Beautiful self-service hotel. It’s not in the centre of the city so a little bit of a walk - about 15 minutes - but it’s an enjoyable one, and there are lots of great restaurants and bars around. The rooms are very well appointed, with modern bathrooms, comfortable beds and good heating and cooling. Will definitely stay here again - the price was incredibly good.

是個大house改成多間unit。裝修風格簡潔現代，層高高，設施設備不錯。
location很不錯就在海格利公園旁一條小路，避開了主路的喧囂，又能到基督城最讚的中心公園。
onsite車位有3個，先到先得。如果停滿了就在street parking，免費。
唯一美中不足，現場沒有人員，self checkin郵件過了很久才來。空等了近半小時。

不是酒店衹能稱為airbnb，沒有服務人員，入住code發錯的，電話沒人接，在門口站了半小時和攜程溝通。

So modern, clean, cosy and quiet! Walking distance to tons of restaurants. Perfect for our one night stay but could easily have served as a great base for multiple nights. Would definitely choose to stay here again! Loved the convenience of having an access code and not having to worry about timing of arrival.

Lack of on site parking is a bit of a deal breaker. 2 parks at back of motel then street parking that was always full.

Tiny room and bad layout - almost impossible to store suitcases and avoid banging into things
Only three car parks and one side of the street 120 mins
Very noisy - guests banging doors, using toilet & shower upstairs clearly audible and cleaner banging around at 7am
Avoid if possible !!!
