Good hotel with good amenities at the center of the city. The location was very convenient. Kitchenette and everything was good. This helped us as we were there for Christmas weekend and most of the placers were closed. We had a good time on the hotel. Suggest this is you plan to be in Christchurch.

Our final night in New Zealand and this was a good choice, super close to the Riverside Market and picture perfect Ōtakaro. There's parking for a charge (we didn't use it so not sure of the fee) Comfy bed and good shower and plenty of T&C. Twenty minutes to the airport by taxi..$25

Quest is central. When I booked there was NO information on parking. When we arrived they have an on-site carpark. And it’s was almost empty. Aloof and unhelpful checkin guy, says “should of booked a spot”. Not helpful!! Anyway spent the next 3 days moving the car in metered council parking every 2 hours. What a pain in the @@@. It is clean, new and comfortable, but the parking and staff took the shine of the whole experience.

Centrally located apartment hotel. Close to Riverside Market, Earthquake Memorial and the Arts Centre. A new building with all the amenities. Prebooked car parking is available at a reasonable charge. This is clearly stated on their website. Room allocated had wet area shower with accessible facilities.

So close to centre of town with restaurants, shopping, Riverside Market all right there. Friendly staff and parking available in building around corner. Lovely clean and modern studio room with all facilities.

The property was new, offering comfort and convenience in a prime location. It proved to be excellent value for the cost. The fully-equipped kitchen and the inclusion of a washing machine/dryer greatly enhanced the practicality of our stay. Bright lighting, though seemingly basic, was a refreshing departure from the often dimly lit environments of certain hotel rooms. While the accommodations met our expectations overall, the absence of a safe was noted as a slight inconvenience. Additionally, we observed a thin layer of residue—whether dust or remnants from cleaning cloths—on the edge of the sink and atop the toilet water tank. Despite these minor observations, we left satisfied with our experience overall.

The hotel was close to museums, botanic gardens and restaurants! The room was great! Bed was comfortable, kitchen had everything and there was a washer and dryer too!

Property looks brand new and facilities are great, had everything we needed and more in the room. Would recommend
