Super posizione e persone fantastiche. Per il prezzo è molto buono. Punto di critica: Se hai il letto superiore, non hai una scatola a letto, fortunatamente c'è un cavo di estensione. - Non ci sono corde sui letti, quindi niente privacy.

Hands down worst nights sleep Ive ever had away from home. I arrived late from an interstate flight. The code I was given to get into the front door didn’t work. I tried half a dozen times. It was night, I was a solo small female and tbh I was starting to feel a little scared. Fortunately someone walked out of the building and let me in. The code to key collection worked and I went upstairs to my room. Now if u have heavy luggage this is not the place for you. Think European hotels with no lifts! Same same! The room itself was nice. Bathroom and toilet are not part of your room. It’s a seperate room. For everyone! Shared. That’s fine unless you get a case of bali belly! I guess this is all due to the age of the building. Renovated and lovely mind you. Problem I had is the bathroom was the door next to my bedroom and with a two inch gap under my door my room was excessively noisy with the opening and banging of all doors and especially the bathroom. That door was on constant rotation. Then I could hear the shower going. All up I think I got no more than 2-3 hours sleep. Only choice is bring ear buds or the hotel should provide them complimentary! Worst night sleep I’ve had in any hotel across the globe. Room was very clean, as were the amenities, staff seemed lovely. In daylight area felt fine. I suspect rather alternative and trendy bring a non Sydneysider myself. At the price and cleanliness I’d recommend but bring good quality ear buds!

Per noi Potts punto è il più freddo, Vicinanza/Villaggio a Sydney, questo blocco di appartamento che è in parte hotel, con il suo charme artistico deco, è una fantastica rappresentazione della zona, si trova in una parte tranquilla considerando che si limita con la croce/******, Siamo rimasti in uno degli studio non rinnovati, ma aveva un charme di colore 70, lo studio è enorme, con molta camera, con una cucina operabile e tavolo da pranzo, il letto era un re con un unico doppio come divano, tutto in un bel appartamento. Il personale di ricezione, (jade), era utile e molto amichevole, accogliendo mia madre anziana, aveva un bel soggiorno settimanale e non può aspettare di tornare, stare con questi ragazzi.

We’ve stayed at this hotel for a second time on New Year’s Day because it was so good when we stayed there in November . It’s clean , comfortable and the staff are utterly charming and helpful . Very happy to store our luggage for us. It’s in a great location just around the corner from bars and restaurants , a shirt walk from Kings cross station and about a 30 min walk from the sites of Sydney. The bed was super comfy, the shower was hot and powerful . Love this small hotel and can’t recommend it highly enough.

For visitors who have not stayed at No. 9 I would highly recommend it. You have everything you need in close proximity. The rooms are clean and tidy, Reception is always friendly and willing to assist. The showers are hot, the rooms are very comfortable and it is very affordable accommodation. To surmise No. 9 Springfield succinctly, it is accommodation where you feel 'at home' and as such I would recommend this accommodation as a place where you can relax and unwind.

We loved everything about Spicer Potts Hotel in Sydney. A warm welcome from Lana with lots of information about local restaurants ( also in a lovely booklet). We tried Apollo, the Butler and Fei Jei all outstanding for food and service so the hotel knowledge was invaluable. Our room 19 was wonderful, we thought for comfort and pillows the best hotel bed ever ( we have travelled widely so feel qualified to make this judgement ). The staff were so lovely, friendly, kind and helpful. Breakfast freshly cooked to order and truly delicious. We love walking and the route into the main attractions via the Botanic gardens each day was lovely. The neighbourhood has some lovely old buildings and felt safe. Special thanks to Lana who we loved though all the staff were wonderful and nothing was too much trouble. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would revisit. Five days was not long enough.

La reception è dove si sente buona esperienza di questo hotel si ferma. Prenotato una stanza Studio Executive che le foto sul loro sito web mostrano quanto spaziosa con un divano e una piccola tavola da pranzo per due. La ricezione non ci ha aiutato a ripartire il tipo di camera che avevamo pagato e prenotato. La posizione è l'unica cosa che questo hotel ha a suo favore. Le foto delle camere sul loro sito web sono inganni, quindi prendete cura di ciò che la vostra prenotazione, perché potrebbe non essere quello che è mostrato.
