這家酒店無論是從設施設備還是地理位置上都顯得尤為出色。酒店房間內，各項設施一應俱全，且擺放得井井有條，衞生也是特別乾淨。
前台的工作人員態度熱情周到，小袁小姐姐很温柔～

房間很滿意，有沙發桌子小板凳，還有洗護套裝，裏面有毛巾和浴巾，都是一次性的。
前台的小姐姐們人都很好，去洗衣房洗衣服如果你有時間耽誤沒有去烘乾，前台姐姐會給你烘乾放進袋子裏你自己來取就好了。（對了，洗衣機是免費的！！！如果你華住會是銀會員及以上就自己掃碼洗衣就好了。如果不是也不要擔心，去叫前台姐姐幫你掃一下，要不然洗衣機掃碼後會顯示5塊錢需要付款。）
這個地點也很不錯，去解放碑從後面人民公園爬上去穿一條街就到了！！！
總之，體驗感很不錯！！我們還續住了一晚上，還幫我們免費升了房！！重慶給我的驚喜感實在太多了！！！！看見它的第一眼！就很喜歡這座城市！！

小汪和小藺，這兩個前台，很nice，服務周到，酒店的地理位置也不錯。酒店隔壁銀行舊址旁邊一樓那個重慶小麪也很不錯。如果不是因為馬拉松房價漲，我們還想繼續住一晚。

整體很不錯。出行方便，去白象居解放碑步行就行，去其他旅遊景點坐地鐵或者打車都很方便。賓館衞生環境ok，住的很舒適，服務超級好，前台小姐姐們非常友好，服務周到，必須好評。

預訂時提前備註了禁煙.安靜，酒店確實做到了。前台還會提前電話告知：在小什字站7號口出來，步行5分鐘到。酒店在白象居對面，2024年裝修，但沒氣味，房間乾淨整潔。房內會提供一次性浴巾、二合一洗髮沐浴露、一次性水杯、拖鞋、牙刷、牙膏，按需取用。大廳有微波爐、洗衣機，可供多人就餐的餐桌椅，樓下有永輝超市。周邊很多景點都能步行到，稍遠點可以坐地鐵，非常方便。退房時還送了冰箱貼。

非常好，一張1.8大床，一張單人床，乾淨整潔，洗漱都是一次性，太好了，早餐吃的酒店提供的10元，一個粥三元，很好，非常滿意！前台小姐姐幫我把衣服洗了，烘乾，第二天早上我去拿的，感覺很温馨！服務態度特別好！真的是沒想到，絕對的驚喜！最後在表揚前台幾位小姐姐，態度好，服務周全，太滿意了！新年第一站，住在這裏，真的很滿意

這裏的服務員很友善也很樂於助人，她們的服務超級棒。酒店房間很乾凈哦，床好大，也很舒服哦。洗浴間的水好大，我好喜歡。水的温度有時會有點燙，嚇到我了。但衹要調一調就好了。他家的洗衣機和烘乾機好好用哦！你更本不需要帶很多的衣服哦。這裏附近樓下有賣麪和包子，超級好吃啊。這個酒店也蠻靠近很多的旅遊景點。總而來説，這裏很值得住呢！

這海友酒店位置很好找，從地鐵小什字站(1号和6号線)步行約十分鐘可到，就在白象居对面，楼宇的電梯塔有大大的店号「海友酒店」，所以不會錯過，電梯可到達酒店樓層，房間一如網站圖片一樣，装修雖簡約，但感覺舒適，有足夠房灯，住客可按自己需求開關，空調是獨立，住客可調節感覺舒適的温度，床被枕頭全都很舒服，浴室廁所乾濕分離，提供一次性面巾浴巾，感覺潔淨衛生，房間每天都有清潔。牙刷牙膏梳子電風筒也有提供。酒店距離很多景點都不遠，例如湖廣會館，東水鬥大橋，解放碑，洪崖洞也步行可到。酒店的前台員工十分熱誠有禮，服務有效率，打掃房間的員工也很好，因此若果再到重慶，必定再到此店住宿。
