La verità è stata una soggiorno molto piacevole e ci hanno trattato molto bene.L'unica colpa è che per essere un hotel 4 stelle non rispondono dal servizio delle camere e non sono venuti a fare la stanza. E' tutto fantastico.

Firstly don’t make the same mistake we did this and believe this is a 5 star hotel it isn’t. No Air Con No hot water then no water at all Rude Staff Party's until 3am We arrived on the 13th march around 7pm, upon check in we was offered no help with our luggage which straight away screens out 4 star at best, but this did not bother us and wouldn’t of even mentioned it if it wasn’t for the rest of the issues. Once we had taken all our bags to the room we decided to go for some food in the restaurant, the food itself is good, but the service is horrendous the staff have no personality and remind you of a prison warden on a tv show and we had to pay right away, usually all the hotels I’ve stayed in it’s charged to your room. The next morning my wife went for a shower and the water was freezing cold so I called reception, they said they was going to fix it and they did and as a result we ended up with no water at all, eventually they sorted this issuer out by the time we returned form our day out. When we returned to the hotel the weather was beautiful so we switched the air conditioning on, but it was warm, I called reception they said they would talk to maintenance, but I heard nothing so asked again a few hours later and they said it was turned off as they was expecting cold weather soon, I’ve never heard such rubbish, I was told to use the ceiling fan, but this thing sounds like a plane taking off and we paid for a presidential suite and the fan is only in the bedroom, this made the room very stuffy and therefore you had no choice but to sleep with the patio doors open which is great if you like listening to dogs barking all night The rest of the week we just used room service and sunbathed on our balcony which was ideal as we never had to sit in the restaurant with the prison guards. Our last night here was the worse and I’ve never experienced something so bad from a hotel in my life. They had a wedding outside the hotel and it was so loud you would think the wedding was in your room, kids running about screaming like they was being murdered right next to the pool and the staff just watched and did nothing, a blatant disregard for health and safety and no respect for other guests

Used the gym here only four or five times this week. The staff on reception and always polite and friendly, and always willing to help. Even though I was a non-resident of the hotel, they were always helpful. The gym facilities are really good, looks like new equipment. There's lots of weights and cardio machines. Fully air conditioned.

- Grande camera, molto grande con un balcone spazioso e un bagno fantastico. - Pisci molto terribili, duri e piatti. Non abbiamo chiesto un cambio, ma mi aspettavo di trovare un piscietto in piatto, ma non c'era nessuno. - Il buffet era terribile!! I bambini correvano ovunque, mangiati freddi, il cameriere non sapeva niente delle bevande dal menu delle bevande e non avevano alcun desiderio di aiutare con le gambe instabili in tavola, ho trovato i capelli in due dei miei servi. Non sarebbe tornato a mangiare di nuovo. - Grande esperienza nel bagno. Il circuito dell'acqua è favoloso. - Il personale di ricezione era frustrantemente lento e mi ha preso 20 minuti in attesa di poter controllare, che ha preso 2 minuti.

Dall’altro lato, siamo entrati in hotel, e siamo stati accolti e trattati come VIP dal personale della reception, dal manager assistente e dal manager. La nostra visita era la terza e non potevamo raccomandarlo abbastanza.La stanza che ci era stata assegnata era spaziosa e senza spot e ha vista la piscina infinita e il 9° foro di firma del campo da golf. Ogni volta che ci siamo infilati in un membro del personale, ci sono stati chiesti come andava la nostra vacanza, e naturalmente abbiamo risposto che non poteva essere meglio. La nostra lotta a casa era tardi la sera, quindi abbiamo chiesto un checkout tardi che di solito sarebbe solo fino alle 4:00, ma ci è stato permesso di tenere la nostra stanza finché non siamo pronti a partire a pochi minuti dopo le 6:00 senza alcun costo!! Raccomandiamo molto questo fantastico hotel a amici e familiari e sicuramente ritorneremo in futuro. Grazie a tutti al Double Tree di Hilton La Torre Golf & Spa Resort. Sei un credito all'industria dell'hotel.

Booked late at a good price for 2 rooms on a stopover ***** with friends. The location is great, very near the beachfront and just across the road from the ***** of bars and restaurants. The check in was friendly and easy, we managed to get a parking space just outside with no need to pay. There were plenty of sun beds around the pool for this time of year but I can imagine that there would not be enough in July and August. The pool was very clean and inviting with a lifeguard on duty at all times. Next to the pool was the bar/ cafeteria which had an excellent ‘happy hour’ from 5-7pm. The rooms were very spacious with a large double bed and good bathroom. Our friends had an issue with their aircon not working but ours was adequate although not brilliant. We did not eat at the hotel given the proximity to the neighbouring bars and restaurants. The pillows on the beds did let down everything else, they were lumpy, thin and not supportive, I had to double mine over to get it anything like comfortable. We would certainly return again.
