First time I have to stay in the airport. We got free access to enjoy onsen in Chitose Airport.

My kids love it so much! You can see the airplane next to your room. It’s so cool. Worth it!

Everything in this hotel was OK. Unfortunately, a traveler with (small) tattoos, like me, was not recommended to use an onsen in the airport area. This might be a traditional limitation. The hotel location is friendly for travelers where they can walk not so fr away from restaurants or (tax free) souvenirs.

Very convenient if you have an early flight. Comes with an entry to the airport onsen which is an interesting experience.

the location is very good since in New Chitose, environment is very clean but just a bit old of all the facilities, no complaints due to just staying for one night and hotel provides breakfast.

Nice room and convenient

Great location, it's conveniently located near domestic terminal gate E. Breakfast is decent, starts serving as early as 6am. The room is quite aged, it uses a key to unlock the door. The whole decoration is like from the 80s. The only window in the room is not allowed to open (emergency use only), and the room only has heater. This makes the room to be a bit warm, even though I visit during winter.

All family members like this hotel, especially the breakfast and especially the hot spring which are fantastic. The hotel location is extremely good for late flight traveling. Highly recommend.

Very well located, good buffet breakfast, room was neat and tidy. Very easy to catch White Liner bus in the morning to Niseko. Would stay again 👍

As per other review, a very old hotel. Even the shower hose has calcification. Suit our schedule since we have an early morning flight to catch. Breakfast was simple but delicious. Onsen wise..indoor is ok. Can smell the fume when at the outdoor onsen. However it is interesting place.

Worth the price, big room space, clean and good facility included on-sen, inside airport.

The airport hotel is conveniently located. There is free complimentary hot spring per guest per day which was awesome! Free breakfast was provided with a good spread of food. Convenient to buy from airport shops until closing time of 10pm. After which guards will usher you out of the mall. We had a nice staff who sped walked us to the Lawson near domestic as the one near the hotel closed. Overall the staff at hotel and airport were awesome!!

It is inside the terminal. Very convenient to check in. The price is ok, but the room is too small.

Was a pleasant stay for a short respite before an early flight. Amenities provided are adequate and service staff were prompt and helpful
