Lock on room door was broken, had to use a knife from the kitchen to unwedge the lock from the bracket in order to secure door. Extremely unsafe especially for people traveling alone

This was the noisiest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Parties and loud music and people shouting each night from midnight to 6am. The top floors of this building are residences, and my friend lives here. After the first night, it was so bad she had me moved to a different floor. But the second night was just as bad as the first. Front desk kind of helped after I called twice. Also significant things were broken in both rooms. My first room didn’t have a functional phone so I couldn’t call down to the front desk. And in the second room it had a broken window so I couldn’t even open the window to get fresh air. It seems like a really nice building in a nice area, but it feels really cheap and it’s run like a party house.

I’m originally from the river north area and this place was just nice to stay at and it felt like home. So easy I love the security of the building how you have to have a card to access everything including the restrooms, as a woman I felt safe. Parking was super easy and the concierge was nice and accommodating.

Shower was cold / dryer didn’t dry / no water or beverages at desk / no complementary champagne / freezer didn’t freeze / Front Desk didn’t accommodate room view requests

No reception at times. Couldn’t get inside to check in doors were locked no one to open them until someone else arrived to open it. I left to get food couldnt get back in the garage no one was answering the number. Until another person pulled in and i had to follow them in to get inside otherwise we would have to sleep outside. Terrible view. Dont plan to come again.

Great apar**ent for families. We were traveling with teenagers and booked a 2 bed apar**ent for a week. Nice having a well appointed kitchen. The pool and gym were great. Well located as well. Downside is the place is not a hotel, so a mix of long term renters and hotel guests, which means the service is somewhat nonexistent. We had trouble getting towels, billing issues, etc.

I originally booked a 2 night stay and a new hire turned me away because they said I wasn’t OVER 21 but I was 21 literally turning 22 so I had someone OVER 21 book for me so as I tried to check on my stay was cancelled so the person at the front desk decided he would help me book with him since I had inconveniences then everything was good until room service came and basically told me I was only booked for one night so I had to go back to the lobby and pay for another on top of the $200 room fee it was just too many inconveniences for me but overall it was a decent stay I just wish that everything was carefully evaluated before pushing through my stays

The Property is beautiful but the customer service is very poor down to the supervisor. I email to her and I never get a response, I think it’s very unprofessional.
