This is our second time to visit the hotel, everything was flawless and satisfying. The garden, the overflowing swimming pool were pretty and tranquil. Breakfast has been served as a la carte, well prepared and tasty. Staff working there are kind and nice, who always display smiles whenever you meet them.
Hotels provide free shuttle to the city twice a day, so stress free that you can easily reach Chiang Mai city!

A wonderful hotel located outside of the main town along the river. The gardens and pool are beautiful and the food is fresh and delicious. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. Free coffee and free use of kayaks, games and fishing rods.

One of the best service you can get from a hotel. Nice room with a verandah to chill out and comes with free breakfast.
Wow,what a find. This family reunion traditional hotel is a 2€ taxi ride from old town Ching Mai.So, out of the noise and bustle it is situated on the riverbank with a lovely pool and beautiful room.I paid £300 for four nights for for adults in a three story family suite. It was lovely old Thai and better than any modern four star in the city. You get the tranquility of the countryside with a traditional twist…what more could you want..Eat there every night…..had laundry done and including drinks my four day bill excluding accommodation came to £140.The gardens are stunning especially in the evening when lit up and the staff so polite and informative.Help support a local family and stay here. You will not be disappointed.

Lovely hotel with authentic Thai setting and facilities. Staff are lovely Food was great Pool was nice and cool Used shuttle service to town centre in late afternoon We appreciated being out of the city (20 mins tuk tuk) We had an interconnecting family room with one side on the garden and one on the road. The road was noisy but not the fault of the hotel and to be expected with such a large room Would definitely recommend and return

An excellent family run hotel. All staff were very welcoming & friendly. Everyday we stayed the manager/owner came to check if everything was ok. Beautiful location with lovely gardens along the river. Deluxe rooms well worth the extra cost. Very nice pool. Free use of bikes & kayaks (charge for life jackets). Lots of books, games, dvds available. Quiet location outside the city but with easy access by taxi. Good food but does take a while to arrive. Do allow 30-40 minutes preparation time for meals but worth the wait.

This is an absolutely beautiful place to stay. The rooms face the lush gardens and the river, so it's a peaceful oasis in the inner suburbs of Chiang Mai. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The food is great (if you're vegetarian/vegan, ask at reception for the separate vegan menu - loads of choices). Lots of thought has been put into little details that make for an easy, pleasant stay: e.g. board games, books and coffee machine in the relaxing common area, lots of little quiet nooks to sit in around the garden, and on arrival, you're given a map showing local landmarks, restaurants and other facilities, plus a mobile phone with which you can call the hotel if you need to. We stayed a week at a simpler hotel in the old city and a week at Villa San Pee-Seua, and for us that was a good combination. We did most of our sightseeing while staying in the old town and relaxed more at Villa San Pee-Seua -- it's easy to arrange sight-seeing from the Villa, but also very tempting to spend warm afternoons by the river, in the pool or on a kayak. There's also plenty to explore in the local neighbourhood, including markets, temples and street food, but it isn't very pedestrian-friendly so for more than very short distances you might want to book a Grab car (similar to Uber).
