Chablé Yucatán

Luxurious hotel / resort in a former hacienda, wide open green spaces so the two bikes at each suite proved essential (although the fleet of chauffeured golf carts were at hand if required to ferry us between restaurants and the spa). Large, roomy suite with indoor / outdoor showers and ample living and storage space. Private plunge pool kept at a welcoming temperature. Few other guests when we arrived although it got busier at the weekend. Service standards = excellent. Three-hour couples spa was top notch. The star of the show is the fine dining restaurant, Ixi’im. Went there three nights running, once with the tasting menu, everything beautifully cooked and served. It’s an inland resort, so no quick coast access and Merida is 45 minutes away. As a destination for a lengthy chillax, hard to bear.

Chable Yucatan was sublime. My wife and I spent 4 fantastic days there. The property is a converted hacienda, with very private casitas and personal plunge pools. Nestled in a jungle setting, it is beautiful. The food was some of the best we've ever had. Luis and Diana were very helpful. Servors Benito and Ricardo were the best. We really enjoyed Benito's jovial demeanor. Fernando was very patient with us trying to stream the Buckeyes game. Lucy taught us traditional Mayan cooking, which was delicious! Servor Juan at restaurant Ixi'im was great. Chable Yucatan was named one of the top 50 resorts in the world, and we certainly agree. Highly recommended!!

Imagine everyday, you are working, hustling, giving your efforts to everyone, in most situations but, have little time to take care of yourself. It adds up..you start to feel like everything hurts and you need to capture small moments to hold something tight and visualize going away to a quiet place where you can just 'fall.' THIS IS THE PLACE! It's amazing...spiritual, quiet, caring, kind, sweet and serene. There are only 40-ish rooms so there are not a lot of people, no race to get into anything...only people leading you to beauty, beauty you havent even had time to imagine ＜3 Please go!

We are travelling A LOT, have seen SO MANY good Hotels - but THIS HOTEL, undeniably, is one of the VERY BEST that we‘ve ever stayed in… It‘s just simply GORGEOUS ! Set up on the HUGE area of an ancient Hacienda now set up as a beautyfully designed tropical garden, this Hotel offers a certain (limited) number of accomodations in form of small „Casitas“ (houses) offering each private swimming pool, amazing equipments and comfort (no need to go into details - WHATEVER you look for IS GIVEN)… Outmost excellent and attentive services, high quality food and restauration, VERY friendly staff… The prizes might be a bit higher than in usual 5 Star Hotels - BUT WHAT YOU GET FOR YOUR MONEY IS WORTH IT !

We are writing to express our deep dissatisfaction with our experience today 18th February at Chablé Resort & Spa in Yucatán, Mexico. Despite our anticipation of a relaxing and luxurious stay, we were unfortunately met with a series of issues that significantly impacted our experience. As two couples, we have come together to collectively formulate this complaint to provide you with a comprehensive understanding of our experiences and to seek a satisfactory resolution that addresses all parties involved. First and foremost, we would like to highlight that we had to wait for more THAN 3 HOURS TO RECEIVE OUR ROOMS, upon arrival. This delay was extremely frustrating and unacceptable, particularly after a long journey. Furthermore, we had booked massages at the resort's spa TWO MONTHS in advance, yet upon our arrival, we were informed that no appointments were available. This was highly disappointing and did not meet our expectations of the resort's service and organization. In addition, we had ordered champagne for our group, and after one hour, it had still not been delivered to our room. When we raised this issue with the manager, Karla, she did not offer us a solution. She refused to bring us champagne or provide any alternative resolution. Moreover, we would like to inform you that if our concerns are not addressed satisfactorily, we intend to escalate this matter to PROFECO (Procuraduría Federal del Consumidor), as we believe it is our right as consumers to receive the services we have paid for in a satisfactory manner. Additionally, we are DISAPPONTING MANAGEMENTs overall response to our complaints. Despite our efforts to find satisfactory solutions, no alternative arrangements or compensation were offered to us. As paying guests who rely on high-quality service and hospitality, we expect our concerns to be taken seriously and addressed accordingly. Therefore, we urge you to carefully consider our complaint and provide a satisfactory solution to compensate for the inconveniences we experienced during our stay at Chablé Resort & Spa. Moreover, instead of the relaxation we had hoped for, our experience at Chablé Resort & Spa resulted in nothing but a terrible headache. The combination of the delayed check-in, unfulfilled spa bookings, and lack of service regarding our champagne order only added to our frustration and disappointment. We are ready to provide further information and hope for a satisfactory resolution.

Fabulous setting and stunning rooms. Huge bathrooms, indoor and outdoor showers and very comfy, cosy bedroom suite. Great attention to detail. Meals in Ixma were delicious and the staff wonderful and welcoming. We had fun playing golf on the micro ‘wellness’ golf course which was in impeccable condition. Spa was out of this world! Superb swimming pool.
