Hotel in zona SEPHORA inside JCPenney, Chicago

Le camere erano pulite. Il letto era molto comodo. Ci siamo addormentati come grandi. A parte la chiave della mia camera che non funzionava inizialmente. La persona del desktop ha fissato subito. Essi sono stati molto buoni. Saremmo sicuramente rimasti. Vorrei che la piscina fosse aperta e pronta fosse un bel giorno a Chicago.

Io. Ho goduto il mio soggiorno così tanto che ho prenotato per restare di nuovo. Credo che mi prolungero' il mio soggiorno un po' più, in modo che possa continuare a guardare e godere di mangiare in diversi ristoranti. La navetta molto conveniente che vi porta all'aeroporto dove si può catturare il treno CTA è molto accessibile.

Staff was helpful, but the service wasn't all that great, our room didn't get cleaned for 3 days, we had to keep getting towels in that time no bed make up or cleaning, when brought to the staff, they stated they were short handed, and Covid, well my wife has breathing issues from the effects of Covid, and we needed the room cleaned it was until the last 2 days of our stay the rooms were cleaned. We have stayed in this hotel before,.and the everything was great, seems to be slipping a little, great location from midway airport l. We're not happy with the service at all for the price.

I must say this is one of the best places to travel to alone or with family Ms.Tammy the (Gm) and Ms.Crystal the assistant (Gm) welcome everyone with their loving smile and kindness they make you feel like more then just a guest they explain everything you need know about your stay the hotel is very clean our room was clean even had a little mini kitchen which is a plus they have free on site parks and a small washing area there’s different stores around so everything convenient myself and my family will definitely be staying again

I needed to stay somewhere overnight near Midway and this hotel fit the requirements. There is free 24 hour Midway airport shuttle service which is what I needed as I had an early flight out. The front desk clerk was very patient and hospitable and knew how to set expectations, which was fantastic for me after 10 hours on a plane, and getting into Midway very late at night. The night shuttle driver was also quite nice. I had a hard time understanding him, partially because he was using a face mask and partially because I was tired and sleep deprived and have bad hearing. I had a great night's sleep. I didn't stay long enough to figure out what, if any, they had for breakfast. I did use the free internet while I was here. There were only a few odd things. 1. When I walked into the room, it had an odd smell. I believe it came from the slightly moist carpet. In about 5 minutes, my nose got used to it and I didn't notice the smell the rest of my stay. 2. The desk had no electrical outlets on it. There was one electrical outlet on the wall (thankfully I had brought my own power *****) near the desk. On the desk was something that looked like outlets of some type, however I did not recognize what it could be used for. That meant that all my electronics were plugged into the 4 outlets, 2 on each of the bedside lamps, plus the power *****. 3. There was a microwave, however, no refrigerator. I didn't need one so it wasn't an issue. There was space in the area of the microwave where one would have the refrigerator. 4. The water for my shower at 3:45 am, never got truly hot. It was warm and probably adequate for babies and the elderly. However it was not hot enough for a sleep deprived individual who likes hot showers. On the other hand, it was warm enough for my shower. I just couldn't warm up, during the shower. 5. The area by the bathroom sink was quite small. It wasn't a real issue since I could place my things on the table in front of the microwave, which was just behind me as I was facing the sink. 6. I couldn't figure out how to change the temperature of the room. The air conditioner was blowing cool air. As long as I was covered at night, I was okay. However, I wanted the room to be warmer, and the lack of a hot shower, made the room even colder to me. Would I stay here again? Probably only as a 1 night stay. I've stayed at other Fairfield Inns that were in much better condition. However, the front desk clerk and the availability of the 24 hour shuttle service to/from the airport, makes it highly likely that I'll stay here again for a 1 night stay. This was a last minute booking so I paid a lot for this one night stay. They got me.

L'hotel americano è molto domestico rispetto alle vecchie strutture e al prezzo alto.Anche questo hotel, e non c'è acqua da bagno gratuita.La posizione geografica è vicino all'aeroporto. Ci sono più di dieci hotel in tutto il parco, e ci sono autobus per l'aeroporto!

La stanza è molto grande, anche pulita, e il soggiorno è super veloce.E'adeguato per il viaggio.Non ci sono molti tipi di colazione, ma è possibile mangiare dolce, soprattutto acqua calda, e'molto buono.L'unica possibilità è un po'di aria condizionata, il bus di shuttle deve andare al lavoro per 9 ore al mattino, e la macchina di prima notte può giocare a Uber
