Charmant petit hôtel. Bon endroit pour les couchers de soleil romantique. Service courtois et bonne bouffe cubaine. Bonne place pour pratiquer l'Espagnol. Beau sentier qui suit la rivière avec eau thermale pour relaxer. Profitez de l'endroit et bon séjour.

Pasamos 3 días disfrutando en familia. Nos gustó mucho la instalación con sus ofertas. La comida variada y bien preparada. Nos sentimos muy a gusto con el trato que nos brindaron, muy atentos los trabajadores. Estamos deseosos de repetir la experiencia.

La atención de los trabajadores muy buena e intentando de que todo salga bien; pero la falta de personal y los problemas con el grupo electrógeno que se calienta y no da la satisfacción del cliente buena; pues las habitaciones en vez de entregarse a la hora establecida que es a las 4 de la tarde se entregaron casi a las 7 de la noche; haciendo q el cliente se ponga de mal humor; no tienen variedad de cerveza ni de comida en el área de piscina; la comida salió tarde pues al no tener corriente y el grupo electrógeno no trabajar ni funcionar bien todo sale tarde; el show en la noche muy bueno y creativo; el pos para hacer pagos de tarjeta no funciona tampoco la suerte que te permiten pagar en efectivo; la internet no funciona tampoco al no haber electricidad; muchos problemas en tan poco tiempo, deberían mejorar un poco la estancia del hotel al cliente; mejorar la entrega a tiempo de los cuartos; además muchos aires acondicionado no enfrían lo suficiente las habitaciones; deberían hacer una revisión de los problemas existentes de la instalación Mi nombre Lázaro M Ceballos Heredia
