Rooms are clean and staff is helpful. I stayed in one of the newly renovated rooms and enjoyed my stay. My go to place when visiting family nearby

Met the owner at check-in--he was most friendly and helpful! The room was spotless---loved the water bottles in the room. LOVED being able to sit right outside our room and admire the morning sun and spotless property!

Was a good deal. Was clean and had all the amenities I needed. Bed comfortable. Fast friendly check in. Zero issues and I would definitely come back.
Bonus - there is a lovely bike/walk path hammocked by live oaks behind the motel.

Meticulously clean room with comfortable beds and friendly staff. Unfortunately our room was quite humid and it didn’t seem the AC would take out the moisture

I was staying there on business for the 37th Annual Floral City Strawberry Festival. Excellent motel, very clean, comfy beds and easy check-in and check-out. Very close to downtown Inverness and close to Floral Park where the Strawberry Festival was held.

I hate to give away a good motel but obviously the cat is already out of the bag. This place is clean and has an older sophisticated clientele from what i saw this morning. Very good

Comfortable and very clean, the rooms have been updated and the property is well maintained. Room heater/ac was a little musty. I stayed 4 nights.

The staff was a lot nicer than your bigger hotels plus it was a lot cleaner than any other place we have stayed. Highly recommend and definitely will stay there again if we are ever close.

The room we stay in didn't have curtains also to cover the window to stop the light coming in. It was difficult to sleep because: how bright it was.
