Servizio: lode il microtubo, risposte particolarmente veloci. La raccomandazione dell'hotel all'hotel vicino non può essere detto di essere fastidioso per 100 punti!!Il personale della reception, della porta, della zia sono molto consapevoli del servizio 👍
Impianti: il tipo di camera selezionato LOFT è relativamente raro. Non pensavo che ci fosse un bagno sopra e sotto. E'molto conveniente! Isolazione sono buoni, gli elementi genitori sono anche dato 👍. I bagni sono il tetto del genitore hotel. Fantasma, Bagari e Daison sono davvero buoni a sentirsi piena
La piscina esterna dell'hotel, il super grande parco infantile in camera, è troppo aperto infinitamente gratis 😌 Continuare a mantenere, tornerà ancora

The room was very comfortable and spacious for the family of 4 of us. Unfortunately the weather was against us and rained everyday whole day during our visit and couldn’t go do sightseeing by foot.
The “guest bathroom” drain was releasing a very unpleasant stinky smell throughout our visit. Highly recommend to spend a few RMB and buy the drain smell problem solver (see picture attached). Promise it will solve the problem!! Installed it in all our apartments where we lived in China that had the same issue.
Our daughter (and us) enjoyed the playroom even though the a/c systems did not allow warm air to heat the room (setting was on hot= 35 degrees Celsius, high speed, but never went over 15 degrees Celsius). Cleanliness could be looked at, lots of human hair lying around.
Reception could possibly take an English course to accommodate non-Chinese speakers, but the language translator came in handy.
Breakfast was mainly Chinese like. But good variety, shouldn’t go hungry.

Dopo molte riflessioni, ho deciso di dare una valutazione obiettiva. Essendo un noto hotel, l'esperienza di soggiornare in questo periodo è stata estremamente scarsa. La sera del check-in c'erano dei capelli sul cuscino del letto e alcuni cose sporche sulle lenzuola (foto allegata), anche se l'hotel ha sostituito rapidamente lenzuola e cuscini quando è successa una cosa del genere, non è quello che dovresti fare? Questo tipo di situazione non dovrebbe accadere nel tuo hotel, giusto? Nessun responsabile ha prestato attenzione a questo problema dall'inizio alla fine. Lascio che la piattaforma Ctrip coordini tutta la comunicazione (do un grande elogio alla piattaforma Ctrip qui, e attribuire grande importanza ai clienti. Soddisfazione), alla fine, la negoziazione sulla piattaforma Ctrip è fallita e non è stata affrontata fino a quando non ho chiamato la sede di InterContinental per dare un feedback sul problema. 春節長假結束後去住的，客人不多。老闆客氣的把我們的房間升級到了湖景房，枯水季的原因，湖景的景色稍遜。晚餐是老闆提前打電話給我們聯繫好的，晚上的菜燒的味道很好，且價格非常實惠！我們在攜程上訂的房間顯示是無早的，當時也納悶，民宿為啥不提供早餐，但實際上他們是提供免費的早餐的，建議老闆可以在攜程的價格上標註含早。總之，這家民宿的性價比是值得推薦的！

UUtente ospiteI strongly recommend you experience a stay at Hilton Hangzhou Qiandaohu. It was one of the most comfortable stays ever. Maksim, one of the hotel employees, helped us from the start to the end. As a Korean, traveling in China is extremely difficult because of the language barrier. Although, I speak English, most of the Chinese do not. But, Maksim was able to speak 4 languages fluently; Korean, English, Russian and Chinese. He was happy to answer any questions regardless of time. So, if you are a foreigner considering a visit to Qiandaohu, Hilton is the place, and find Maksim when you do so. The hotel upgraded my room when I got there and prepared a nice welcoming fruit in the room. The hotel has a lot of fun activities, and nice restaurants. My girlfriend and I had an unforgettable memories here.

JJuliusKCi siamo fermati nel novembre 2023 e abbiamo avuto un aggiornamento con un bel tubo nella stanza. Grazie. E' stato molto bello.
L’unica cosa speciale per questa stanza era che la porta al balcone non era stretta, così freddo l’aria fredda entrava, e il colazione aveva un buon cibo e un buon pasto. Anche il personale era molto carino che non parlava inglese, ma non c'era problema.

