Excelente como lugar y con pésima estructura hotelera sin que exista responsabilidad de los trabajadores

Lustiges Ressort mit freundlicher Besatzung. Auch wenn einiges wackelt und ausgeleiert ist - die Stimmung unter den Gästen und den Angestellten war ausgezeichnet.

On arrival front desk give us room #35 ,no power ,mold cover all walls and ceiling.We walk in heavy rain to the lobby and get #71 .Stain and holes on the the linen ,dirty blankets.No mattress pad under sheet .Very old stained towels,shower curtain cover with mold ,never changed,stiff from dirt.Window drapes cover with mold and other things.Patio door not possible to open.Safety box not working,battery.Leaks from toilet tank,complain few times to customer service,no body fixed.They ignored guest .Wet soaking stinking towels all week we keep around toilet.Entrance door had big 1 inch gap ,and lock not safety at all.Dirt ,dust and spiders webs in every corner,stain on the walls?Second big issue was buffet.Water on the floor from liking appliances.Guest walked in flooded floor,safety first??? Service staff never smile,you can seat for one hour, no one cares,if you need something.Cacroches and dirt cover floor.Staff use dirty piece of cloth “,clean”every thing.Nothing disinfecting,table mat filthy,crumbs and food stain.I found suspicious object in my food,on the picture on red table.It looks like nail,gross.One thing I like,gardening.Our 7th time in Cuba ,that was vacation from heel!!! Message for management,remember guest always number one priority. We come back to Cuba for sure,but be stay very far from this place.

Our family came from Canada for a 2 week vacation and we felt right at home. The staff overall were very welcoming and we had free wifi which works great throughout the resort including parts of the beach. Entertainment team: Joel, David and Leo were lots of fun for the guests. Dancers, musicians and circus team were super talented and we loved participating in the night time entertainment. During the day sports and fun activities are organized. We loved playing volleyball in the pool and on the beach. Kids club: Cynthia and Tamara were wonderful to say the least. Our daughter enjoyed kids club so much that she visited every day doing activities, playing with other children, face painting, swimming pool, kids games, etc. Food: was amazing here. There is no shortage of food for the guests whatsoever and the food options were pretty good. We had lamb and mutton as options on some days and it was delicious. Buffet has many options. Yummy omelettes in the morning, oatmeal, fresh mango (super juicy and amazing), for lunch they always have rice, sweet potato, chicken, pork, beef and fish options which they grill fresh in front of you. Snack bar is open most of the day and they make french fries and grilled sandwiches. Beach: just breathtaking. Water is pristine, beautiful tortoise colour, shallow for a long way so great for small kids. Beach is long and beautiful with white sand. Some small shells in the shallow area so maybe bring water shoes or slowly enter the water. Attractions: the resort has flamingos located very close by. We enjoyed seeing them on our walk. One of the most beautiful beaches in Cuba Playa Pilar is located 20 min from the hotel. Worth a visit. It was like being in paradise. If visiting Playa Pilar bring snacks or cash for food and beach chairs. Double decker busses pass by hourly and for $5 CAD per person you can hop on and off the bus for the entire day. Pretty amazing deal. Market is located 1h from the hotel but the hotel has a pretty good selection of souvenirs so market visit may not be worth it. Accommodations: we had a waterfront room. It was spacious and clean. Rooms are dated however we like the charm. Most important thing for us is the cleanliness. The maids were great and they made swans and different designs for us. The cleaning staff at the lobby are always polishing the floors. It is very clean here.

This is a really great hotel for kitesurfing. Amazing spot, with consistent winds and a nice wide beach. The entertainment team is the best!! Special thank you goes to Randy, Joel and Mia !! We are definitely coming back 😀😘
