La stanza è molto grande e molto spaziosa, super comoda, la nostra stanza è anche molto spaziosa e la stanza è molto calda. Il calore è molto caldo. Il tetto ha un grande piscina, piccolo ma molto dolce. Puoi anche godere di uno spa, il primo piano ha bevande ospiti, e anche un trasporto gratuito all'aeroporto di millennio e un parcheggio.E'veramente conveniente e molto buono.

Situazione meravigliosa - segreta vicino al lago Shikotsu. Grande per le passeggiate sceniche, anche se non facile durante la neve invernale. Passeggiabile al lago guardando il ponte rosso Yumasen. Bella piccola notte per i bagni di sera / mattina. Il buon colazione si è diffuso anche se un po' breve (dovrà essere fatto entro le 9:30).

a conveniently located hotel next to the New Chitose Airport. Free selection of Pillows of various texture and pillow case are possible at the lobby.
This is a choice hotel for a night stay in preparation of early flight on the following day. There are lift access to get to the train station. Getting luggage to the train platform was easy.
Hotel has free parking and is next to a Seven-Eleven convenient store.

Il servizio è buono, il personale della ricezione è molto entusiasta. Non so bene la lingua e ho prestato molto entusiasta 🥰 e ci ha aiutato a memorizzare i bagagli di un giorno.
Ma non so perché la stanza ha un odore di fumo, forse gli ospiti prima di lui hanno messo i vestiti in un altro airbag.
Oltre a questo, la stanza è molto pulita e il letto è molto morbido.
Una sedia sotto il letto è piegata sotto il letto?O qualcosa, la sedia è piegata con il letto. Non so cosa sia il ruolo specifico 😂 dormire per una notte, eccetto l'odore estraneo.

Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted by the attentive staff, who offered a refreshing welcome drink, setting a positive tone for our stay.
The room was a harmonious blend of modern technology and comfort. Amenities provided were plentiful and of high quality, ensuring a comfortable and convenient stay.
One of the standout features of this hotel is its proximity to a variety of shopping and entertainment options within the airport.
Overall, Portom International Hokkaido exceeded my expectations in every aspect. Highly recommend this hotel and look forward to my next stay.

Immagina che tu fossi molto stanco e dormiva dolcemente alle 10:00, la TV nella tua camera da letto si è automaticamente girata alle 2:00, quanto è sciocca! Nota che non ho usato la TV nella camera da letto prima, e lo schermo della TV ha mostrato che un programma riservato sta per iniziare, per questo la TV è in funzione! Ecco un messaggio per chi è responsabile dell'hotel, per favore controlla la TV in modo che nessun altro possa passare lo stesso incubo che ho mai avuto!

