Tre notti in questo hotel con un viaggio di gruppo nella seconda metà di maggio. Ascoltando anche le opinioni dei clienti la valutazione sul nostro soggiorno è più che positiva: camere spaziose, idem x bagno (....ovviamente non c'è il bidet, come fuori Italia capita spesso di non trovare). Colazione prevale il salato ma si sopravvive e cena (a buffet) con diverse opzioni. Non ho valutazioni sul pranzo in quanto impegnato in escursioni. Ottima ubicazione in riva al Mediterraneo con un sentiero pedonale che corre x un km sulle rocce fronte mare. L'hotel ha una piccola caletta dove nuotare (in questa parte di Cipro nn ci sono spiagge sabbiose). Hotel con piscina. Clientela est e nord europa.

Our 4th visit and it won't be our last. This small family owned, adults only hotel provides calm and tranquillity within a beautiful setting. The staff are superb with attention to detail and top notch customer service. Special mention to Kirsty who goes above and beyond to ensure customer's needs are met and expectations exceeded. Thank you also to the Iwona and the housekeeping team who do a wonderful job day in day out and always with a cheery smile. Lovely to be checked in this year by a friendly new face - Rebecca - thank you. Rooms are spacious and well appointed. Cocktails are exceptional - we had a few ! Food is fresh and delicious. Also thank you to Phillip the massage therapist - you can book him via the Vrachia web page - fabulous therapist who always ensures our treatments ease us gently into our holiday. Thank you team Vrachia - we look forward to seeing you next year.

Great hotel, sun beds really comfortable and available, do not need to get up early for sun beds. Rooms are modern and have toiletries,hairdryer, safe , mini fridge and kettle. Food was excellent, something for everyone, lots of choice and food hot. Great service from the staff, all work very hard and are very pleasant, nothing too much trouble.Katherine, Barbara, Antilla,Andreas very friendly and always served with a smile. Ivan head waiter always smiling and welcoming The sunsets are amazing. We will definitely return and wouldn’t hesitate in recommending this hotel. Following my recent return from a vacation at Sunset Bay Hotel, I must express my general satisfaction with the hotel, which offers a remarkable view of the island. Nevertheless, it is worth noting that certain rooms within the premises would benefit from renovations. While I would like to express my gratitude to the entire crew, I must highlight that among the service sections (reception, bar, and restaurant), the restaurant team stood out as the most exceptional. Their customer service skills were exceptional since they demonstrated an outstanding level of attention to detail. Because I am a pescatarian and my sister is a vegan, the staff made certain that our dietary requirements were met during the entirety of the trip. Thank you to the chef for accommodating our dietary preferences so that we did not go without. Special thank you to, RESTAURANT TEAM Meet and greet, Stavros. Your customer service skills are simply outstanding. You have a true customer focus and have always been accommodating, greeting all service users with a smile and assuring everyone's well-being during service. Restaurant Manager: Alexandra. You, I must say, are accredited to this industry. Your brilliance shines through in your team. You are an asset to this hotel, and I hope your quality is recognised. Restaurant Supervisor - Alex, thank you for always making us feel welcome.  Dikis (Flipper) - Hot plate. a great flipper that pays attention to what we require in a quick and timely manner. Andrey - is efficient and dedicated. Marina and Gabriella, I'm proud of you two. You are gracious and courteous, and you never failed to smile during the service. I am aware that working in the heat may be difficult for you, but it didn't show in the quality of your service. I'm giving you flowers for that, ladies. Keep working hard; you'll succeed in this field. BAR STAFF - I would especially want to compliment Elena - was approachable and gave good customer service I compliment you for your service, Zoe - is a customer-focused individual; you anticipated our drink preferences before we came lol. Kudos to you both for creating our cocktails and making sure we were comfortable the entire time. Front desk- thank you for your assistance, especially when I got trapped in the bathroom. The mechanism within the doorknob was damaged, so when the door was closed, it automatically locked me in, prompting three individuals to try to open his door. Fortunately, I am an adult; if that had been a young child who was unable to communicate, the implications could have been disastrous for that poor child, or anyone who didn’t have another person in the room with them to get help. Please conduct a risk assessment before anyone stays in the rooms and check to see whether they are compliant. I want to thank the guy who had to kick the door in the end to get me out. We have a lovely 2 weeks staying at this hotel and had one of the 2 bedroom apartments in the street to the side of the main building. The rooms were very spacious and cleaned to a high standard and linen changed daily. Staff were super helpful and very friendly and treated everyone with great customer service. From the front reception to the bar and restaurant area nothing was too much trouble. Some lovely restaurants right on the door step to a special mention to Poppadums, Kings of Aphradite and The New Horizon all withing a few hundred yards. Would recommend this hotel for families and couples looking for a quitter area but easy transport access to Paphos town/harbour and Coral Bay with bus stops just outside the hotel and fantastic service.

In generale, era un bel hotel con una buona piscina e il cibo era delizioso. Sulle schermate di prenotazione di un ristorante, abbiamo visto un menu a la carte con un sacco di pasti a buon prezzo (circa 15 €) così pianificato per avere questo. Quando ci siamo ripresi, hanno detto che c'era solo il buffet disponibile (€33), che era piuttosto costoso, ma non potevamo andare da nessun altro posto all'hotel, perché tutto aveva bisogno di prenotazione. Quando ci siamo accolti con il nostro toddler, speravamo che ci fosse già un cappotto nella stanza. Non c'era così che abbiamo chiamato uno, che ci è stato detto che sarebbe stato proprio lì. Una ora dopo, nulla si era svegliato, ci fu detto che ci sarebbe stato dopo averci tornato a cena, e quando siamo tornati, c'era un letto che era completamente inappropriato. Dobbiamo riavviare il suo anello quando era dopo il suo letto.

Buon piccolo hotel, i giardini avrebbero bisogno di attenzione, un po' fuori mano ma andava bene dato che avevamo un'auto a noleggio. Il personale è stato molto gentile e disponibile. Nessuna lamentela da parte nostra era ciò che ci aspettavamo, piscina pulita, il negozio del sito era chiuso ma me lo aspettavo con la fine della stagione. Consiglierei di noleggiare un'auto a noleggio poiché i trasporti pubblici sono limitati.
