Sono rimasto tre notti, camera piccola e stretta per il prezzo che lo pagata, pulizie negative, personale alla reception: bravi e preparati, colazione: buona, ottima e abbondante.

Servizio di check-in orribile. Così maleducati e maleducati. Il peggiore che abbia mai sperimentato in Thailandia. Tuttavia, il personale della colazione e delle pulizie è incredibile. La camera era abbastanza confortevole con aria condizionata decente e vista sulla piscina. Il Wi-Fi è inutilizzabile. Servizi minimi in camera. Ho dovuto chiedere al mio personale di sbloccare la porta (perché non era pronta?) La piscina è bella, ma i lettini sono sempre pieni. Ha una palestra ok. La colazione era la stessa ogni mattina, senza variazioni e di qualità elementare. La posizione è buona. Strada laterale tranquilla ma non lontano dai principali siti pedonali. Non ci tornerei

A pochi passi dalla porta di Tha Phae. Ci sono molte bancarelle di cibo locale, bar e massaggi nelle vicinanze. Ambiente molto silenzioso e tranquillo. La piscina è molto bella. Solo una cosa che non mi piace è il cattivo odore del bagno, ma può essere comprensibile. La colazione è molto deliziosa. Grazie chef e personale per il miglior servizio. Rapporto qualità-prezzo complessivo ???

L'hotel non è lontano dalle antiche mura della città e ci sono molti ristoranti nelle vicinanze, è conveniente trovare cibo e il prezzo è economico. L'hotel in cui abbiamo alloggiato ha due grandi televisori, la stanza è molto spaziosa e ci sono due condizionatori d'aria. Le persone che hanno paura del caldo possono rinfrescarsi. La doccia dell'hotel è molto grande. L'unico cattivo design è: il lavabo, il l'impostazione è troppo bassa, una volta che il tubo dell'acqua è acceso L'acqua schizzava e i vestiti erano leggermente bagnati. PS: Abbiamo visto camere con balcone in giro, perché non possiamo vederle online? Se vengo a Chiang Mai la prossima volta, la camera con terrazza è il motivo più attraente per me per restare.

Prenoto due camere per la mia famiglia in questo hotel e hanno 2 bambini di 3 e 5 anni e non danno stanze insieme, dicono una stanza al 3° piano e una stanza al 5° piano, se volete insieme potete pagare più 2000 Bhat per due stanze insieme

Era nella città vecchia, quindi la posizione rispetto a Tapae**t e ovunque tu potessi andare era fantastica! Ero grato per la camera pulita e spaziosa! Questo prezzo include la colazione, quindi mi sono divertito moltissimo per 4 giorni e 3 notti! Il personale dell'hotel era molto gentile e disponibile, quindi è stato un soggiorno piacevole! Grazie per aver creato bellissimi ricordi;)

C'è molta polvere nella stanza sul tavolo della TV, tende sul materasso, ci sono tracce di persone che dormono. La colazione è deliziosa.

The hotel is in a prime location, right by the Sunday Night Market and on a major street, making transportation pickups very convenient. The exterior features a spacious parking lot, which was great for our airport transfer. The property also offers valuable amenities such as a pool and coin-operated laundry. The staff were kind and accommodating, adding a positive touch to our stay. However, the rooms were disappointing compared to the photos shown online. The images featured remodeled rooms, but the rooms—particularly those with purple accents—were older and less appealing. Our room had a dirty bathtub with a moldy shower curtain liner and equally gross shower ventilation fan, outdated or broken furniture, and a TV that stopped working on our last night. Additionally, the Wi-Fi was weak during the day, making it challenging to stay connected. The breakfast was also overly oily, prompting us to choose other dining options after the first morning. While the location and staff made our stay convenient and pleasant in some respects, the outdated and poorly maintained rooms make me question how this is listed as a four-star hotel. I can’t recommend this hotel based solely on its location, and I suggest that management focus on updating the rooms and improving cleanliness and the quality of breakfast.

Eurana is a decent choice in the old city. Rooms are comfy, service is good, the common sitting area and pool are nice as well and breakfast too.

The service is very good and the location is so suitable for visit anywhere.

Superior Room Was smaller than regular room. Close to front counter so it was noisy. Cobwebs in room and touch points like light switches not washed and mold on shower curtain and in shower was a big turnoff. The fact they had to check the room To make sure we left it in good condition was a joke. Didn’t receive towels in the room until 4:30 And they made us sit in the lobby and wait to check in because we were 2 minutes early!! lol

very noisy hotel, you can hear your neighbors left, right and upstairs clearly, the pipes are noisy, worst sleep i had in hotel for a while. Very old and poorly maintained, not that clean. Surrounding area is very very touristy, hard to find any real local food. Free included breakfast is quite bad too.