UUtente ospiteWe had a great stay at this hotel this November for two days. The staff are very nice and helpful. They helped us search attractions and car rides. It is at a relatively convenient location between downtown and central lake tourist center, about 1-1.5 km each direction. We walked along the lake view boardwalk to enjoy great lake view both ways. The hotel has very good breakfast for a small fee with both Chinese and western styles. We definitely like it and recommend it. The only drawback is lacking maps or guidance materials so we have to study ourselves for our self-guided tours. It will be the best if tour maps and some tourist info are posted in the lobby. Overall it is a great place to stay and enjoy.

LLana 064I loved the lake view from my room, and highly recommend higher floors.
The bathtub with the open view was also amazing,the beds were soft and sleek.
However,I would not rate this hotel as 5 stars; the decor is quite old with its dark colours, a bit worn out wallpapers and quite old carpets in the corridor.
It was very noisy with lots of families and their kids.
Buliding 1 has two lifts only and you end up waiting and being squashed in a lift all the time.
Coming down to breakfast restaurant was about strange as the lift takes you to the basement parking so one needs to go past the cars unless you want to walk outside the building.The breakfast was buzzing with too many people impatient to que politely.
Most importantly, I really feel the front desk service needs a lot of improvement; I understand that nobody speaks English, we can use translators,but noone welcomed me properly and wished me a nice stay: my Alipay and passport only mattered.
I was lucky with Xio Qian ( front desk boy) who offered to help and share the information about amenities and trips around the lake. I am very grateful to him.
The gym in building 5 was a disappointment;
One swimming pool is to be shared between 4 other buildings. Because it rained, the water was quite cold in the pool.
Overall,this hotel would suit families and kids mainly,but i would not recommend it to single expats and certainly would not rate it as a 5 star hotel.

This hotel 🏨 is GORGEOUS. Absolutely beautiful. I couldn’t decide which photos to use for my photoshoot because there are so many great pictures. The hotel is perfect for instagram or social media.
The service 👨✈️ was amazing. The staff are very friendly and accommodating to all our needs. The manager went above and beyond to make sure we were happy.
The food 🍱 was delicious! There are many different choices and set options. We especially loved the fried pork.
Negatives: 😕
Location 📍you can’t hike or explore anywhere around this hotel. You are essentially stuck to this property. All activities are at least 30min-2 hour drive away.
Room design 🛏️ I included this in the photos, the bed is on a wooden stand with sharp edges and it’s very easily to run into it and forget it’s there. My bf and I both hit our shins pretty hard on it, it was painful.
Drinks🥂 it was my birthday and I wanted to enjoy some cocktails or champagne with this view, but you are limited to beer 🍺 only. Just bottled Budweiser and Tsingtao.
Overall, I’d stay again if I wanted to relax in peace for the weekend. Bring your own alcohol.

GGeorgina-EmilyNon posso nemmeno iniziare a descrivere quanto è stato fantastico il nostro soggiorno al The Deyishe Inn. La posizione stessa è sul lago con le viste più spettacolari. La notte il cielo era pieno di stelle che creavano il più romantico ambiente. Il personale era amichevole, gentile, accogliente e ci faceva sentire a casa, si occupava delle nostre necessità e andava oltre e oltre per assicurarsi che il nostro soggiorno fosse il migliore e più possibile. La sera, andammo a vedere lo spettacolo locale, e l'hotel ci ha aiutato ad acquistare i biglietti e ci ha assicurato di essere li' bene e di avere sempre tutto quello che ci serviva. Situato a 10 minuti dal museo della birra e dalla città, è anche abbastanza vicino per godere di alcune attrazioni turistiche, mentre ancora dando la scena di fuggire al paradiso. Se vuoi una portata che vale il denaro e ti darà memoria per tutta la vita, non posso raccomandare il Deyishe Inn abbastanza!

AAlexander 压力山大The hotel is located in the best spot in the town, so you you'll find it very convenient roaming around from here. The place is surrounded by the best fish restaurants. There's a bike rental right in front of the hotel.
The room was clean is spacious. The shower is awesome in case you need to warm yourself up real quick after a winter walk. I strongly recommend to you to get a round corner room (ours was 2607) with the city view, in this case you'll have a purely magnificent panoramic view on the mountain valley to the Sunset side + city with the night city lights + a part of the lake (check out the photos).
The service was great. They brought us fruit as a Chinese New Year gift.
We had a late train back to Hangzhou and the weather was nasty outside, they agreed to let us stay until 20:00 for half the price.
The TV had a lot of movies in English, so it was great too. Breakfast was a typical Chinese one, but I found something for myself as well and it was enough.
The mini fridge was removed from the room for some weird reason, as I understand, since there's a place for it, but that's not a big deal.
We had an awesome time staying here and definitely will come here again soon!
