to the unacceptable conduct of the hostel.

La posizione dell'hotel è molto buona. È proprio l'altra parte del patrimonio culturale mondiale di Varsavia, che arriva per qualche minuto a piedi. Il piano 5 stelle dell'hotel, le luci fuori dalla stanza dell'hotel sono tutte sotto controllo acustico; il pavimento del centro del ristorante giardino aperto dell'hotel è pieno di luci a terra stellate, molto romantiche. Il concetto di servizio è anche forte. Quando si soggiorna, a causa di piccoli errori, il personale ci guida a vedere tutti i tipi di camere diversi di livello uguale, fino a scegliere il più soddisfatto; il personale di questo tipo di camera verrà a vedere se le attrezzature della stanza funzionano normalmente. Anche l'ambiente del colazione è buono. Anche se non ci sono così tante specie, ci sono verdure simili, e si può anche mangiare caldo a singolo punto. L'unico non è molto perfetto è il pranzo, ordinando salsa, salsa di pesce, e il gusto del pranzo precedente è comune; il piatto principale e il carne di maiale, il gusto è pesante, non è molto adatto per il salsa cinese.

L'ostello si trova vicino a molti buoni ristoranti, negozi di comodità e bar, che è perfetto per fare una base di esplorazione a Varsavia e rilassarsi la sera. Il check-in è stato facile e facile, ma ci sono istruzioni per ore dopo perché il desk front non è sempre presente - questo include i codici per le porte e come controllare se si lascia molto presto Prenotamo la camera della regina e una camera con un letto con un sacco di letti e un letto unico. Tutte le camere erano tranquille e confortevoli con letti con buoni cuscini. Ci erano forniti con asciugamani, ma non ci sono sapone/shampoo, ma fortunatamente sembra che gli ospiti precedenti lasciassero dietro un lavaggio corporeo. La camera della regina era al quarto piano e non aveva una camera da bagno privata, ma una camera da bagno condivisa tra poche camere. La camera della regina era anche senza coperture per la finestra e era un po' stufata - per risolvere questo abbiamo infilato un giacca sopra la finestra e l'abbiamo tenuta aperta per tenerla fredda. La nostra famiglia si trovava in una stanza con un letto con letto con letto con un bagno privato e cortine, ma tutte le camere erano un po' odore (dalle acque), e la questione dell'odore del bagno era facilmente risolta mantenendo la porta chiusa. L'hotel dispone di una buona zona comune con cucina e molte docce e toletta sul piano principale dell'ostello. Il personale dell'ostello sembra essere in grado di organizzare tour o fare suggerimenti, ma siamo andati fuori Varsavia per non provare questo. L'albero ha i codici della porta per accedere all'edificio e ai piani con camere, quindi si è sentito molto sicuro. Il sistema di trasporto pubblico rende molto conveniente circolare a Varsavia e le partite di guida sono poco costose in Polonia. Ci piaceva andare a piedi e non abbiamo problemi a raggiungere grandi attrazioni in Polonia, come il Museo di Varsavia, il Palazzo della Cultura e della Scienza, la vecchia zona urbana e molti giardini e piazze.

Raffles in Warsaw is a luxurious cocoon in a perfect location next to Hermes, the Michelin recommended Epoka, and the best stores in Warsaw. The hotel is impeccable with great staff, butler service, excellent pool, gym and spa with a superb breakfast and room service.

The hotel is luxurious, has a boutique feel and everything about the design and decor is 5 star+. However, our weekend family stay got off to a bad start when the reception didn’t have our reservation. There was no apology and almost an attitude by the unfriendly and arrogant young lady at reception of it being my fault. At breakfast the next day, the restaurant and the quality of the food was excellent but the staff were untrained, unfriendly and on occasion could not communicate in Polish or English. Food was removed from our table when we were half way through, nobody explained the concept, ie no buffet, which was great and what could have been a wonderful experience, was let down by the staff. They saved the best for last at checkout. I was asked if I had anything from the minibar. I replied to say that I had not but reminded the lady that we had drinks at the bar that should be added to our bill. I was then shocked to be told that I would now have to wait to checkout whilst a member of staff checked the minibar in my room. I felt like a criminal at a 1 star hotel in a mass tourist resort. Again, not what you expect from a 5 star boutique hotel paying USD 300 a night and having reminded them of my bar bill. One, more senior member of staff ultimately realized my frustration and took over the checkout process, although by this point, the damage was done. Really disappointing to see this beautiful and luxurious hotel ruined by staff with no training but most of all with such an arrogant attitude that it made the whole experience feel very uncomfortable. The doormen were however extremely polite and helpful. Not enjoying writing such a negative review, I truly hope managements take action as we have been staying and eating at hotels in the Likus chain for years and have always had an enjoyable experience until hotel Warszawa.
