Che resort favoloso! Situato lungo una spiaggia, questo resort per soli adulti è incentrato sull'acqua, con ristoranti sull'oceano, spa, ristoranti e altro ancora. I ristoranti sono davvero buoni, ci siamo goduti ogni pasto. Il consiglio è di prenotarne alcuni con largo anticipo. Il personale è molto cordiale, disponibile e premuroso. Le camere sono pulite e hanno tutto il necessario per una vacanza.

Absolutely amazing. We had high hopes and wow they were suceeded! This place is just phenomenal. We are big foodies and the food here is just unlike any other! We went to Cuphea, Neoman, sunset steak, the Asian & Italian. The Italian was our favourite by far! Personally don’t see enough difference to warrant paying for Neoman again. We stayed in the lake house suite which was so incredible! Zeki our butler was so amazing and friendly. Nothing too much trouble and his service was incredible. Having lunch delivered to us was a game changer and the swim up pool and private pool area was amazing. We loved the entertainment which was really varied. The only slight niggle is the volume is so loud, we couldn’t hear eachother to speak to eachother - we’re 30 years old and fans of music but it was too loud to enjoy properly. Again this is such a minor thing, we had the best honeymoon here it really is the ultimate relaxing holiday destination

We were guests at The Residence for Two weeks at the end of May We are regular guests to Antalya in The Regnum Maxx Royal Cullinan Rixos etc so high calibre hotels This hotel’s ambiance service and vibes bettered all the above We were totally blown away with the welcome given on arrival the service kindness and genuine care that your stay was of a high standard Everyone from cleaners gardeners waiters and managers, welcome service and attitude was outstanding We stayed in block 46 with views out to sea thru the wooded area this block receives sun all day and is extremely quiet The room has a jacuzzi style bath (salts and oils included) Power shower iron ironing board hairdryer and straighteners Bottles of branded sprits and a fridge full of soft drinks There are snacks and chocolate replaced daily too Pillow menu and pillow spray! The room is nothing short of immaculate with turn down service included too There is a swim up bar a pool bar and a beach bar Service round the pool is constant from friendly Emily staff who simply can not do enough for you The resort seems to be mainly English guests and the standard of spoken English by all staff is amazing Food is served daily in the main resturant which is all Al a carte you will want for nothing Cuphea is a nice lunch time area also Al a carte) bookable but free in evenings) You can book free The Al a cartes next door too There are 3 Turkish Italian and Chinese Payable steak and fish Balkon has a fabulous Turkish breakfast spread in a gorgeous setting In the lounge there are chocolates ice cream and cakes ☺️ After frequently visiting the top hotels in Antalya with double if not more price tag I can highly recommend The Residance It maybe considerably smaller but service facilities and overall feeling of complete tranquility is second to none I could go on and on .. but dint think twice about booking Enjoy

I wanted to go somewhere special for my 50th birthday as well as our wedding anniversary and we decided on this adults only hotel. We had a 3 hour delay on the flight going so didn't arrive at the hotel until near 3:00am in the morning. The welcome though was lovely and whilst we couldn't make out a great deal of the outside surroundings due to the dark, the room was fabulous. Not only that, they had left cake and balloons in the room. We went the end of June, beginning of July. We were delighted to find that you could get sunbeds at anytime of the day so it was much more relaxing knowing there was no rush to get up and grab a sunbed. The pool area was wonderful with a heated pool and swim up bar of which they staff on the bar and the servers that brought drinks to you were all wonderful. I loved that you even get a cooler box to keep drinks cold in. Food wise, we usually always book the a la carte restaurants of which we didn't do at this hotel as the main restaurant food was fabulous and all sit down service. Whilst at breakfast there is a bit of a buffet, you can also order from a menu. Dinner was like fine dining every evening with so many courses, clothes were definitely tighter coming back home lol. On my actual birthday, we came back to the room to find another cake, balloons and a lovely card from the hotel. The hotel honestly goes above and beyond. I couldn't find fault with any of our stay it was pure luxury and the most relaxing holiday we have ever had. The hotel rooms are big and spacious with every thing you could need. Gutted we didn't come across the snack draw until the end of our holiday! Along with the main restaurant there is a restaurant near the bottom of the pool area near the beach which is again sit down service and food was great. They have evening entertainment on which was all bands/singers. The acapela group that we were lucky enough to see twice were by far the best. There isn't a great deal near by the hotel although you can go into the sister hotel which is for families and near by is a parade of shops. Apart from going to the market one day, we decided to stay in the hotel as we wanted to just relax. The place was spotless and everything kept to a good standard. Would go back in a heartbeat.

