AAn-AkWe arrived in the afternoon and were quickly checked in. We were delighted to receive a free upgrade and some gifts for the children.
The rooms were spacious, well kept and bright. We had a great view of the lake despite the rainy weather.
The children's play room was very impressive. There was hours of fun for the younger one, who visited every day of our stay. The staff were particularly kind and helpful. Kate and Huan were very helpful. They were super friendly and looked after our child well.
Breakfast and dinner was extensive. There was Chinese and Western options so everyone was pleased.
We would definitely stay again. Thank you to all staff for such a lovely stay.

MMAYUR MOHAN CHABBIHotel is at very nice location, I. e near to the lake. Front end staff is courteous and friendly. We were allowed early check in and lamest
check out. There are many super markets and restaurants outside the hotel. Hotel has special counter for travel local site seeing booking. The person was very friendly and helping. Break fast is okay and has a beautiful view of the lake.

UUtente ospiteVi consiglio di vivere in Hilton Hangzhou Qiandaohu. È stato uno dei soggiorni più confortevoli mai. Maksim, uno dei dipendenti dell'hotel, ci ha aiutato da capo a capo. Come coreano, viaggiare in Cina è estremamente difficile a causa della barriera linguistica. Anche se, io parlo inglese, la maggior parte dei cinesi non lo fanno. Ma, Maksim è riuscito a parlare 4 lingue in modo fluente: coreano, inglese, russo e cinese. Egli era felice di rispondere a qualsiasi domanda, a prescindere dal tempo.Quindi, se sei un straniero che considera una visita a Qiandaohu, Hilton è il luogo, e trova Maksim quando lo fai. L'hotel mi ha migliorato la stanza quando sono arrivato e ho preparato un bel frutto di benvenuto nella stanza. L'hotel ha molte attività divertenti, e buoni ristoranti. MMLFooThe hotel switched off the central air conditioning making the whole hotel including our room very stuffy in the hot afternoons and at night. The quilt cover in bed was very thick but we could not adjust the room temperature so I was woken up by the heat in the middle of the night and couldn’t sleep again. We opened the window but the road noise kept me awake at about 5 am in the morning. I had very poor sleep because of this. The Chinese restaurant had a great view but we left after 2 minutes because it was super hot and stuffy at 530pm, we couldn’t enjoy the nice lake view at that restaurant. Hotel F&B is very expensive, the 2kg fish head soup cost CNY580. You can have a 1.8kg fish head soup at CNY168 which is very delicious, just outside the hotel on the food street. We ordered the fried rice which cost CNY88. The F&B vouchers cannot be used for alcoholic beverages. Basically we book an accommodation for good night sleep but this hotel, despite all the seemingly nice peripherals, couldn’t even ensure a comfortable sleeping environment hence not worth the money. We didn’t use all the other vouchers as we only stayed 2 nights, no time to use. Free Minibar is only for 1 night. There is only 1 small can of beer, not 2 as some earlier reviews mentioned. This is the only accommodation among all our stays that didn’t provide proper air conditioning, it’s very disappointing. Not recommended. The hotel staff are all very nice though.

Suggerimento: non esporre oggetti che non sono disponibili e informa la reception degli orari di apertura del parco divertimenti. Alcuni turisti potrebbero voler semplicemente ammirare l'Hanfu, il che sembra un imbroglio per i consumatori.

This hotel 🏨 is GORGEOUS. Absolutely beautiful. I couldn’t decide which photos to use for my photoshoot because there are so many great pictures. The hotel is perfect for instagram or social media.
The service 👨✈️ was amazing. The staff are very friendly and accommodating to all our needs. The manager went above and beyond to make sure we were happy.
The food 🍱 was delicious! There are many different choices and set options. We especially loved the fried pork.
Negatives: 😕
Location 📍you can’t hike or explore anywhere around this hotel. You are essentially stuck to this property. All activities are at least 30min-2 hour drive away.
Room design 🛏️ I included this in the photos, the bed is on a wooden stand with sharp edges and it’s very easily to run into it and forget it’s there. My bf and I both hit our shins pretty hard on it, it was painful.
Drinks🥂 it was my birthday and I wanted to enjoy some cocktails or champagne with this view, but you are limited to beer 🍺 only. Just bottled Budweiser and Tsingtao.
Overall, I’d stay again if I wanted to relax in peace for the weekend. Bring your own alcohol.

