Struttura non troppo lontana da tutti i luoghi di interesse. Ben collegata con i mezzi. Pur non offrendo un servizio pranzo/cena in loco, ha diversi pub nelle vicinanze. La camera di normali dimensioni, con asciugamani, set di cortesia, set per la colazione. Servizio e reception ottimi. I ragazzi molto gentili e disponibili. Unica pecca, la pulizia, si potrebbe fare meglio.

Ho scelto questo hotel per essere il più vicino possibile a Phoenix Park ed è in assoluto la soluzione migliore. Pur essendo da sola mi hanno dato una quadrupla, comoda e grande. Unica pecca: qualche spiffero dalle finestre ed un solo termosifone. Struttura un po' datata. Colazione con scelta varia e gestita dai ragazzi della reception che sono stati gentilissimi dal primo istante fino al check out. Rispettate anche tutte le norme anti covid

The hotel is Ideally situated for onward travel from Heuston Station. A few minutes walk away. Our room was basic but spotlessly clean and comfortable for our one night stay. The young man on reception was very helpful and made sure we had a packed breakfast to take on our early train journey.

The hotel was mediocre. It was fine since we spent limited time in our room. Our kettle was fried so when we went to make coffee in the morning, we were smoked out. The toilet paper roll dispenser was broken, the sink was cracked in several places and the shower only worked if we wrapped a wash cloth around the diverter. We asked to have our room vacuumed but we were told the cleaning staff went home before noon. There is no fridge or ice. There were fun restaurants close by and it is walking distance to everything. So that was our highlight.

We're old but love walking and exploring so second time here as a couple and we love it. A hidden gem. Rooms spotless and much quieter than many more famous hotels. Easy Dart/Luas reach to city center, and perfect for walks around Phoenix park and zoo. Guinness Storehouse, and various museums within walking distance. Gastropubs and coffee shops around the corner. Continental breakfast only but nicer baguettes and muffins than most coffee shops. Rooms have coffee/tea facilities, but the lovely thing is a quiet little soft-seats eating area near reception where you can make your own/coffee tea or microwave something brought in anytime day or night. Staff are lovely.

Very convenient when coming off the train. It is in easy walking distance to a number of attractions.

Great place. Where we were on the street side- it was noisy. Wish there was air conditioning. We got really hot.

We stayed one night at each end of a trip from Waterford to France and back. Conveniently near Heuston Station and airport bus. Staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was from 8 but as we had to leave by 7.30 they arranged it earlier. If you book directly on Hotel website breakfast is included. Rooms comfortable and quiet.

The property was relatively affordable, the room is clean and a decent size. The staff was helpful and is close to public transit as well as some restaurants and local stores. The biggest problems are 1. There is no fridge and 2. The water pressure in the shower was less than it should have been. Overall still a really good experience.
