Abbiamo ricevuto un servizio pessimo. Ci hanno dato anche degli asciugamani danneggiati. Siamo rimasti molto delusi dal soggiorno e abbiamo deciso di non prenotare più per la prossima volta.

L'aria condizionata era rotta e faceva molto caldo, non abbiamo mai smesso di sudare da quando siamo entrati nella stanza. Il pavimento era polveroso. Il bagno era bagnato e gli asciugamani erano sporchi e incrostati come se non fossero mai stati lavati prima del nostro check-in. Il personale era poco disponibile e poco educato. Ci ha promesso che avremmo potuto ottenere un rimborso per 1 notte, ma ci hanno respinto dopo aver fatto richiesta. C'erano molti hotel nei dintorni che avevano tariffe simili con un servizio clienti e una qualità delle camere estremamente migliori.

la dimensione della stanza è abbastanza grande, i comfort sono abbastanza limitati. La posizione è buona anche se hai bisogno di goderti la vita notturna lungo il fiume.

My parents stayed there for 2 nights, it turned out that staying at B2 Riverside Premier was so satisfying as they claimed. The service is unexpectedly very good, the hotel staffs are willing to help for local transportation arrangement. 2 elders travel alone, a little help from local people made their vacation is memorable.

I stayed at B2 Riverside Premier Hotel with mixed expectations. The service was average, nothing to complain about but nothing to rave about either. The room was decent, but the breakfast was a letdown - just a simple wrap and a coffee, which wasn't enough to start the day. The shower water pressure was weak, but at least it was quieter than some reviewers mentioned. Overall, it's a passable choice if you're on a tight budget, but don't expect much beyond the basics.

It was an okay hotel for its price. Since it was ***** New Year, all of the hotels I used to stay in Chiang Mai was fully booked so I thought I would try this hotel. When I stayed it was under renovation so the pool can not be used and full of all the dust. And also some noises during the day. This has not been notified in advance and for health and safety with all those dust they shouldn't have let any guest stay. The hotel near the street and it was so dangerous to get out of car especially with big luggage. They painted the room brand new but shower room was still dirty. The staff was good. Towels were so dirty. Bed is the worst. It's too hard to sleep on. There are so many hotels in Chiangmai that you can stay with this price with better bed.

The room is not proper available for guest. the engine of aircon noisy all the night. I cant not sleep all the night.

Room was not properly cleaned. Seems to have low maintenance in this property. Cups & glasses were sticky. Telephone in the room was not functioning. Almost impossible to contact front desk by phone. There are plenty of budget hotel choices in city that much cleaner than this.

Great for short trips with friends where you always move daily. Breakfast very cute. Convenient location. However, not very clean floors / walls. A bit old. Loud noises from road comes in. The hot water doesn't work

The towel is old pillow got smell’s and not clean.
