L'hotel sembra vicino alla stazione di Asok, ma la passeggiata dalla strada principale è un po' troppo tranquilla, soprattutto per le donne. Sarebbe bello se ripristinassero il servizio navetta dalla stazione ferroviaria. Lo scarico nel bagno e nella zona doccia è pessimo. L'acqua scorre più lentamente di quando ci facciamo la doccia e l'acqua trabocca nella zona asciutta. Sebbene la stanza sia per due persone. Ogni giorno venivano forniti solo un gel doccia e uno shampoo condizionante. Tuttavia, il servizio al concierge è stato cordiale e reattivo.

I had a pleasant stay at Galleria12 Sukhumvit Bangkok. The hotel is modern, clean, and offers great amenities. The rooms are spacious, well-maintained, and comfortable, with everything you need for a relaxing stay. The staff were friendly, efficient, and provided excellent service throughout my visit. The hotel facilities are top-notch, with a nice pool, fitness center, and a cozy atmosphere. The breakfast was also delicious with a variety of options.

Customer service staff is warm and courteous, the room is clean and overall clean, the transportation is convenient, close to BTS Asok station and MRT Sukhumvit station, there are also many Thai restaurants nearby, it is worth to stay.

Excellent location. Good friendly staff. The aircon in my room was noisy and the breakfast a little limited. But very good clean room otherwise. Lots of great restaurants and street food nearby. Enjoyed my stay and will return.

Toilet shower area was clogged, & maintenance guy came to check & just mentioned “it’s working” when he could clearly see the clogged.

Really good services and cleanliness. People from the reception are really kind and helpful. The breakfast could be better, but it was OK anyway. If I came back to Bangkok, I would repeat.
