Struttura ben posizionata sul bordo del lago Annecy e non lontano dal centro ville facile da raggiungere camminando sulle rive del lago...... personale super......molto disponibile e gentilissimo ... struttura impeccabile, stanze belle, comode insonorizzate e climatizzate .... veramente una struttura bella e organizzata.... possibilità di parcheggio

Very nice hotel! The staff is friendly, the restaurant and breakfast are nice and the portions well served, the rooms are comfortable and clean, and all for a very affordable price. The hotel is not close to the city centre, but on the other hand, it is very close to the lake, so it's a matter of give and take. It might be great for summer holidays. We are very happy with the hotel!

Staff were helpful, directed us to the (paid, reserved in advance) parking on arrival. Hotel is a pleasant 20 minute walk into Annecy around the edge of the lake. The room was adequate, not great. Breakfast seemed overpriced but there were bakeries nearby. There are other public carparks opposite the hotel which are free at certain days/times of the year. Bed was comfy and overall cleanliness was fine. A good option if you don't want to pay the excess to stay in the noisy centre of Annecy.

Very nice clean hotel with friendly smiling staff! Everything was very fin and the hotel is situated near lake and for us a short walk to the old town . Our best recommendations

A lovely hotel. Our deluxe room was spacious. Very comfortable bed. Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast. Very convenient location. Short walking distance along lake front into busy Annecy centre ville. But also close to Plage d’Albigny and small suburb of Albigny with shops, bars, and restaurants. Recommend e-bike hire from Outside Bike, based at Rivage Hotel, a short walk east along Lake front from Hotel Catalpa.

We planned a road trip across Europe and booked almost two months in advance, explaining that we were travelling as a family of 4 and a dog. Initial communication was good and we felt confident of a positive stay. After a very long drive (our fault) we arrived at the hotel to be told there was no parking available and we should have booked, but at no point were we told that or asked if we needed parking. The rooms were clean, but the service from Reception was not that helpful from start to finish. Breakfast was ok, but not sure it was worth the money. We did not eat lunch or dinner in the hotel for that reason. Annecy is beautiful but parking is limited and even more so with a top-box as most car parks had height restrictions. It was an ok hotel, but like most hotels in Annecy overpriced for what it is

Lovely 2 week stay in this hotel. Same there was no on-site parking but the rest of the stay was great. Really helpful staff, room cleaned daily and excellent breakfast.

The staff was really friendly and ready to help in any way possible. After seeing the beautifull city we decided to extend our stay. Even though our current room was already booked, the staff quickly managed to secure a different room where we could immediately check in the next morning, saving us time and hassle. The room that i stayed in seemed in perfect conditions and wel maitained. Well situated within walking distance to both the historical center and the lake.

This hotel is located just off the large park and lakeside promenade - a reasonably quiet location - garage parking available - the hotel seems to be run super-efficiently by a team of very professional young women who offer an extremely good service - the restaurant is first class both for dinner and breakfast - our room had a small balcony with (supposedly) a view of the lake, this proved to be a little far fetched as the view of the lake was the size of a postage stamp through the trees in the park - no real problem, we just found it a little amusing ! The accommodation is very good as is everything with this hotel, and we highly recommend the Catalpa !
