Pros 1) Iron and ironing board were provided, which was convenient for getting clothes ready. 2) The small balcony at the back offered a nice spot for some fresh air. 3) A great selection of food was available during Christmas Day dinner, which was already included in the room rate – a lovely bonus! 4) The staff were friendly and accommodating, making our stay more enjoyable. Cons 1) The bathroom switch was faulty, and maintenance took about 10 minutes to attend to the issue. 2) Unfortunately, the switch issue wasn’t fully resolved, and we had to wait for a new plug to be brought in by maintenance. 3) The floor wasn’t cleaned thoroughly – there was still some sand on it when we arrived. 4) The internet was out of service throughout our stay, which meant we couldn’t even watch television in the room. 5) One of the lamps at the room entrance wasn’t working, which made it a bit dim when entering. 6) There were quite a few mosquitoes in the room, which was a bit annoying. 7) The area is still under renovation, so it doesn’t look very appealing for sightseeing at the moment. Overall, while there were a few issues, the friendly staff and Christmas dinner were highlights of the stay. Hopefully, the ongoing renovations will improve the experience in the future. Just a heads up, this resort will soon be managed by the Hilton Group.

L'ambiente non è bello come mi aspettavo. Ho sentito che le camere a Saliya Shangri-La non sono molto vecchie e l'ambiente è molto bello, quindi ho scelto questo posto. Ma la stanza vera e propria è molto vecchia e non c'è la doccia, solo una vasca da bagno con una tenda da doccia! Sentirsi male. Inoltre, non so se la camera in cui abbiamo alloggiato fosse una parte separata della suite e l'isolamento acustico era pessimo. Ci sono molte attività e piccole attrazioni nell'hotel scritte nel pacchetto. La cosiddetta cascata è davvero molto piccola. Sono sorpreso che possa essere chiamata cascata. Lo scenario non è poi così bello. Ovviamente non abbiamo partecipato al percorso escursionistico, quindi non sappiamo come. Anche la spiaggia privata non ci è sembrata così bella. Forse non abbiamo remato e non sapevamo che ci fossero delle belle isole nelle vicinanze. Il tramonto era ok, ma era più breve e non bello come quelli visti allo Sky Mirror e al Tanjong Shangri-La. Nel ristorante dell'hotel non c'è niente di delizioso, non c'è molta scelta e il sapore non è buono. Il prezzo non è davvero economico. Alla fine, la gestione del personale di questo hotel è stata davvero pessima. Ho incontrato un impiegato della portineria con scarsa integrità. Ha promesso di prendere i soldi che abbiamo restituito e di aiutarci a richiedere un rimborso, ma non lo ha fatto. Anche la comunicazione via e-mail con l'hotel non è stata fluida. Alla fine, ho presentato un reclamo alla sede centrale e ho chiesto il monitoraggio e la questione è stata risolta. Altamente sconsigliato.

L'unico modo per vedere la foto era guardando nella mia telecamera e cercando una foto che potrei trovare sul muro.

If you're going to hike Bukit Perahu or Bukid Kidilus, Tang Dynasty Lodge I would recommend to stay. Near to Tuaran town. The bathroom tiles should be replaced with rough surface tiles. I almost slipped. Overall the place is comfortable

Non posso dire molto. La mia famiglia e io abbiamo un soggiorno sorprendente a Borneo Beach Villa karambunai per 3 giorni e 2 notti. Le villa sono pulite, la piscina è pulita e la spiaggia è così bella. La mia famiglia si gode davvero con il soggiorno. Tuttavia, la ragione che io darò. 4 stelle perché la nostra villa ha una sedia rotta fuori a tavola e la porta è molto difficile da aprire a causa della russa. Penso che forse la villa stessa è troppo vecchia. Forse la nostra villa non è certa con un altro. Sarà bello se possono controllare regolarmente la manutenzione per ogni villa Alcuni di quelli che devono essere ricordati mentre si arriva qui: 1. Le villa non hanno WIFI. Solo al receptionist, quindi se si vuole fare il lavoro mentre si raffredda, assicurarsi di portare il proprio wifi. 2. Assicurati di acquistare qualsiasi pasticceria che si desidera prima di raggiungere la villa perché la distanza con la mart è lontano non hanno la propria mart, solo ristorante 3. Questa villa non ha fornito alcun servizio di lobby.Ma soprattutto, tutto quello che ci piace davvero rimanere qui.

The hotel was the perfect setting for a relaxing getaway. The surroundings were stunning, and we enjoyed our time at the hotel. We were delighted by the large pool facing the beach. We could just walk right to the beach after taking a dip in the pool. The staffs were very pleasant. They were welcoming and accommodating. The housekeeping staff was efficient and attentive. Everyone was caring about our needs to ensure that we were enjoying our stay.
