Hotel a Chitose

"Hotel are elegant and japanese style design. Room are clean and big, beds are comfy, toilet are clean, TV got lots of local channels. Check-in out are quick, we ask for extra pillows, they delivered it fast and also ask for re-heat the food from lawson by microware, they are happy to help. The toilet are quite advance, it is automatic toilet lid. Hotel also provide bathing salt for bathing ^_^, Two thumbs up!!! We take the midnite flight to CTS domestic airport, Hotel are located at international terminal. I am quite surprised that the walkway between domestic and international terminals will be shutdown after midnite. Luckily, I told the airport security we go to hotel, they open the gate and let us thorough. Overall, the hotel are great and everything beyond the standard. Definitely, one of my choice when I back to sapporo."

"Abbiamo trascorso una notte qui per stare vicino all'aeroporto per un partenza precoce. L'hotel è pulito, confortevole e spazioso, e ha anche alcuni prodotti faciali complimentari. Personale professionale, caldo, consiglierei a tutti gli altri questo hotel"

"Convenient if you arrive at airport late and dont have time to get to Sapporo.  Clean rooms. We booked a triple room but unfortunately the sofa bed was sagging and you can feel the spring in the mattress.  Not condusive to sleep.  Fortunately efficient and helpful front desk helped to solve the problem.  Thank you!"

"The unit is clean and spacious, with facilities quite new and satisfying a family stay. The rooms are pretty the same as shown on the website. Though the location is a little remote, but it’s near a train station and quite easy to get a taxi using apps like GO. It’s sad that the nearby outlet is not open fully, with most of its shops closed. We had a wonderful stay and our family enjoyed our stay very much!"

"Located right next to Chitose station, check-in was done via self check-in machine after obtaining a QR booking confirmation code from the front. A public bath one for male and one for female are located at level 2 with a lounge where complimentary hot coffees are available. Room size just right for two pax and was clean and quiet. There are two 7-11 fight next door to the hotel and short walking distance to food places like soup curry, grilled meat, ramen etc. as well as Chitose salmon aquarium."

"The hotel is location about 20 mins away from the airport by driving. It is a shame that they don't provide shuttle service for pick-up or drop off to the airport, nevertheless it is a common sense to expect such service since the hotel has an airline name in it. It takes about 2200 yen to the airport by taxi one trip."

"Il cibo qui è buono per la famiglia ha la specialità concime curry Hokkaido e congee per i bambini, il personale organizza sede a una partizione perché abbiamo un toddler, e molto attento servizio dal ristorante. Solo il rimborso è il parcheggio vicino all'edificio e la necessità di portare il proprio bagaglio al livello mezzanino o superiore per il controllo (lobby è in alto) con le scale e l'accesso a sedie a ruote. Anche un buon fornitore di servizi per la navetta gratuita all'aeroporto di Chitose e un buon tipo di conducente per aiutarci a caricare e scaricare il bagaglio.Vorrei anche suggerire che forse può fornire acqua per gli ospiti perché il comodo magazzino (7-11) è situato a 5 minuti a piedi dall'hotel."

"Forniscono autobus gratuito all'aeroporto, ma solo per un calendario specifico. Hanno un'aquila, che è grande. La posizione è vicino a Aeon, che ha tutto quello che ti serve. Il problema è che ci sono tre camere separate, quindi la deduzione in servizio. 2 camere, entrambe al contrario del corridoio. E un'altra in un piano diverso. Cercava di parlare con il contatore per mettere tutti noi sullo stesso piano, ma non poteva capire la nostra richiesta. Continua a informarmi che abbiamo due camere in un piano e una in un piano diverso. E' stato proprio il mio punto di domanda per il cambiamento di stanza."

"La stanza era piuttosto crampi (non hanno davvero spazio per aprire completamente i bagagli mentre sono ancora in grado di camminare liberamente). Ma l'hotel si trova con le loro strutture, un buon colazione, e le donne che si spostavano hanno anche un bar da shampoo dove si possono scegliere i propri shampoo (nomi di shampoo e di condizionatori) per fare la doccia prima della sculacciatura."

"Spacious and clean room. The hotel is right next to Chitose Stn. They even offer a free hotel shuttle. 100% recommend if you are taking an early flight out in the morning."