JJuliusKCi siamo fermati nel novembre 2023 e abbiamo avuto un aggiornamento con un bel tubo nella stanza. Grazie. E' stato molto bello.
L’unica cosa speciale per questa stanza era che la porta al balcone non era stretta, così freddo l’aria fredda entrava, e il colazione aveva un buon cibo e un buon pasto. Anche il personale era molto carino che non parlava inglese, ma non c'era problema.

LLana 064I loved the lake view from my room, and highly recommend higher floors.
The bathtub with the open view was also amazing,the beds were soft and sleek.
However,I would not rate this hotel as 5 stars; the decor is quite old with its dark colours, a bit worn out wallpapers and quite old carpets in the corridor.
It was very noisy with lots of families and their kids.
Buliding 1 has two lifts only and you end up waiting and being squashed in a lift all the time.
Coming down to breakfast restaurant was about strange as the lift takes you to the basement parking so one needs to go past the cars unless you want to walk outside the building.The breakfast was buzzing with too many people impatient to que politely.
Most importantly, I really feel the front desk service needs a lot of improvement; I understand that nobody speaks English, we can use translators,but noone welcomed me properly and wished me a nice stay: my Alipay and passport only mattered.
I was lucky with Xio Qian ( front desk boy) who offered to help and share the information about amenities and trips around the lake. I am very grateful to him.
The gym in building 5 was a disappointment;
One swimming pool is to be shared between 4 other buildings. Because it rained, the water was quite cold in the pool.
Overall,this hotel would suit families and kids mainly,but i would not recommend it to single expats and certainly would not rate it as a 5 star hotel.

UUtente ospiteWe LOVED our stay here; we were so happy with our choice in hotel 🙌 Jason, the owner, went above and beyond for us every moment he could. He was so quick to offer assistance, anticipating our every need, and of course any little thing we asked about he was happy to help with. Despite a language barrier, communication was great. Thank you so much for everything! And besides amazing service, the location is perfection and the rooms were comfortable, clean, well decorated, and most importantly look out onto a gorgeous little section of the lake! The hotel is located equidistant from Qiandaohu and Jiande railway station, nearby enough to the main town (as well as the beer ”town”), but separated enough to feel isolated, with its own little cove. The views are fantastic and kayaking, swimming, fishing, etc. is right at your doorstep. Food is good too 👌 Jason can also help you arrange transportation if you don't have your own. We really enjoyed our short stay here, and one of us even extended their stay because they couldn't bare to go back to the city so soon 😜 Definitely the perfect hideout for a relaxing weekend. Highly recommend, especially for foreigners looking for a slightly more budget option on the lake 💯

AAlexander 压力山大The hotel is located in the best spot in the town, so you you'll find it very convenient roaming around from here. The place is surrounded by the best fish restaurants. There's a bike rental right in front of the hotel.
The room was clean is spacious. The shower is awesome in case you need to warm yourself up real quick after a winter walk. I strongly recommend to you to get a round corner room (ours was 2607) with the city view, in this case you'll have a purely magnificent panoramic view on the mountain valley to the Sunset side + city with the night city lights + a part of the lake (check out the photos).
The service was great. They brought us fruit as a Chinese New Year gift.
We had a late train back to Hangzhou and the weather was nasty outside, they agreed to let us stay until 20:00 for half the price.
The TV had a lot of movies in English, so it was great too. Breakfast was a typical Chinese one, but I found something for myself as well and it was enough.
The mini fridge was removed from the room for some weird reason, as I understand, since there's a place for it, but that's not a big deal.
We had an awesome time staying here and definitely will come here again soon!
