Chiang Saen: i migliori hotel a 5 stelle

If you are looking for a very peaceful location with full of adventure and culture. This is just the right place for you! Since we arrived at the resort. We were welcomed with the refreshments and were tided with a local bracelet which was made by the R-Kha tribe. I can't remember the meaning of it but I'm sure it will bring us luck and protection. Once we entered to our room and were surprised with the decorations for our honeymoon. There was a super cute elephant chocolate and a bubbly drink too. Our room can see the river which we can see Laos and Myanmar as well. Just unbelievable! Moreover we can some elephants are roaming around. We were so excited. The next day morning we had a walk with the giants. It was an easy walk but so much fun. We learnt a lot from Vet Weane. She is so passionate and shared us the story which we were grateful. All of the elephants at this place were very well taken care. We also had a walk around the resort. It's a very beautiful and peaceful place indeed. After walking with the giants, we met P'Peark, a cute but handsome buffalo. Please be careful. He doesn't like us to say he is short but yes.. he is a little short hahaha. In the afternoon, we had a trekking with a gentleman tour guide. Apologies, we can't recall his name but he is so kind and showed us all around the area in the mountains and village. It brought me back the memories when I was little and played in a field. Next day, we had a side car ride. It was sooooooo cute and fun! We were taken to explore to the view points, village, temple, farm! One of our favourite activities. Thank you for our rider two gentlemen who showed us around. We had spa too! We booked the spa by nature. It's not easy to go there but the team made it easy for us. We jumped in a cool jeep car. WoooooW, we were impressed already. Just a jaw dropper once we were arrived. It's magical location and romantic ambience. Massage therapist are professional. Thank you Khun Chom and Khun Ann who welcomed us. They are so friendly and professional. After the massage, there will be a set of afternoon tea. Just love it! In the evening, we dined at the special event. There were many local dance show. Amazing show, Amazing food... our tummy were happily crying. It was Just AMAZING!!! We can't forget about our breakfast too... ooohhhhh so so so good. So many options, we were so spoilt. Whatever we want. We were given. Love the ambience and everything. On the departure date, the Anantara Team never just let us go easily. The team prepared us a garland for us to praying the ancient Buddha. It was a very meaningful farewell. We were giving a hand waving once our car was moving (we didn't want to go T.T) Thank you for your amazing service and amazing team. This hotel / camp is very good indeed. The staff are excellent, especially the guides who really make it. Everyone knows you by name. The “tents” are very well appointed with great views. Not nearly as much wildlife (eg birds) as I would hope or you would experience in eg Africa but nonetheless quite stunning. Elephants come to breakfast and are fed next to the restaurant. The Elephant and I experience is incredible as you get right next to the elephants and was the highlight. A real privilege. The camp is actually quite spread out, taking eg 10 minutes to walk between the reception / restaurant to the bar at the other end. There are quite a few steps along the way. But if you are fit and able, no issues. The bar at the end is very well positioned over the river. Great cocktails. The food is excellent; generally I find Four Seasons does not hit the mark but here they do. Dinner is a choice between a Thai or Western menu and you can mix and match courses. Great service. And all inclusive. It is super expensive, especially relative to what you would get for a top African safari lodge. I really struggle to justify how much I paid. However, they are supporting a foundation looking after elephants that had previously tough lives and they employ a lot of people at the camp supporting the local community. If you can get your mind around the expense, definitely go. A great experience.

Ci siamo trasferiti qui anche nel 2017 : la qualità è notevolmente diminuita. La nostra camera deluxe 305 era molto spaziosa (30m2) con un letto buono e lato (1,80m lato) e pavimento da tavolo. Buona aria condizionata, TV a schermo piatto medio, wifi, caffè e tè. La camera da bagno spaziosa con doccia pioggia in ingresso e bagno separato è molto confortevole con giacche da bagno e pantaloncini. La classificazione della camera è perfetta. Buoni tende scuro. Balcone con 2 sedie e tavolo e vista soprattutto bella sul Mekong e il Laos. Ma non dimenticare : camere superiori più economiche dietro l'hotel non hanno vista su Mekong. Il buffet per colazione nel ristorante piuttosto caldo era sufficiente con una stazione di uova separata. A volte il ristorante serale a volte non, quindi infidabile. Nessun bar è benché caffè gratuito e acqua nel lobby. La terrazza esterna è estremamente cala, davvero spiacevole perché con un po 'di soldi e di difficoltà un architetto può fare miracoli qui. Piscina grande infinità con vista sul fiume Mekong e con acqua pulita ma un sacco di carenze , solo tre posti legno. Utilizzare alcune biciclette gratis.

I had a wonderful stay here—truly a home away from home. The accommodations were incredibly comfortable, and the atmosphere made me feel right at ease. The town is stunning, with a rich cultural heritage that I enjoyed exploring. I also took hotel's bikes for some sightseeing, which added an extra layer of adventure to my trip. A fantastic experience!

沒有蚊子，還有陽台，適合吸煙的人入住。

I booked an extra night as the price was very good for the standard of accommodation. The WiFi was a bit hit and miss at times but it's not a big problem. I will definitely stay here again when I'm in Chiang Saen

Site de l’hôtel sympathique visuellement, mais chambres un peu vielles. Aussi, la piscine était verte quand nous y sommes allé donc cela gâche un peu l’expérience. En revanche la localisation est avantageuse car à 10 minutes en scooter du triangle d’or.

L'hotel dispone di 2 edifici su ogni lato della strada. L'alloggio è un piccolo edificio, autoservizio, nessun portatore. La porta si apre con una carta. Il parcheggio dell'hotel è rotto, 3 piani di costruzione, c'è un container e il nome dell'hotel triangolo Siam è confuso. In primo luogo, non riuscivo a trovare l'hotel, solo il nome deve chiamare per chiedere all'hotel la stanza pulita, nessun meccanico. Buona aria condizionata, acqua fluida, impressionata con il servizio del personale nella sala colazione.Buona cura e servizio Vista del fiume bella, buon gusto cibo
