Stayed here for one week. Great location in the heart of Chicago. Housekeeping staff must be top notch because the room was very clean. Amenities are very basic. Recommend bringing your own toileteries etc.

Had a pleasant stay at this hotel. Staff are polite, helpful & professional. Great location. Walking distance to millennium park, the riverwalk, tour deck of the riverboat ride, food & convenient store. Even the train station nearby brought us directly to Ohare Airport, ticket only $3. Will surely stay here in the future.

The location and cleanliness was good, however there is a lack of amenities that other hotels offer for the same price. The lack of slippers was something that I noticed.

酒店位置很好，緊挨着川普大廈，晚上夜景很漂亮。美中不足的是房間不大。在機場有藍線地鐵可以直達，離海軍碼頭也很近，步行去的，遊人不少。附近還有梅西百貨，購物一條街

アメニティについて、歯ブラシがないこと以外は申し分なし。冷蔵庫が空で好きなものを冷やせるのは良心的であった。部屋についても清潔さ、広さ共に申し分なし。チェックイン、チェックアウトもスムーズだった。