YYi ShieanFrom the moment we arrived at Mizu no Uta, Tsuruga Resort at Lake Shikotsu, we were enveloped in an atmosphere of tranquil luxury. Valet parking greeted us, and we were swiftly escorted to a path lined with zen music, setting the tone for a stay where every detail exudes serenity.
Upon entering the reception, a majestic wooden carving of an owl, a powerful symbol of protection in Ainu culture, watched over us. In a delightful and intimate touch, we were asked to remove our shoes – a gesture that immediately made the resort feel like a sanctuary. Walking barefoot on soft wooden floors in such a refined environment felt like the ultimate indulgence.
Live harp music floated through the air as we were led past a live fireplace, its warm flames inviting guests to roast marshmallows, adding a whimsical, yet homely feel to the elegant surroundings. The staff, attentive yet discreet, escorted us to our room via separate lifts, ensuring our luggage was seamlessly handled.
Entering the room, we were struck by its sheer spaciousness. A half-sized fridge, thoughtfully included, perfectly stored all our chilled treats from the road trip. But the true star was the view: an uninterrupted panorama of lush greenery, stretching out to meet the serene waters of Lake Shikotsu. The combination of the stunning scenery and the luxurious in-room robe made us feel like chaebols, lounging in opulence and shielded from the cool lakeside breeze.
As for the dining, the buffet at Mizu no Uta is nothing short of spectacular. Where many buffets struggle to balance quantity and quality, this resort excels at both. Highlights included a live dessert station and a live pizza-making corner, where thin-crust pizzas, surprisingly better than those from Furano’s famed Cheese Factory, were expertly prepared. The spread also featured an incredible assortment of sashimi – the freshest I encountered during my 1.5-week trip across various hotels. The salmon and mackerel, both raw and uniquely marinated in glass jars, were exceptional.
The hot dishes maintained the same elevated standard. A simple tomato-based clam spaghetti was transformed by the quality of ingredients, while even the sautéed kailan was enhanced with the addition of Parma ham. Local produce, such as the fresh broccoli used in the cream-based dishes, lent an unmistakable brightness to each bite. The combination of Japanese and Western cuisine was balanced beautifully, with every plate delivering a sense of thoughtful craftsmanship.
Of course, no stay at a lakeside resort would be complete without a visit to the onsen bath. While slightly smaller than the one at Lake Akan, the onsen here is far superior in cleanliness and upkeep. Conveniently, the bath is stocked with towels, so there’s no need to carry your own from the room. The experience is further enhanced by a sauna illuminated with soothing blue light, adding a layer of tranquility to the ritual. The open-air onsen is another highlight.
For those who appreciate the purity of nature, the bath even features drinkable Lake Shikotsu water, renowned as one of Japan’s top 100 spring waters. This thoughtful touch, coupled with the stunning views, creates an immersive experience that is equal parts restorative and luxurious.

Loved the spa experience, they will instruct you how to go there as it is separate venue from the hotel. Airport has a closing time so please mind that when you are in the onsen.
Facilities aren't the latest but functional especially if your just catching the earliest flight.
Breakfast selection and taste was okay. Nothing special.
Front desk was attentive to our requests, and kind enough to bring us a fan because we felt it was too hot. (Hotel only has central heating, cannot be adjusted)

KKanikmeth Sarasukthe location is 8min walk from JR Chitose Station, guests with heavy luggage may consider calling a taxi. The place is quite antique and come with fews plug outlet. However, the room is spacious and the staff was so nice helping arranging a taxi arrangement to the airport the next day. The morning sunrise view from my room was so beautiful.

UUtente anonimo접근성은 진짜 안좋지만 휴식 취하기엔 최고였어요. 조용하고, 운치가 있어요. 낮에는 호수를 구경하며 온천을 즐기고 밤에는 별들을 구경하면서 온천을 즐기면 됩니다. 제일 중요한건 음식을 편의점에서 많이 사서 가세요. 조식은 골라서 먹으니까 맛있는데 저녁은 좀 입맛에 맞는지 안맞는지 모를 맛이더라구요. 아침6시에 해가 뜨는걸 구경하고 낮잠자고 온천하다가 저녁먹고.. 컨텐츠는 별로 없지만 좋은 경험이었습니다.

TT.PanotWe really love to recommend this hotel if you need a place to stay the night before your flight from Chitose. It is convenient to get to the hotel as it is close to Chitose Station. The hotel shuttle bus service to the airport is very convenient. With so much luggage, it is much better than taking the train. The room is compact as usual, but it is clean and nice. The staff can communicate well in English. They were very kind to let us leave some of our luggage at the hotel for four days before our check-in date. The breakfast is also very good. There are two kinds of breakfast they offer: an international breakfast and a traditional Japanese one. We had both, but I think the traditional Japanese one is nicer. The restaurant is decorated in Japanese style and is served by many grandmas. It made us feel like we were eating a meal made by Mom. Unfortunately, we had very little time in the morning, so we could not enjoy our time in the restaurant enough. There is also a public bath on the 2nd floor, but we did not have a chance to use it.

UUtente ospiteChecking in requires patience as there will be no actual staff to help you. You need to communicate over a tablet and combine with your mobile phone to fill in the info needed. But once you get through the complicated process, the room is well worth the price. It is located well near the Chitose airport and car rental companies. You get three beds and a kitchen to do small cooking if needed.
