Very clean and tidy plenty of room and had a good hot shower and it was nice and warm as well

Nice place. Older. Funky smell from bathroom. Office receptionist was pleasant & accommodating. We will stay again despite the 'funky' odor :)

Good location, friendly owner and very clean. The only setback is the cutlery given is the exact number thus no extra to serve as serving spoons.

Fantastic motel! Leon is a really friendly guy! Despite buying just the basic room O find the space sufficiently large. Would definitely consider staying here again next time I am in Christchurch! Leon also lent me a huge golf umbrella on a wet rainy night. Thankfully he did so or we would be drenched from out night out. Thanks!
