From making the reservation it all seems great, until you check in. The front door is piled with leaves, great welcome. I thought the place was closed down. On entry into room, lights were off so no welcome experience when arriving on night fall. Found the light switch, be that it was cracked and took some effort to switch on. Toilet seat was broken, after 4 nights stay and being reported, still not fixed. Bathroom sink spout was loose and dangling in basin. My hubby simply reached under sink and tightened with his own hands and fixed. Shower recess does not have a soap dish or anything to put your showering products on, the floor it was. Walks marked, chipped and in need of minor repairs. Kitchen is quaint. Microwave has remains of a prior guests food within it. Every plate, bowl and coffee cup was soiled with food remains. No COVID clean at all. The trash bin is 2.1lts in size. So don’t think about putting trash in it. A golden circle juice bottle is bigger. Dining chairs are well used and not vacuumed or cleaned. Otherwise housekeepers would of found the $50 note in one of the chairs and the opened condom wrapper in the other chair. One chair has springs popped out on bottom and nearly touching the carpet. Oh the carpet, yes nice dark colour, put a real vacuum cleaner has touched it properly in a while. Moved the lounge chair and found an Easter egg. Not sure if it was cavity range from 2018 or 2021? Bedside lights gloves were both blown. Reported but nothing happened nor was rectified during our stay. Nice touch with complimentary water in fridge. But tacky that water says Officeworks brand on it though. The mattress is described as a Queen bed, well it is two small singles pushed together and just horrendous to sleep on. With some love and attention this could be a great Apartment Hotel, but gather manager doesn’t have control as the service and cleanliness is letting this property down. Will we be back, probably not. Will the manger care about our review, probably not. Will the housekeepers have cleaned our room correctly after we had left, probably not. Will others wish to stay after reading our review, no idea. We suggest the manager stays in every room overnight and experience what we paying guests have to endure.

Not my first time in a doubletree Hilton but this one was rather disappointing. We arrived at the hotel at around 7pm, check in was a breeze, except that there is no porter to assist. We have many pieces of luggage but thankfully the receptionist. Jessica, helped us with the luggage before my husband was back from parking. Parking is a slight walk away and it is not very convenient. Please give the breakfast a miss. Our room came with breakfast but the breakfast was so bad! Everything was hard and cold, there wasn’t even coffee like cap or flat white available. When we asked the waiter for it, we were not informed, but the coffee charges were billed to our room charge.  Frankly, I like the room layout but the housekeeping has some room of improvement to go. Though we turned on the ‘please clean the room’ button before leaving for the day, the room wasn’t cleaned until we called when we were back. We were told that room is only cleaned upon request! (But we did request for the whole day). The receptionist who answered the call offered to change the towel only but I insisted my room to be cleaned. When the housekeeping team arrived, he only changed the towel (and forgot the main bath towel) and no vacuuming was done at all. Conditioner was off as someone may have added water to the bottle but the housekeeping team did not check and refill properly too. (307) Location is convenient, near to many nice eateries but right opposite some adult shop.

In marzo 2012, ho prenotato una stanza sola per tre notti attraverso il sito ”hotelworld”.Ho trovato l'hotel senza spese, registrato in modo super veloce e amichevole per i dipendenti (almeno in marzo 2012). La mia stanza è grande, con un letto confortevole e una finestra sulla strada principale.Ogni volta che uscite, la porta si fa sentire in giro.Non c'è problema di sentirsi interessante. Anche se la reception può comprare la rete wireless, ho ancora usato la connessione wireless gratuita, fornita dal governo Perth.La camera da letto è molto pulita.Mi piace la posizione dell'hotel, molto vicino a molti ristoranti, ci sono bar vicino, un posto per saltare disco. Perché sono tornato a Singapore molto presto, devo usare il pullman dell'aeroporto di Perth.Il servizio è affidabile e il prezzo è ragionevole (prenotazione conveniente).Ho raccomandato a tutti Britannia e il pullman dell'aeroporto di Perth.

L'Hotel Alex è stato un piacevole soggiorno relax. L'hotel è ben progettato e mobili, è un moderno hotel boutique molto delizioso e elegante. Mi piacevano le 3 scelte di dimensioni delle camere molto pulite, comode letto e cuscini. Il bar al tetto era eccellente e vi dava una grande scelta di una varietà di posti, anche il minibar dopo le ore era una grande idea. La posizione di questo hotel era la posizione, affogata dalle annoie, ma meno di 100 metri di distanza per i ristoranti e il personale dei trasporti pubblici erano sempre li' per aiutare, ma non erano nemmeno disgustosi.

