Molto bel hotel nel centro di Dusseldorf. Il personale è molto amichevole e le camere erano grandi e pulite. Ci siamo viaggiati con il nostro 3 anni e c'era molta spazio per giocare. Abbiamo avuto colazione all'hotel, che è stato il solito buffet di colazione a stile europeo con cibo disgustoso L'hotel ha dedicato parcheggio interno, che è molto utile in una città così occupata. Questo è uno dei più carini hotel che abbia soggiornato e mi fermerò in futuro. In termini di attività locali, è stato facile raggiungere il fronte d'acqua, il centro storico, gli negozi e il parco dall'hotel. Abbiamo anche potuto visitare facilmente tutti i mercati di Natale a piedi dall'hotel.

A somehow strange experience, as so ambivalent. Pros: Very beautiful building, castle-like with high ceilings. Rooms are beautiful and well equipped, including the bathroom (shower is great). Perfect location, at the edge of the famous Altstadt (old town) and very close to the river Rhein. Cons: They have clearly issues with the service personnel. We arrived very late, shortly before midnight. I wanted to call the hotel to give them a heads up, in order to avoid them giving the room away. I had to call 3 times (at around 10 pm), and to wait like 10 minutes in the line, until someone finally attended the phone. Next morning, same experience with the room service. No one cleaned the room, despite us putting the ”please clean” sign at the door knob between 10 am and 1 pm. I had to ask the reception around 4 pm to please get the room serviced. The most annoying thing were the curtains. You have the fine transparent white curtain, and the heavy black-out curtain. The latter is so short, that it only covers half the window. In the moment the sun rises, it is as bright as day in the room (I am talking about room 223, in case the management is reading this). You either have an eye mask, or you are done with sleeping. Finally an advice: Despite the location, the hotel is very quiet. However, if you are in a room facing the road (most rooms don't), you will get your dose of old town-party noise, at least at the weekend.

Abbiamo fatto un lungo fine settimana e abbiamo avuto un bel tempo all'hotel.Il personale era molto amichevole ed efficiente. Il manager del dovere, il signor Mueller, aveva fatto un lavoro fantastico su di noi, così viaggiare con un toddler era facile. Molto buon cibo anche - il servizio in camera era abbastanza veloce e la frattura era timido. Non dimenticare di visitare il piccolo Tokyo - ristoranti fantastici là. Chiedi al famoso concierge di raccomandazioni - sa dove andare. Abbiamo avuto un tempo fab così grazie a tutti coloro che lo fanno succedere!!!

Friendly staff that all spoke English. The location felt safe and was very quiet but still central. The room was nice enough and had enough space, and the hotel was comfortable with some artistic design. My room faced towards the direction of the old town but was silent at night, and quiet during the day even with the windows wide open. Plenty of hot water, but the towels were small and cheap. A coffee expresso machine in the room with coffee but no tea. The hotel looked a bit tired in places but nothing to worry about and repairs were ongoing. Unfortunately the advertised computer I needed was missing apparently broken. This was unacceptable and my only real complaint. No garden seating area. The breakfast was good with enough to choose from including hot food, but it finished early at 10:30. The English black tea wasn’t and was horrible, so British tea drinkers bring tea yourself. If passing I’d stay here again for sure.

The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was adequate. The staff were polite and accommodating as we did arrive earlier and managed to get a room and we were also very kindly and free of charge granted a later check out. The location is certainly central and there is easy access to public transport. However, this is not a boutique hotel, at least in the rooms themselves. While the communal areas looked nicely decorated and stylish, our room did not in the slightest meet the same standard. We stayed in room 336 and allow me to itemise a few maintenance items that need attending to: reading light not working as was damaged; side lamp only had the one bulb, tiles in bathroom about to come loose and clearly a lovely water stain by the air con vent. None of these impeded a comfortable sleep or an adequate stay, however they did make the room look tired and not worth its value. Ah and when got a call to the room we were unable to take said call as the phone cord came loose. We attempted to put it back but still the phone would not work. We were prepared for the room being small and it certainly was small and did the job, Lastly, If parking on site do be prepared for tight corners and bends. Anything larger than a Mini does require some manoeuvring and care, you may well come out of the parking with scratches on your side, as you will notice by the many scratches left by previous drivers on the walls.

Sono venuto a Düsseldorf per la fiera d'arte Düsseldorf e sono rimasto 3 notti.Francamente, ho trovato un tasso di 140-145 Euro per camera alta per questa qualità. Non prenderò questo posto per la seconda volta di def. Nonostante non sia lontano dal centro a piedi (circa 20 min), ma mi ha fatto così annoiato e stanco per il traffico super occupato costantemente, quindi ho dovuto tenere finestre chiuse, soprattutto durante le notti, che era molto inconfortabile per me a causa della mancanza di aria fresca. Quindi, se dovessi rimanere più a lungo in questa città, def dovessi cambiare l'hotel. Tuttavia, devo congratularmi con le finestre molto pulite che hanno dato una buona impressione. Per quanto riguarda il buffet per colazione, non posso dire niente da non averlo. La buona cosa era un supermercato molto grande con una grande selezione di prodotti alimentari e prezzi molto buoni. Servizio e comunicazione in hotel erano ok.

Molto bene, la posizione è vicino alla strada commerciale, vicino alla stazione della metropolitana. La signorina della ricetta è molto buona e mi ha lasciato stare in anticipo.La stanza ha un bagno indipendente, ma il bagno è fuori, ma è anche molto conveniente. Se soggiorni a Dusseldorf per più di un mese, consiglio di trovare questo appartamento. So che sei familiare a Dusseldorf, ma la posizione è molto centrale, vicino a Carlsplatz. Se siete alimenti, potete andare direttamente al paniere (HINKEL) o Casa Luigi (restaurante italiano) entro 30 sec. Munstermann si trova anche nella stessa strada.