Last year we had a penthouse suite, which we loved. This year we booked a swim up suite. We requested a room at the bottom of the resort facing the beach, and it was so beautiful and peaceful. The only slight negative being that the breeze seemed to push leaves and other items along to the end of the pool, and it gathered in our swimup. So the pool guys could perhaps clean that area more often. Otherwise the room was great and we sunbathed there all day, and would swim round to the bar for drinks. I was glad to find that the Turkish breakfast was available again this year at Balkon and we enjoyed that. Food at all restaurants was good, although the main restaurant seemed to be short staffed some nights. One evening they lost our order twice so it took an hour before we received dinner. However when it arrived it was delicious. I like that we can use the restaurants and facilities next door. We went to Brasilico, Sunset and the main buffet, which has a separate dining area for adults. We also watched some shows over there. I do find it an odd concept that you need to pay to dine at some restaurants. I’m used to All Inclusives where all restaurants are included, but you might pay additional costs for certain dishes such as steak or lobster. We are already paying a lot more to stay here than other properties, so I don’t want to pay extra to access restaurants. The evening entertainment is great, I was glad to see that Sina was still there, love him. And I really liked Focus Acappella. We loved our stay, and hope to return again soon.

Just got back from a wonderful trip to the residence at Fethiye for 11 days. Everything was absolutely perfect for us and we are already looking for a good deal for next year. The room was spacious with lots of standard extras. The fridge was well stocked with soft and alcoholic drinks all of which were proper brands. The spirits were also all labels you know. It was for our 10th wedding anniversary so there was a heart shaped cake and balloons there on our arrival. Jacuzzi bath and separate shower room at one end with his and her sinks. Good sized bed and large tv. Balcony looked out over the pool. Facilities are all top notch with a large pool and loads of sunbeds. None of the usual struggle or rush to get a decent sunbed. Pool was never too busy apart from the swim up bar which got a little busy at times but nothing to complain about. Memet and Onu (probably spelt that wrong) were excellent at the pool bar and watching the care that Onu took making his exquisite cocktails was interesting to watch. Other services at the pool were cold towels, sweet corn and iced grapes all delivered thru the day. Waiter service was good so you never need to leave the sunbed if you don’t want to. The food was out of this world. Almost to the point I would describe the trip as fine dining with a pool thrown in. It is the first time we have ever tipped the kitchen staff separately, that’s how good the food was. The wife and I are quite fussy eaters but always found something good to have on the versed menu. The lamb shank was particularly good and fell off the bone when you touched it with your fork! All the food outlets were excellent and you could even go next door if you wanted to as that hotel was from tui blue as well. The main bar had a fine selection of handmade chocolates and ice creams throughout the day. I also had an ice cream milkshake most days which were good. All the staff were pleasant and always greeted you with a smile and a hello. Standards of cleanliness were beyond top notch with staff constantly maintaining good levels. Entertainment was very professional with particular mention to focus acappella who we saw twice and were very good. It’s hard to think of anything they could improve on really as we loved every minute of our chilled out holiday. The only thing we can really think of was that there wasn’t really a snack option if you didn’t want a full meal at the pool restaurant so the wife just had chips some days. Maybe a jacket potato or toasted sandwich would have been nice. I guess we could have gone next door for that. All in all we can’t wait to go back next year for another visit.

Please be aware of this!!! This hotel is depicted as a superior five star adults only resort with luxury facilities. This is not in fact correct. The beach should be described as a public beach with children and uncontrolled dogs. One if which attempted to bite my partner.

Absolutely fantastic holiday at this hotel. Everything is amazing, the rooms are luxurious and have everything you need for a great stay. The food is outstanding, so much choice. All staff are very friendly & helpful, especially Fatmia (apologises if I've spelt that incorrectly), such a sweetie. Can't wait to return as the whole experience was faultless.
