Perfect for a short weekend trip to relax nearby Qiandaohu Lake. The Hotel is very beautiful and offers a lot like rent a bicycle, kids club, spa, outdoor and indoor pools as well as many outdoor water activities. The room is clean and very beautiful and the lake view was amazing. Mia from the Hotel can speak english very good. She is very friendly and helps us a lot.

Great hotel for family with children. All the amenities are of good quality. Only problem is that they close the amenities without prior notice. We used pool and gym everyday. But, last day of our stay we paid for late check out because my little boy wanted to enjoy swimming pool in the daytime before leaving, only to find out later that the pool is closed that day (they did not tell us anything when we went to the swimming pool day before ).

Overall comments are very good especially Luby who's at checkin counter provided useful information with me, that made me easy to find out the restaurant I like.

Everything was fine, also thanks to Luby for guidance about hotel features and tour rotes nearby.

It’s was our first time in the resort stay only one night but our stay was very pleasant tks to all the staff very helpful, we booked garden view but they help us upgrade to lake view and special tks to MAKSIM for his hospitality and help, The resort it’s every well located easy to find , The room very clean and comfortable, the restaurant have very good and testy food, the breakfast buffet was great. All the recreational area are spectacular. I will definitely back to the resort.

We had a holiday with my family, everything is at the highest level! Great view, clean rooms, delicious breakfast and many different entertainments! Very friendly staff, and especially we want to thank the employee MAKSIM, very friendly, always ready to help, pleasant interlocutor. The rest was great, we will advise the hotel to our friends and we will definitely return again 👍

I strongly recommend you experience a stay at Hilton Hangzhou Qiandaohu. It was one of the most comfortable stays ever. Maksim, one of the hotel employees, helped us from the start to the end. As a Korean, traveling in China is extremely difficult because of the language barrier. Although, I speak English, most of the Chinese do not. But, Maksim was able to speak 4 languages fluently; Korean, English, Russian and Chinese. He was happy to answer any questions regardless of time. So, if you are a foreigner considering a visit to Qiandaohu, Hilton is the place, and find Maksim when you do so. The hotel upgraded my room when I got there and prepared a nice welcoming fruit in the room. The hotel has a lot of fun activities, and nice restaurants. My girlfriend and I had an unforgettable memories here.
