Apprezziamo il modo in cui Aaron ci ha aiutato quando non siamo riusciti a far funzionare le nostre chiavi. Abbiamo dormito bene perché le nostre lenzuola e i nostri cuscini hanno un buon profumo e sono igienici poiché soffriamo di allergie e asma. Anche l'acqua calda è abbondante e la temperatura ambiente è buona. Altamente raccomandato! Siamo molto soddisfatti.

A wonderful hotel just on the outskirts of the city but only a 20 minute car ride in. In a stunning, peaceful location which was perfect to escape the hustle & bustle of the city yet close enough to the major road network to discover the outer reaches of Ireland. Breakfast was excellent and never felt too busy with a large selection of hot & cold food. We had a suite which was extremely comfortable with a very large king size bed and wonderful waterfall shower. A very memorable and enjoyable stay.

L'hotel era abbastanza buono e abbiamo apprezzato il nostro soggiorno. Il personale era abbastanza buono, specialmente gli addetti alle pulizie che erano molto gentili e cordiali. L'ambiente dell'hotel e la vicinanza alla città e all'aeroporto hanno aggiunto un vantaggio mentre ci spostavamo nelle città vicine per divertimento. Consiglierò questo hotel ai miei amici e spero di poter tornare prima che finisca l'anno.

A 6 km dal centro di Dublino ma collegato perfettamente con il bus (26). All arrivo ci accoglie una stupenda ragazza che ci spiega un po’ come funziona per cena e colazione e ci consegna la chiave… saliamo in camera che ci accoglie con un fantastico calore visto che fuori pioveva e faceva freddo. Stanza pulitissima è fornita di tutto. Moquette un po’ vecchiotta ma morbida e pulita… vista sul parco e la cittadina di Chapelizod da storie di Joyce. Ogni sera al ristorante lo chef offre cose diverse ma buonissime. Colazione tra le migliori che abbia mai provato se non la numero 1. Staff molto attento ai dettagli e il direttore Justin, italiano che vive lì da molti anni sempre a disposizione e simpaticissimo. Tutto perfetto… l’unica cosa negativa? Aver dovuto ritornare a casa… da tornarci sicuramente….

Su una strada molto occupata, si aspettano rumore di traffico tutta la notte. Gli giorni più caldi dell'anno quindi hanno bisogno di finestra aperta perché non c'è con d'aria e non hanno nemmeno fan per le camere. Purtroppo la finestra apre solo pochi pollici, così attualmente si siede in un dormitorio incapace di nemmeno contemplare il sonno. Seriamente in questo giorno e età un hotel senza con d'aria e senza offrire i fan è estremamente povero servizio. Il cibo e il servizio in ristorante sono abbastanza buoni da essere onesti, quindi le 2 stelle, l'hotel stesso è piuttosto basilare e non molto al livello previsto.

Non avendo altri viaggi in programma a febbraio abbiamo deciso lo stesso di prenderci un weekend di relax a Dublino (la città in cui viviamo), cercavamo un hotel con SPA o almeno piscina termale e la nostra scelta è ricaduta sull'Hilton Dublin Kilmainham. L'hotel si presenta bene: struttura nuova e ben organizzata e la piscina termale e la sauna seppur non grandissime entrambe ci hanno soddisfatto, anche la stanza era indubbiamente ottima, eccezion fatta per la doccia che ne abbassava certamente la qualità. La posizione è ok, per un turista che vuole visitare la famosa prigione di Kilmainham è ottima, per visitare il centro un po' meno, ma tutto sommato pur essendo una zona residenziale è abbastanza fornita anche di ristoranti. Il ristorante dell'hotel non me la sento di consigliarlo, è più che altro un bar e sono certo che in zona ci sia di meglio...nel complesso un buon hotel...
