The whole hotel is tired and unloved and in need of some serious renovations and updating. Our room was tiny - barely room to navigate the bed and no room even for bags! Floor tiles in the bathroom weren’t fixed and wobbled as you walked on them - noted that this was because the shower had nothing to stop water running across the floor and the grouting had been compromised. There was a problem with our aircon and water was coming through the ceiling outside our room in the corridor- we were amazed no one had seen it as it had obviously been dripping for some considerable time. I asked to move rooms and was told they were full. We reluctantly unpacked and were later told they were moving us because the room had to be sealed off because of the leak! We were moved into the annexe which, to be fair, was much nicer but they are obviously their most expensive rooms and much newer. The website photos are out of date and misleading as it didn’t look anything like this and definitely not as nice! Location is great on the lake but it could be soooooooo much better I’d look elsewhere another time

Un piccolo bemol sulla pulizia. Alcuni compiti di caffè su tavoli capelli e soprattutto sorpresa che i dipendenti passano una spugna sulle tavole al colazione ma non raccogliere le tazze. Sono a terra 🤔

Hotel ben situato, vicino al centro e tranquillo, con ristorante. Casa molto simpatica. Camera piuttosto piccola ma ben attrezzata. Super colazione! Parcheggio pubblico gratuito a 50 metri. Cosa chiedere di più? Prezzo/qualità notevole per un hotel a 3 stelle perché Annecy è una città cara.

Very reasonably priced hotel in a residential neighborhood. Classic small hotel. Room was spotless, staff helpful and friendly. English spoken. We had a triple room for two and it was possibly the largest room and certainly the largest bathroom entire trip. Breakfast buffet good selection. Free on street parking and no trouble finding a place. It is a thirty minute walk to old town straight down a main street or one can drive in and use city parking. We generally walked. No lift and no AC. Our room was quite comfortable at night.

This is a really nice 3* hotel with very pleasant staff who made us feel really welcome. It's situalted very close to the lake and the Imperial Hotel. It's probably about a km walk from the old town. I would recommend hiring a bike to anyone staying around the lake as its the easiest way to get around and very pleasant on warm days. The room was a good size, had a lovely bathroom and the double bed was at least a kingsize. The largest bed I've ever slept in at a hotel! The mattress was very comfortable. The pillows were a bit average in comparison. There was no fridge in the room, maybe you have to request that separately. My only criticism is that the room pretty much constantly smelled of smoke. I suspect the aircon meant people in smoking rooms were perhaps getting smoke circulated around. As a result we had to leave our window open the whole time. It's a shame because otherwise it is really a great place to stay.

Il bar ha una terrazza fantastica, ci siamo incontrati con molte altre persone per un matrimonio. La stanza era spaziosa e pulita (la stanza era rinnovata) e io avevo un bel viso spa. Abbiamo dovuto andare alla ricezione almeno 8 volte nel periodo di 4 giorni per cambiare le chiavi della carta alla stanza perché non funzionavano e ci è stato detto due volte che era colpa nostra, perché li tenevamo vicino alle carte di credito e ai telefoni. Inoltre, purtroppo il bar si chiude al 11PM e vi faranno sapere, anche in modo impolito, di lasciare non appena avvicina l'ora, indipendentemente dal fatto che abbia una terrazza completa (e occupazione) con gli ospiti. Le darei una valutazione completa della posizione, ma spero che miglioreranno le scelte del personale.

Bello luogo per soggiornare, vicino alla stazione, vicino al centro della città, il personale è molto utile, hanno parcheggio per le persone che soggiornano nell'hotel

L'hotel è situato in pieno centro di Annecy, a due passi dalla zona pedonale, quindi comodissimo per visitare la città e per uscire la sera a cena. Arrivati, siamo stati accolti dalla gentile e simpatica proprietaria, che oltre a sbrigare le pratiche di check-in ci ha fornito numerosi consigli per visite e ristoranti. La camera penso sia stata ristrutturata da poco: carina e funzionale, felicemente senza moquette. Bagno piccolino con doccia in vasca. Abbiamo usufruito della colazione, a buffet, abbastanza completa.

La posizione è perfetta vicino al ristorante, al centro commerciale e al parco.
