"Il servizio è buono, il personale della ricezione è molto entusiasta. Non so bene la lingua e ho prestato molto entusiasta 🥰 e ci ha aiutato a memorizzare i bagagli di un giorno.
Ma non so perché la stanza ha un odore di fumo, forse gli ospiti prima di lui hanno messo i vestiti in un altro airbag.
Oltre a questo, la stanza è molto pulita e il letto è molto morbido.
Una sedia sotto il letto è piegata sotto il letto?O qualcosa, la sedia è piegata con il letto. Non so cosa sia il ruolo specifico 😂 dormire per una notte, eccetto l'odore estraneo."

"Situazione meravigliosa - segreta vicino al lago Shikotsu. Grande per le passeggiate sceniche, anche se non facile durante la neve invernale. Passeggiabile al lago guardando il ponte rosso Yumasen. Bella piccola notte per i bagni di sera / mattina. Il buon colazione si è diffuso anche se un po' breve (dovrà essere fatto entro le 9:30)."

"We stayed at JR Inn for our next morning flight from New Chitose airport. Location is good, close to many convenience stores, of course train station. Pick your own pillow from the lobby should be one of the features with JR INN. Unfortunately I can not comment other JR Inn as I only stayed this one for my whole trip. Compared with other similar hotels like Tokyu Stay, i have to say I prefer Tokyu Stay with much nicer and cleaner public bath. The public bath here is really small and the bath pool looks not very clean. I even saw a lady jumping in without shower, which scared other ladies. I just skipped my morning hot bath because of this.
I used self-check in and check-out machine so no comments for staff service. They might see too many people come and go everyday, front desk are not very polite like other hotel staff either."

YYi ShieanFrom the moment we arrived at Mizu no Uta, Tsuruga Resort at Lake Shikotsu, we were enveloped in an atmosphere of tranquil luxury. Valet parking greeted us, and we were swiftly escorted to a path lined with zen music, setting the tone for a stay where every detail exudes serenity.
Upon entering the reception, a majestic wooden carving of an owl, a powerful symbol of protection in Ainu culture, watched over us. In a delightful and intimate touch, we were asked to remove our shoes – a gesture that immediately made the resort feel like a sanctuary. Walking barefoot on soft wooden floors in such a refined environment felt like the ultimate indulgence.
Live harp music floated through the air as we were led past a live fireplace, its warm flames inviting guests to roast marshmallows, adding a whimsical, yet homely feel to the elegant surroundings. The staff, attentive yet discreet, escorted us to our room via separate lifts, ensuring our luggage was seamlessly handled.
Entering the room, we were struck by its sheer spaciousness. A half-sized fridge, thoughtfully included, perfectly stored all our chilled treats from the road trip. But the true star was the view: an uninterrupted panorama of lush greenery, stretching out to meet the serene waters of Lake Shikotsu. The combination of the stunning scenery and the luxurious in-room robe made us feel like chaebols, lounging in opulence and shielded from the cool lakeside breeze.
As for the dining, the buffet at Mizu no Uta is nothing short of spectacular. Where many buffets struggle to balance quantity and quality, this resort excels at both. Highlights included a live dessert station and a live pizza-making corner, where thin-crust pizzas, surprisingly better than those from Furano’s famed Cheese Factory, were expertly prepared. The spread also featured an incredible assortment of sashimi – the freshest I encountered during my 1.5-week trip across various hotels. The salmon and mackerel, both raw and uniquely marinated in glass jars, were exceptional.
The hot dishes maintained the same elevated standard. A simple tomato-based clam spaghetti was transformed by the quality of ingredients, while even the sautéed kailan was enhanced with the addition of Parma ham. Local produce, such as the fresh broccoli used in the cream-based dishes, lent an unmistakable brightness to each bite. The combination of Japanese and Western cuisine was balanced beautifully, with every plate delivering a sense of thoughtful craftsmanship.
Of course, no stay at a lakeside resort would be complete without a visit to the onsen bath. While slightly smaller than the one at Lake Akan, the onsen here is far superior in cleanliness and upkeep. Conveniently, the bath is stocked with towels, so there’s no need to carry your own from the room. The experience is further enhanced by a sauna illuminated with soothing blue light, adding a layer of tranquility to the ritual. The open-air onsen is another highlight.
For those who appreciate the purity of nature, the bath even features drinkable Lake Shikotsu water, renowned as one of Japan’s top 100 spring waters. This thoughtful touch, coupled with the stunning views, creates an immersive experience that is equal parts restorative and luxurious.

There are 2x 7 feet bed (very comfy), big projector in the living room, and the in room onsen was spacious and clean!
Clean and modern rooms with a smart tv
The room was overlooking the snow and unfortunately lake view was blocked by the snow.
Both dinner and breakfast were of top notch quality (we have tried many and they're usually very average), every dish was delicious and we were very full and satisfied.
There was also a free beer to each guest every night, big selection of black teas in the lounge and free inari sushi (which was btw delicious!!!)
Definitely 100%% would recommend to anyone that is looking for a last stop before heading to the airport

KKanikmeth Sarasukthe location is 8min walk from JR Chitose Station, guests with heavy luggage may consider calling a taxi. The place is quite antique and come with fews plug outlet. However, the room is spacious and the staff was so nice helping arranging a taxi arrangement to the airport the next day. The morning sunrise view from my room was so beautiful.

DDenne GohLocation is within the airport. We stayed a night as the following day we had an early morning flight. The breakfast was delicious. Room was surprisingly spacious. Price was a little steep but considering that if we had to take a taxi to the hotel the following day, I think we saved some money as well as time. We even took the train to Sapporo Station after check in for some last minute food and shopping.

Il lago è splendido e il lago è molto bello. Posso vedere il sole al lago è molto bello. Ci sono anche alberi di Sakura intorno. Il nostro tempo era un po' troppo presto per fiorire completamente, quindi è un peccato.
I dipendenti dell'hotel sono molto amichevoli e utili, con buon inglese. Il pranzo è molto bello. Il colazione non è male.
Nota che non c'è doccia privata/bagno nella stanza.
Ma ci sono le stronzate e stronzate private prenotabili.
C'è un'onda naturale, ma a causa della stagione il livello dell'acqua è stato basso.

TT.PanotWe really love to recommend this hotel if you need a place to stay the night before your flight from Chitose. It is convenient to get to the hotel as it is close to Chitose Station. The hotel shuttle bus service to the airport is very convenient. With so much luggage, it is much better than taking the train. The room is compact as usual, but it is clean and nice. The staff can communicate well in English. They were very kind to let us leave some of our luggage at the hotel for four days before our check-in date. The breakfast is also very good. There are two kinds of breakfast they offer: an international breakfast and a traditional Japanese one. We had both, but I think the traditional Japanese one is nicer. The restaurant is decorated in Japanese style and is served by many grandmas. It made us feel like we were eating a meal made by Mom. Unfortunately, we had very little time in the morning, so we could not enjoy our time in the restaurant enough. There is also a public bath on the 2nd floor, but we did not have a chance to use it.

La camera è pulita e abbastanza spazio e il bagno è grande in Giappone. Il fumo è vietato in tutto l'hotel, tranne la sala fumatori del primo piano accanto al ristorante, ma non sembra più pulito per la giornata.C'è un Isakaya sul primo piano, il cui alimento di mare dice che è stato spedito direttamente dall'oceano vicino. Oltre a un sacco di “bar di snack in 10 minuti a piedi”. Posso andare a visitare se mi piace. Tuttavia 85 punti su 100. È a buon mercato su Ctrip comunque. Posso fermarmi di nuovo su questo prezzo.
