Hampton by Hilton

This is a cut and dry hotel. Somewhere to stay that is relatively close to things. I took a taxi everywhere so if you’re traveling by other means I would say do your research. The lobby was a little dinky. Spots on the couches, dirty q-tips on one chair in the middle of the day. Check in was easy? I got in at 2am and was glad to be in quickly and smoothly. I’ve stayed at Hampton in other cities in China and the breakfast was better. If you arrive after 8:30, everything will mostly be gone, picked over, dry and cold. So go within the first hour. There are a couple streets by the hotel with good food! I went to hotpot and a good noodle spot nearby. I don’t have any serious complaints about my room, it was clean. Decent hotel if you don’t want to spend crazy prices and need the bare minimum. There was someone smoking in the lobby when I arrived, didn’t like that.

The hotel is located nearby restaurants, coffee shops and subways. The rooms are clean and the staff is really helpful. We enjoy staying in the Hampton

I was so pleasantly surprised by this hotel, we booked one night as we had an early passport appoin**ent fairly nearby. Service was great - warm and friendly. Room was nice, spacious and shower also very roomy and perfect. The toiletries were a good brand. Very clean. Breakfast was good - lots of choice. Hotel gave us an extra breakfast for my daughter even though I’d booked one with only two breakfasts so that was a nice surprise. My children were happy - they liked the sofa bed and were very pleased with their little bags with slippers, children’s toothbrush and toy. They also provided child friendly toiletries. A plate of fruit arrived after we had checked in. But the nicest thing was the a**osphere - one of very few I’ve stayed at during my nine years in China which got it right - for once I felt comfortable and not like I am somehow in the way of the staff and they are letting me do them a favour by staying (which is usually how I am left feeling even at big brand more expensive hotels). Indeed, quite the opposite we felt welcomed and and treated warmly. Yes there was a little noise from the road but it’s only the quiet swishy wooshy noise of cars passing, I didn’t hear any horns or anything like that at all. We even talked about staying another night because we liked the hotel so much. We’ll definitely stay again if we are in Chongqing and will be recommending it to our friends in China and Chengdu.

棒棒棒👏👏👏謬讚這家店！非常有人文情懷的酒店。酒店硬件就不説了肯定符合“希爾頓”，床超舒服，睡覺巴適。最關鍵的是從我們到店前台就很温馨的接待我們，看着有長者隨行會體貼周到的安排我們安靜的房間（週二到時前台接待我們的員工女孩我看到叫“馬曉…”男士叫“李…”原諒沒看清楚哈）老闆該給他們➕雞腿🍗哈 很温馨！住店過程也很温暖：不管是送到房間的驚喜水果酸奶，還是7樓阿姨對工作的負責任，餐廳的早餐也很豐富，可口美味～還對離店時4.18的前台妹妹和帥哥説感謝：謝謝對老年人的體貼！㊗️貴店生意好上加好🫶

入住舒適，前台工作人員熱情專業。打掃衞生的阿姨也很親切。酒店是刷卡才進進入樓層，叫外賣是機器人送餐，很安全，人沒那麼雜。入住安心！走幾分鐘就是地鐵站，步行觀音橋附近也很方便。

自駕游出行，這兩年住過數家希爾頓歡朋，都很滿意。這家前台還有一個冰箱，有免費的礦泉水。滿頭大汗的客人回來，喝到冰水是什麼體驗！早餐是一貫的希爾頓水準，瑞士JURA頂級咖啡機是我最愛，每次雙份意大利濃縮咖啡。

服務：前台的服務員小姐姐很温柔，非常細節的詢問樂特殊要求，還幫我提前開啟樂空調還幫我們送了水果。真的非常棒 衞生：酒店進門和到房間，都很乾凈整潔大堂的香薰味道也是極好的是我很喜歡的味道 環境：周邊環境配套也很完善吃的也很多。最近的就是觀音橋商圈。真的很佩服重慶的路，還有景色拍出來很出片。重慶火鍋也是非常好吃，辣辣辣辣辣辣辣辣 設施：酒店2020年開業設備還是很新，房間設備也比較完善，還有卸粧的東西免費提供。很貼心