We upgraded to an executive room, which was very comfortable. We could not get near enough to the hotel on arrival to park and check in. There is a small very narrow lane way that runs from Wellington St to Murray St with no indication of which way the traffic flows. We parked up eventually on Murray St in a multi storey and fortunately our one suit case was easily wheeled the 100 metres or so to the hotel. The hotel info was all available on the room tv screen. I checked breakfast times and saw it was served up to 10-30 am on a weekend. Next morning we arrived at breakfast at 9-45 am. The waiter looked somewhat taken aback. There was only enough orange juice for 1 person, the tank on the tea maker was dry, there was no butter or bacon. The water tank was refilled, butter produced. The chef lifted the lid of the scrambled eggs and they looked disgusting. I asked the waiter if we could have a fried egg. He had to go find the chef. He cooked the eggs, burnt on the bottom runny white on the top. My breakfast at a cost of $30 consisted of one slice of toast 3 mushrooms, half a scoop of congealed baked beans and half of a very sad looking tomato, plus the delicious burnt egg, one cup of black tea. I heard the waiter and chef grumbling together about breakfast times and their attitude prevented me from complaining and asking for fresh food. It transpired that breakfast time had been changed to finish at 10am. The receptionist enlightened me as we checked out next day. There was still a sign on reception saying that breakfast on a weekend lasted until 10 -30am. Needless to say we breakfasted elsewhere next day. It's a soul less hotel, with about as much vibe as a grave yard. We used the fantastic bar of the new Novotel directly behind Rydges. I also found we could have stayed there at a cheaper rate! Will not be returning.

Stayed here for 3 nights, arriving after long flight from UK. No problem checking in, room in quiet location as requested. Some construction work going on at back of hotel, but nothing that disturbed me in the evening. Room was clean and had everything I needed for a short stay. Corridor and room carpets could do with replacing, but I guess that is a big expense after the last few years. Breakfast was more than adequate, with plenty of choice. The hot buffet was all fresh and frequently replenished. The young man in the restaurant (sorry I don't know your name), was very helpful and polite. Reception were helpful in booking a very early morning airport taxi for me, and on the morning of departure made certain that I safely got into my taxi. As a solo female traveller, it's the little details like that that mean so much. I would definitely return if i was visiting Perth again

Il Novotel Perth è ben situato, a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro della città. Nella sua passeggiata verso Murray Street o attraverso un blocco a Hay Street si passano molti negozi, bar, caffè e ristoranti. È anche a 5 minuti a piedi da un supermercato. L'hotel è nuovo, fresco e decorato molto meglio della maggior parte dei Novotels. le camere sono grandi, ben progettate e confortevoli. Non aveva bisogno di molto dal personale dell'hotel, ma non aveva problemi in termini di servizio clienti, anche se nessuno è particolarmente amichevole. Ma un buon posto per stare in visita a Perth.

Sono rimasto qui tre anni fa, proprio prima della pandemia, mi piaceva la struttura, il prezzo, la posizione, il bevanda libera all'arrivo, la pulizia, il wifi, e mi è stato indulgente il rumore dei rivelatori sulla strada. Ogni hotel che ha un'orecchia accanto al letto e una nota chiedendo agli ospiti di segnalare disturbi acustici chiaramente ha un po' di problema! Tre anni dopo, è molto la stessa cosa, anche se sono felice di segnalare che il rumore era meno di un problema questa volta, principalmente grazie al vetro secondario alla finestra. Ultimamente, il sigillo è stato rotto in modo che non ha fatto il suo lavoro. Quindi - se non si preoccupa un po' di rumore, Nightcap è ideale.

Volevamo un alloggio vicino all'arena e questo era perfetto. Il personale, la pulizia, il colazione, la camera da bagno accessibile, erano tutti grandi. Vergogna il livello di comodità del letto e del divano. Il letto rullava nel tempo medio grande e era molto basso. Il divano era estremamente basso, rendendolo inutilizzabile per una persona in particolare con disabilità, e non avevano chiaramente pensato a questo aspetto di utilità solo il bagno per renderlo accessibile. Rimaneremmo ancora in quella stanza, ma non in quella stanza e chiederemmo se il mobilio fosse confortevole.

Stavo a quattro punti, mentre è direttamente sulla strada dall'arena RAC, mentre andava a un spettacolo. Il personale è così amichevole da arrivare a partire. La stanza era molto pulita e confortevole. Tutto quello che puoi mangiare è servito per qualsiasi cosa tu possa voler. Non importa chi ho parlato con tutti, ci sono stati per aiutare. Certamente rimarrei lì e raccomandarli.
